Crawford Hotel, Denver

The service was above and beyond! The front desk staff was AMAZING! My husband had a medical emergency & they took care of everything to ensure he received the appropriate care he needed. Excellent service, they should be recognized. We will always stay at the Crawford when we visit Denver :)

The staff is super helpful, the decor is awesome, and the location is perfect if traveling to/from the airport.

Trains run 24/7 and there’s no enough insulation to dampen the engine and other noises, therefore I wouldn’t recommend the Crawford for long stays.

Super friendly staff! Great location close to all downtown sites and restaurants. Room was clean and decent size. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Decent whimsical decor.

Mattress was way too soft for me. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. Luggage rack was not good for storing clothes. Rainhead shower dripped cold water even when not being used. Toilet would run for a long time after flushing. Felt like form was prioritized over function. Artsy stuff is nice in so far as it works well for travelers. The furniture was fun but not practical.

The location was amazing for coming in on the train from Chicago. The room was amazing and we felt safe accessing the room.

Reception staff were always very helpful. There were lovely inclusions in the room rate. Proximity to Amtrak a bonus. Very helpful information officer in foyer of hotel.

I stayed in the hotel for an entire week during my business trip. The location was amazing! It was super close to my office and also a convenient spot to meet with the tour guide for a weekend Rocky Mountains tour. The staff were super nice, and they offered complimentary drinks every day! I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Denver again.

Location & the standard of the hotel was really fantastic.

I loved my stay at the Crawford hotel - the location was fantastic right inside a train station and the rooms were just awesome! I loved the high ceilings, the nesspresso machine and the super comfy beds.

The housekeeping staff could be a little more through when cleaning the rooms - one day they forgot to clean a dustbin, the next day they forgot to replace the coffee pods - small things but they make a big difference from an experience standpoint. Also, I did not like the use of the service elevator to go up to the rooms.

Location convenient to train from airport.

Massive construction fills the lobby atrium. Rooms have been redecorated but badly. No housekeeping. Outrageous room rate for their current circumstances and no comps offered. Avoid - it’s just a few steps to must better value.

The location for riding the train was great! Front desk staff (Gracie) and Terminal Bar staff (Moses) were amazing!! Gracie got us checked in early, and our room was huge. The bathroom with a soaker tub was luxurious.

Couldn't figure out coffee maker in the room

Ate Breakfast was Snoze in train station, food was excellent.

Lovely hotel with all the amenities, kind staff and a location with EVERYTHING you want/need! We loved taking the train in from the airport and landing right in our hotel! We loved using Union Station as our "living room" in the morning for coffee and in the evening for wine. Loved the easy, walkable location downtown close to shops/restaurants. It was just perfect!

A couple things: The property, area was wonderful. The bed and tv was great. tv easy to use. bed super comfy.

The closet was kind of beat up. The nespresso machine did not work well. It probably needs to be cleaned. i have one at home and that seems what might be wrong. Also the capsulas are not the real nespresso ones and they just aren't as good. they don't yield enough strong coffee. The room should have larger coffee cups. espresso cups aren't sufficient. Mini bar should be stocked and not empty. the doors to the closet unit didn't close all the way.

Loved the location , decor , vibes , restaurants and bar!! Loved being able to dine and relax under one roof. The decor was comfortable and beautiful. Can’t wait to return!

Pretty crowded the day of the parade , really couldn’t enjoy the lobby that day, way too many people.

I have stayed at the Crawford several times, the location, ease to and from Denver airport, the staff, the room, all exceed my expectations.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything that I do not like.

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional.

We thought that a King suite would have have either a king size bed or at least a queen size bed. Bed was a full size bed. The breakfast was not worth the name “breakfast”

What a lovely historic hotel! I wish the hallways and walls could tell their stories. I stayed to avoid Uber nightmare after the Eagles show. I will make this a habit for any show I see at Ball arena or empower field.

the price was very high because of this show. While I do not begrudge anyone a fair profit, it is not easy at all for me to pay rates in the range that was put on the room. I loved everything about the Crawford. 40% rate increase was challenging. Yes I love the Eagles that much. And those of us who are not affluent enjoy a treat too, without breaking the bank

Bed was too soft.

The location was great and the room was very quiet, the discounts on food at union station was nice too, and the bed itself was very comfy.

The lighting in the room was so dim I could barely see to put on makeup. Also, the water in the shower never got above lukewarm. When I first checked in it was admittedly late evening, but there was just a sign at the desk saying they stepped away, no one answered when I called and I waited 20min before front desk staff arrived to check me in. Not what you expect for this price range.

The location was perfect for our trip: upstairs to the hotel; downstairs to the train. The facilities and amenities were without a doubt top shelf. Loved the large room.

Love the location, and all the great restaurants and other shops right around there ,you could spend days at this location. The main lobby was also part of the train station, but it was very classy, playing beautiful classical music. Hotel guest had their area in the big lobby. Bathrooms needs derp cleaning !

No maid service . Door opened right into bar area. Noise level high. Didn’t feel safe staying by myself

I loved the location, it was right in the middle of a very walkable area with lots of wonderful shops and restaurants nearby. The restaurants we tried were uniformly great, especially Jax. The restaurants and bars in Union Station were also wonderful.

Housekeeping. We stayed for three full days but no housekeeping was provided. That meant none of the trash taken out, the beds weren’t made and adequate towels were not provided. We got two bath towels for three people. I expected a higher degree of service for spending well over $500 a night.

The weird gap at the bottom of the door that was large enough I could stick my fingers through it and wave at people walking in the hall if I’d wanted to.

Location was fine. Wish l had booked a normal hote like The Thompson as this was a weird place and some staff were very upset that l kept having to ask for assistance, I could see it on (her) face. Underwhelming to say the least.

Loved the location most of all, but also booked and checked in within an hour! It was perfect for our spontaneous date day!

Awesome amenities and location!

Room was a little small, but we weren't there much.

Perfect location with multiple restaurants and bars. Easy walk to Coors Field. Quick, direct train from Airport to the hotel's doorstep. Terminal Bar, seafood, tapas, breakfast, indoor-outdoor options. Don't have to leave the station at all! Loved it!

All of the add-on fees and taxes. It's probably not the hotel's doing, but it feels sneaky to start with a room price under $500 per night and end up paying $1,750 for 3 nights. Watch the bottom line. Booking did tell me about all of this ahead of time and I knew what I say paying, but it still seemed like more "historic" taxes than anywhere else I've been.
