Staff is amazing, very attentive and warm. The property is gorgeous, downtown city atmosphere with a boutique feel.

The cabana service should be run in house.

Restaurant closed at 10pm and as we had a late arrival we felt a little rushed. Our main server was amazing tho! Rooms v dark 🥲

We booked as it had a nice pool only to be told that it was 600 dollars to be able to sit anywhere and they had to be booked in advance - DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE JUST FOR THE POOL

We had a terrace room which was great as you can check out the view from your balcony

It annoyed me that we had to ask for tea and coffee making facilities and then we had to go and buy our own tea bags.

Upscale hotel in downtown Dallas, 1/4 walk from JFK assassination site, with a few restaurants and snack bars in the vicinity.

Ex-post, they charged me twice the parking overnight w/o any reason for a total 119$ one night.

The service was the best part of our stay. Every time we needed help, we found it. The staff went above and beyond.

The price was quite high ($500 per night) and the room and hotel were nice but not THAT nice.

Super location, great rooms, Sassetta Restaurant fabulous but what made our trip so memorable and special was the staff especially Jon Paul Barnes. Such a wonderful person. He went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and special. He’s a real standout for the hotel and really made our 10 day trip with the family for Christmas a truly memorable one.

Great location. Comfortable room but the staff are the ones who make it extra special. Jon Paul Barnes made our trip extra special. He was so attentive and so thoughtful. He’s an absolute Star. The Joule is lucky to have him.

I loved the People, Art Work and the Restaurant

The only negative was that the path to the pool was closed. I wasn’t going to swim, but wanted to see what it looked like. Having said that, this is sooo very tiny minor a concern

I know it sounds like a spoiled guest but being in a 5 star hotel requieres special requests from thier guest a milkshake on room service is nothing that hard to comply sadly they don't have milkshakes for BB meal or dinner

I asked for down pillows and didn’t get them. I was told there was in room dining and when I called was told there wasn’t and I should have had a notice left in my room. There was no notice. It was just after 8:00 pm and I ate from the minibar, junk, and I sure was charged for it. That was very annoying.

CBD cocktails and food not very good. basement bar smells of drains. we were in room 746 and they holds weddings directly below windows with very very loud music. they have a licence up to 10am for events in this space. they gave us some credits for food and parking but was not enjoyable as we wanted to get to bed early.

We got stuck in Dallas due to an ice storm and the city shut down. We barely made it to the hotel as the road conditions got hazardous very quickly. The staff was so kind and accommodating. We had spent a week traveling already and were headed home with bags full of dirty clothes. They do not have a laundry service, but got housekeeping to wash clothes for us (enough for 3 days). The city was covered in ice but the wonderful valet manager grabbed our hands and walked us to a restaurant that was open so we could eat. We also ate at the hotel restaurants (excellent food) and had room service. 10/10 recommend everything from food, service, cleanliness, and staff. I suspect the hotel staff was stranded there too, but were all smiles after not being able to go home for several days.

While the food and service was excellent, the 19% service charge on everything (even bringing a pizza up from the restaurant ourselves) was a bit much.

All of the staff from the moment I exited my vehicle were courteous, helpful, and accommodating. the room was very comfortable and inviting, I felt at home; not as if I was in a hotel.

I have no complaints or shortcomings to speak of.

This place really embodies customer service and class. I've stayed in several hotels in Dallas and this place has become my all time favorite. From valet, to room service, to in-room dining, to housekeeping you will be hard pressed to find anything negative about this place. You feel welcomed from the time you greet the folks at the front desk. In a day and age where finding excellent customer service is difficult this hotel restores your faith. Kudos to the owner and management for a truly top notch experience. The hotel is quite lovely too. I really love the huge bathrooms and showers. Rooms and beds are cozy, comfortable and most importantly QUIET.

not sure about deluxe king room, it’s just a regular room. nothing deluxe about it except the price and not really worth upgrading to deluxe.

The hotel was nice, but I spent the 3 nights prior at The Thompson (a similarly priced hotel) that was far superior in terms of staff and room quality. Also, the Friday and Saturday nights were very loud, with lots of noise coming in from the street!
