Paying to park, n paying for entering and leaving. Cleaning lady must spilt some type cleaning fluid on my brief case got my clothing wet.

Excellent location but we had difficulty finding the hotel. Nice shower.

They charge a $20 amenity fee and give about $5 in amenities in exchange.

The hotel was okay. The lobby was nice and my room was okay. Large enough and comfortable.

The exterior of the hotel was strange - it was hard to find the entrance! I didn't feel very safe going outside by myself in the evening,

Room was smaller than expected

The bed was a king and comfortable, nice size bathroom. Had to use your key card to access the elevator. They were able to check us I'm early.

Air conditioner was SO noisy. Had to have the tb blasting to hear it over the air conditioner. There was also a weird smell. I should of said something but didn't. I couldnt tell if it was coming from the bathroom or just the way it smelled.

The hotel room bathroom door was a sliding style door that inconsistently shut, which was awkward and uncomfortable; The hotel front desk staff did not tell us about the daily Denver amenities fee that would be charged until we were checking out. The taxes and mandatory fees amounted to $100 still owed after checked out, which we did not appreciate finding out only as we were leaving; The front desk staff were not clear about the "free snack" given. They did not tell us that only one free $5 snack was allotted per room, not per person; There were no prices listed, but we found out how overpriced they were upon checkout (we paid $14 for two regular candy bars); The restaurant in the hotel had very limited food options, mainly tapas; The construction around the hotel made accessing the entrance cumbersome having to go through a garage each time.

The hotel is very nice, but the extra charges for EVERYTHING are too much - they talk about all this swag they give you - it’s basically a $5 credit in their store and a coupon for some out of the way restaurant.

The location was great, next to the central train station, where we needed to take Amtrak the next day. We basically crossed the road and we were at the station. The hotel is close to several downtown restaurants.

Hotel charged us extra after we received our credit card bill, even though we had paid through booking.com. We called the hotel and they reversed the charge quickly. It seems it was for a welcome bag that we didn’t receive.

Amazing location!

My husband and I flew into Denver for an "all adult" trip, and we needed a hotel for 1 night close to Union Station. We looked at all the usual suspects, but didn't really like the price tags. So, we settled on Hotel Indigo. It was definitely the best decision we could have made. It's super convenient to the train station, only a 4 minute walk, and once we arrived we were checked in quite quickly. Once we reached the elevator we realized you can't go up unless you have a room card. This made us feel very secure. The best, and most fabulous thing, about the entire room was the bed and pillows!!! They were so comfortable, and both of us slept like a rock after a very long day of traveling. The decorations are nice, we loved the shower/bathroom, and everything was quite clean. WE would definitely recommend staying here!

Location is great b/c I needed to catch early AMTRAK train from Union Station.

Location and it was quiet.

Location was perfect for the event we were attending. Walking distance and no car needed. Restaurants and public transportation is in easy reach at Union Station. Short but sweet stay.

Living in a rural community for the last 30 years always makes adjusting to the pace of a city challenging at first. But having a comfortable place to stay made the adjustment easier.

Nice view, location, cool decor

Location of hotel in relation to attractions. The yea service near front desk was expansive. Parking garage proximity.

The location and view from room. The tap water filled “bottled” waters that were in the room at $7 bottle. The service at the restaurant was ok. The quality of food was sub par. Hotel staff were pleasant, young and casual. Not ultra professional and welcoming like you might expect from a hotel with concierge this caters to hotel guests.
