Great property despite the undisclosed amenity tax.
Great location, close to Union Station. Very clean and modern.
A little loud due to the use of hard surfaces in the room entry and bath.
Barn door on the bathroom didn't provide much sound privacy.
The big surprise was the undisclosed "Denver Amenity Tax" of $20 / night plus tax, so about $25 a day. While we received some "free" coffee and pastries to partially offset it, it's mostly a "gotcha tax". Should have been listed by Booking.com as well IMO.

Great location near Red Rock Park!
The host was very quick to respond to questions and is very nice, the apt was clean, the location is close to the red rock park, there's a cute disc golf course/walking area right behind it, the space is cute, and the host had water bottles and snacks available. There's an amazing pizza restaurant near by called DiMarcos that we kept going to! If you wanna go to the strip, it's only 20 minutes away but we were there to hike.
The bed was a little stiff for me and the pillows lack in support.

Fit all the needs of a hotel with the location of downtown.
Comfort and cleanliness
The front desk couldn’t find two of our reservations we used through bookings.com.
The barn doors for the bathrooms may be a conventional touch, but they didn’t give much privacy for the others on the room, and it aways bounced back open when I was on the toilet.

Welcoming and accommodating staff, good location, clean and comfortable.
Staff was always welcoming and helpful, especially Annaliese, who worked later in the day and in the evening. We appreciated her upbeat conversations when we returned after a day of activity. The rooms were clea, bed comfortable and room was spacious. 5-6 minutes to the train to the airport. CVS and Whole Foods nearby. Short Uber rides to museums etc.

All in all it was a good stay!
The location was good, walking distance to a lot of places.
The refrigerator was not good it froze our water. The TV went off on certain channels.

Good location in Downtown Denver. Has everything you need within a couple blocks.

Fabulous
Easily accessible from the airport. I took the A Line train for $10 from the airport. Less than a 10 minute walk from Union Station to the hotel.
Great location to get to events downtown or the Rockies Stadium.
Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
No cons expect a spa on location or close by would be great.

The locations is amazing if you are first timer to Denver and there is a lot within walking distance to do and food options
We got in late at night and this was our first time, it was very difficult to find the front of the building to check in and there are repairs happening to the building so the front of the hotel was not visible. The hotel should have warned us about this because we nearly left.

Good place to visit Denver, near Union Station.
Modern hotel with all what you need, near Union Station commercial centre.
The A/C system in the rooms are loud, a pitty for an otherwise very comfortable hotel.

Apart from the used coffee pods not being emptied no complaints and overall an enjoyable stay.
Close proximity to Union Station is very convenient for using the public transport system from the airport and the RTD system. The room was clean and well appointed for a short stay.
Used coffee pods were not emptied from the in-room coffee maker by housekeeping. This should be part of their daily tasks/checks.
