Location, Walking distance from union station. Restaurant was very good

Good hotel, no problems.

When I checked in they told me there was a charge of an extra 20 dollars, didn't understand that at all, but they let me do a very early check in so perhaps it was that.

-good wifi -next to Whole Foods -very clean -near Union station

-check out 11 is pretty early -confusing to find a bit it’s tucked into the lot

Location and the design of the hotel and room was upscale

The property is lovely and really beautiful, a lot of art. They told me that it is a boutique hotel, and it seemed like it.

We didn’t find out until the third day of our stay that they have complementary pastry and coffee every day. It’s part of the package you pay for, we just didn’t know.

Proximity to Coors Field

The property is clean and tidy. It’s so near to Union Station. Good choices of restaurants nearby. Near to Whole Foods grocery. Staff are very welcoming and warm!

Quite pricy but all is well.

Location to Union Station and light rail

We struggled using our room keys to use the elevator. Numerous scans and we still couldn’t select our floor.

Excellent location. Maybe best in the city. Clean. Staff was great to work with.

Unfortunately, the WiFi was inconsistent during our stay and our TV only had 6 channels. The hotel staff was able to eventually get it to work, but it was inconvenient for the time it was down.

Clean Nice Location

Breakfast was fine - good pastries. Slow service one morning. Wwlkable to everything.

Charging a resort fee for a quick overnight stay is unconscionable. Also $54 for overnight parking is uncalled for. Finally the music in the restaurant during lunch was rap and heavy metal. Asking the waiter to change the music did little good.

The location to Union Station!

Nothing…everything was great!

We booked the location to be able to see 4th of July fireworks from Coors Field. The staff gave us a room with a great view of the stadium. The hotel was modern and well kept. Its location is very convenient. They had a great collection of boardgames in the lobby which our two children enjoyed.

I have no complaints about the property.

Oscar was the only employee at the front desk. With patience and a positive attitude, he handled an influx of guests checking in. He helped us arrange parking, even though the parking lot was full and he could not get the valets to answer the phone. He even found us a room since the one we reserved was not ready. In addition to the wonderful customer service, we were able to walk to our event at Coors Field. You couldn’t ask for a better location.

Several people, including us, had to wait past 5:00 to get a room because they were still being cleaned. This seemed outrageous given that checkout time was 11:00 a.m. That being said, we passed by two cleaning staff, who were working diligently while taking the time to greet us politely. Also, the parking was next to impossible because it was obvious that people who were not staying at the hotel or eating at the restaurant were taking up the spaces to attend the concert at Coors Field. It cost $4.00 to get out of the parking lot that we weren’t able to use. With the price of the hotel stay, one would expect to have parking and a room readily available upon arriving.

Conveniently located, clean, comfortable beds/pillows, friendly/helpful staff. Free breakfast food and beverage item and daily credit for the snack pantry was a great surprise!

My room was in a bad location in the hotel. Loud.

Great location across the street from Amtrak station, Whole Foods and CVS a block away. Easy to walk around downtown, Uber was always there within 3-4 minutes. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

Shower floor was made of slippery plastic, and there were no grab bars, showering was rather hazardous. Cable tv reception sporadic.

Loved that the pastries and breakfast burritos were included in hotel stay. Also very convenient to restaurants, Union Station and Coors Field.

Housekeeping came late on 2nd night to clean room, was already 5pm.

I loved how it was close to the Union Station. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow was the best.

We came for 21 pilots concert, so location was perfect. We loved the breakfast cart and the discounts on pantry and restaurant. Rooms were very nice as well. Would stay there again.

Friendly staff, even when the power went out. Place is clean and quiet. Love the convenience to the stadium.

I don’t like the surrounding area. I watched a couple shooing drugs right at the underground entrance of the hotel. Too many young kids walking around are at risk due to drugs, and I’m sure crime.

The outlets in the room were spotty connections, outlets were next to the beds and my Cpap machine got disconnected during the night causing some problems, might want to redo the outlets .

The staff really helped out to make sure that we got the City View room that we booked. Also, the bar was fantastic with bartender Jeremy and Bingo person Kiki. What a blast!

Everything was great. Oscar at checkin was so helpful.

No complaints

Great location and staff.clean. Comfortable. Toiletries were top notch. Front desk very helpful and professional Jacqui, Toshiba, and Annie were a joy. Hotel provided bikes were fun. I will go back. Quite possibly the best hotel experience I have ever had. The newly opened restaurant and bar was good.

A/C was loud, TV kept rebooting

The hotel was great. So close to the train station, lots of restaurants and shopping and walkable to Rockies baseball stadium. We also went to a concert at Red rocks and were able to rent a bus from Union Station to Red Rocks for drop off and pick up from the concert. The property has an amenities fee but they give you a free coffee and pastry and a $5.00 snack from the pantry which was a nice benefit. They also have a restaurant attached to the hotel for meals and drinks. The room was nice, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of room.

We were woken to a fire alarm going off around 8:45am on our last day. When we arrived in the lobby by the stairs as directed by the fire alarm the person at the front desk was like oh yeah it’s just a test. We were not notified ahead of time that they were doing a test fire alarm and the staff didn’t seem to care that people were put out by this. I have been in hotels where they do test alarms and we were notified the day ahead of time by a note under the door and were told at check in what day and time it would occur. This was awful to experience. There was a handicapped person on our floor (6th) that’s had to go down the stairs for no reason.

It was very nice, but the parking garage is horrible. There are not enough spaces for guests. Most of them are reserved for surrounding businesses and all that was open was for compact cars.

Location was really good and staff very friendly.

Sadly there was no restaurant/bar available only a breakfast cart.

The service

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but I feel there was a miscommunication. I was informed that free breakfast is served from 6-12noon. But on the two days that I went down at 10:30 to get breakfast, either the coffee machine or oven has been switched off. They still accommodated me, but it made me feel that I wasn’t abiding by the rules.

Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast "guy" was great. We had great coffee and breakfast sandwiches which were included in the price of the room.

Well, it is the way of the world - but paying for parking is just another one of those fees that you get hit with when you book. I think it is a bit ridiculous when you are already paying more than $200 per night for a room.

Great location. Chose this hotel because it was convenient for a Rockies game.

Matter of chance, but they didn't come to our room until later in the day for cleaning and by then we were back in there relaxing until we went out again. It would have been nice to have had it done earlier, but it happens.

The location was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for a few days without a car. Short walk to many restaurants and bars, and very nearby is a CVS and a Whole Foods. Each hotel staff member was courteous, and it felt like they sincerely cared whether or not we enjoyed our stay. I've never stayed at another hotel in downtown Denver so I have nothing to compare it to, but I would definitely stay here again!

Everything it was very nice

The property was in a great location and close to a lot of places of interest.

It was nice they offered a free breakfast, but the poor girl was overworked and needed help. The last day we were there they ran out of almost all of the food.

The breakfast was limited one drink and one food item ie a croissant or a burrito. I had a better breakfast experience in much lesser hotels.

I will never like paying a lot for a hotel and the paying $50 for parking each night.
