Again, not what I expected, and I feel that it was too expensive for what I got.
I put for breakfast to be delivered between nine and 9:30 AM, they showed up at 6:30 in the morning. Also, when I booked this hotel, it said breakfast was included in the price. Then I see another $119 added to the bill. The hotel was not expected and witness for the anniversary with my wife.

Not a typical W
The location was great!
If you want to be at a pool to get sun and not shade this is not the pool for you. We chose this place so we can spend a day at the pool getting sun and it was a failure. Only a shaded pool. You aren’t allowed to even bring water to the pool. Failure!

Not happy staff was rude no even a credit for the food I order chicken sandwiches were so hard burn

I booked thru Priceline it said free parking and I paid 100 at the end I didn’t get my deposit not sure why !

Great location for the venue at the AA arena
When my wife and I were done we expected to head back to the hotel and grab a drink and bite to eat. But instead we were faced with a nightclub atmosphere where we couldn’t even unwind and hold a conversation

Disappointed. We wouldn't recommend this property or stay here again.
The lobby area was dark and very unwelcoming. The rooms themselves had a weird layout. Only a shower curtain like sheet separated the bedroom from the bathroom. Had high expectations from the W brand but this fell short.
