Everything was lovely but we were disappointed that none of the pools where heated in February

Staff were very nice and welcoming, indoor pool is amazing and the location is prime. Rooms are big and clean. Food is good.

Rooms can be a bit “old”. Regarding the restaurant - unless you are 80+ years old, expect to get less attention.

Cooking the eggs

The quality of food and the service were excellent, at breakfast and the two restaurants in the evening. The view from our balcony was delightful, especially at sunset.

The spa has excellent facilities, but allowing children to use the pool at any time means it can suddenly turn from an oasis of calm into a noisy water park.

Loved everything about this hotel. It was a shame the pool heater broke whilst we were there, my little girl still braved it though ☺️ Would recommend to anyone.

Nothing, well maybe the price a little, although I think we got a good price comparing it to other times.

The hotel was almost perfect. We loved the spa area - and the outside pools and the proximity to the sea exceeded expectation. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable room, and a lovely bathroom. All staff were attentive and polite. Huge choice for breakfast on the buffet plus geshly cooked to order eggs, etc. Lovely views and pools.

We had a one bedroom suite (410) which was one of the best suites we have ever had. Buffet breakfast was very good as well. Location superb near to the harbour.

4th floor has huge areas however the gym is limited in a tiny room. Should be relocated and upgraded. The pool view is excellent however the echo problem should be resolved. Imagine 8 kids in a pool how much noise they produce.

We are truly thankful for the amazing customer support. Our kids loved the people and the hotel. Everyone was truly helful and supportive and this is why Annabelle and its people are the best. Thank you all for everything!

I came for one night, just one meeting with a colleague from the UK. I liked everything. Unfortunatelly I had to leave early so I didn't get the chance to taste the breakfast

Pillows, the pillows are hard, not with feathers inside, not comfortable. Other than that all was good.

Location was excellent for archaeological sites and restaurants. Breakfast was very good (only minor critique being the potatoes were never very warm). The pool area and grounds were nicely presented. Bed was comfortable, staff were pleasant.

The rooms could really use curtains in addition to the shutters as it was not as dark as I would have liked at night. (There was evidence of a curtain rail, but no curtains on it.) Also the bed was clearly two mattresses together as there was an uncomfortable crease down the middle which is just not ideal when you're staying as a couple. We were the first door from the lifts - which gave us a good view of the castle - but was also a bit noisy as people walked by at night. You could do with an inner door to block out noise from the corridor. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, which may have been partly what was attracting the cockroaches. Mostly small, but there was also one large one. This really needs to be sorted out. The main outdoor pool was only heated for the first day of our stay, which was a shame and could have been told to us when we arrived. The indoor pool could also have done with being a couple of degrees warmer. It would have been nice if the outdoor jacuzzi pool was heated too, otherwise seems a bit of a waste bothering having the bubbles on. We didn't eat at either of the main restaurants as they felt overpriced - the restaurant at Almyra, the sister hotel next door, was good though. Pool side/room service food was fine.

Had an amazing stay here! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The sea-view room was gorgeous, and the pool was fantastic—great for relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The bathroom floor tended to flood a bit every time we used the shower. It wasn’t a big issue, because the shower was great, but something to keep in mind for future guests.
