Hotel Indigo, Dallas

The room was an interesting layout but it was clean and quiet and comfortable

I wish we would’ve known how much construction was being done, I don’t think it was worth the price during the construction

Location was excellent. Staff fantastic and coffee and breakfast in the morning was superb

Location was perfect for the comedy show at the Majestic Theatre we went to. Close to a couple of good restaurants. We walked to most places we went.

Under construction so that made things out front a little bit of a mess but nothing major. Totally understand that has to happen at times.

Beautiful King suite, comfortable bed, loved the location. Also the soap that is used for hand washing and shower gel- smells divine and felt luxurious. Seamless and efficient check in and check out.

The construction is an eye sore and made it very difficult during ride share pick ups. The elevator was very slow or stopped working altogether. Only the service elevator worked and I felt like I was intruding when I rode it with the staff. The bar has terrible hours, I felt like I could not enjoy the hotel bar the way I am used to at other properties.

Decor looking quite dated, especially the lobby/bar area

The room and the bathroom were small but nice. The beds and the pillows were comfortable.

The lighting in the room was very poor with only one light between the two beds. There was no safe. The telephone did not work. I had to call for hospitality service at 4 PM when we return from the day in our room had not been cleaned or given new towels. Parking while waiting for the valet was limited. The Valet rate was expensive.

I do not recommend the cafe. Breakfast was not good. The wait person in the morning was good but the person running the later night inattentive and rude and there were only 2 customers in there.

Great location. Across the street from the Majestic Theater so ideal for concerts. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Parking garage was easy & saw 2 security guards late at night securing the property.

Comfort , king suite was more like a kids bedroom , AC cycles with 20 min delay , noisy but bartender was great !

Our only negative was the space at the bottom of the hotel room.

Great location on the outskirts of downtown, giving good access in all directions.

Slightly noisy hallways

Great location. Easy and cheap parking across the street. Front desk was very kind on check in.

There was light coming in all around the door because the hinges were slightly off, so when the lights were off, the room was still very bright. Traffic noise was extremely loud, lots of street racing going on.
