Staff was very helpful and offered us an upgrade to our room. Rooms were beautiful and the coffee was excellent. They have a nice coffee shop in the lobby with breakfast items and lunch items if needed. They do have a French restaurant also in the lobby and we had lunch there. I have to be honest as it wasn't my favorite meal but maybe should have ordered something else. It was a lovely restaurant, and the server was very nice. I had the Hamachi and a salad. Very close to other restaurants and shops. We were there for Christmas so the hours of everything were adjusted and unfortunately a lot of places were closed. I would definitely stay in that area again as it is a great location. 16th street is under construction, so it is a mess. Not sure if that is the reason it was empty as we haven't been there since 2017. Back then, it was bustling. Very sad to see the storefronts empty. Larimer square is still beautiful, but quiet, at least while we were there.

We upgraded to “city view” and had a room facing an unoccupied office building (room 1029), so not really a city view.

Hotel breakfast was great!

The restaurant in the morning had a challenge accommodating our party of 5 and gave us a bit of a lecture on making a reservation in advance. It looked like the hotel was catering to mostly to business travelers so the lecture seemed a bit unnecessary.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and helped me make this trip very special for the intended purpose. Gave great recommendations for food as well as small touches for my wife's birthday.

Dark for my taste. Room was dark and not well lit, bathroom lighting not bright either, 1 switch for bed lights over 2 beds so 1 could not stay up and read. Parking is pricey!

The hotel is in a great location, very walkable to all downtown Denver attractions and lots of great restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable. Good size, nice windows, nice shower, and comfortable bed. The fitness facility is very good. There were plenty of machines and weights--every morning there were 4-6 people exercising and it was easy to accommodate them all. The staff were very nice and attentive.

We liked everything, but the lack of "oversized" vehicle parking created a real issue for us. We drive an SUV with a luggage rack on top. A hotel of this price and quality should be able to park ALL passenger vehicles especially in the west where SUV's with racks on top are especially common.

Location to Coors Field was great.

A little pricey

The shampoo/conditioner were amazing and good quality. It was nice they had grooming kits (facial pads/q-tips) in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shout out to Jeff at the front desk for taking time to give us a good run down of the area; he was very friendly! There was construction around the hotel, but we did not hear any of it inside the hotel. Walkable to Larimer Square, Union Station, "bar row". I felt safe knowing you needed a room card to access the elevators. Jeff really made our stay, had it not been for his service recovery my review would not be this positive.

Valet team was not helpful! Our truck was too tall for the onsite parking and we felt rushed to leave there without much help on options in the area. Did not make the start to our stay feel very welcoming!
First front desk girl rushed us through the check in process, made us feel like we were a bother to her (which was disappointing for the amount of money we paid to stay there!) 2 strikes right off the bat (valet and check in).
We were not able to get the a/c regulated. We realized the vents were closed in the room, but unable to get the room to fully cool down. Valet is $65/night; on a positive note, the taller off-site parking garage we found (1200 17th St-2 openings with different height clearances) $8/night for weekends.

A microwave would be good. Lots of added charges plus my clean black Cadillac came back dirty with dust and rain spots. If it was in fact covered parking it must be exposed to wind and rain.

I went to the hotel for a one night only business trip. I found it according to my expectations: clean, friendly staff, good location and very comfortable. The area has plenty of restaurants nearby for the night and the furniture and the design of the hotel are beautiful

The restaurant (I had dinner and breakfast) directly charged 20% more for the staff and for the hotel itself. In addition, on the check, I found the tip request, which of course I gave. Well, I think that was a bit too much, since the restaurant was very expensive ($90 for a single person).

People were charming. The hotel facilities are first class, clean and comfortable.

No side lights in the bedroom and we couldn’t turn lights off without getting out of bed.

Rooms were very clean and updated. Entire hotel is meticulously decorated.

Valet/parking is a bit steep and for the price of the rooms I thought there would be some type of breakfast and/or coffee included.
