No Air in the training room Limited refill of used toilet products No new complementary water (as is usual for 5 star hotel ) You had to wait in a line if arriving for breakfast around 9 am

Had an amazing stay here! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The sea-view room was gorgeous, and the pool was fantastic—great for relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The bathroom floor tended to flood a bit every time we used the shower. It wasn’t a big issue, because the shower was great, but something to keep in mind for future guests.

Most of the staff where nice But there was one women - she was in the reception when we arrived - she was very not nice and not welcoming at all! It wasn’t a nice welcoming experience

Didn’t have a separate adults only pool/area Would have expected Champagne on arrival instead of lemonade especially for a 5 star and amount paid for our stay. Not much wardrobe/drawer space for our length of stay

Very nice service and the breakfast manager was excellent in guest relations! ! The general manager was really nice and greeted all guests! one receptionist and a Lithuanian pool bar servant also did an extra effort to keep guests happy 👌🏻

From the moment you walk in this amazing foya atmosphere you feel vibes. If you’re lucky and Mrs Chrystalla is on a shift. You will experience the philoxenia Cyprus has to offer ( “welcome to my home” as she’s quoted). All The staff is well trained credit to the management. This is a water front the sea is at your door plus 4 pools. Nice set up for families. The room..! It’s a wow, you find a Cyprus red waiting for you w fruit platter and local loukoumia.Spacious and comfy.You get a feeling you’re touching the Sea from your room. Good size balcony and sun beds. Book Ouzeri ( one of hotel restaurants) for dinner, experience authentic Cypriot cuisine on by the sea and be taken to a musical oddessy with the Melodies of the Cypriot Singer. Don’t miss the 3-4 Km costal walk to the small church on the beach ( turn left as you exit the hotel beach side) The five star in this hotel should be 6!Book a spa treatment early - we couldn’t as was all pre booked for our stay. Great job team Annabelle. See you again

Gym was small but you’re able to use Almyra hotel next door ( same owner)

We chose this hotel because it is close to Habad Paphos. It is in front of a Kosher Bakery. They offer Kosher breakfast (need to order in advance/ when you check in). Rooms were clean, big enough for 2 adults and a kid. They add a real bed (not a sofa). View to the sea is nice. Staff is very kind and try their best to accommodate clients requests. Did not try the SPA. lots of outside space/ pools and direct access to the beach

I recently stayed at the Annabelle Hotel in Paphos and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff truly stood out for their exceptional service. A special thanks to the manager, Achilles, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was great, especially the breakfast, which included a nice selection of kosher options. It was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Overall, the Annabelle Hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Paphos. We look forward to returning.

No music at the pool (why?), no kids club (you need to pay for the kids club in a nearby hotel), no activities in the hotel. A bit outdated rooms.

The property was clean, looked well organised, great layout

Perhaps some ramps for pushchairs? Only we had the lift the pushchair up a few flights of stairs each day each time we went in and out of our room.

The receptionist that checked me in was very rude. She had the audacity to tell me to go to other hotels as this one was very expensive when she couldn’t find my booking, then she found my booking. Food was the worst in a 5 star hotel. Shower heads need to be changed.

The pool and facilities at the Annabelle were beautiful and well maintained. There is no rush for sunbeds in a morning and the service at the pool was good. The location is also great if you like to wander about.

The pool bar was not open in August. Also, the breakfast was too busy and in a small restaurant, it would have been helpful if it was in until 10.30am…

It was an amazing stay , I was upgraded and the room was fantastic , I'll be back to Cyprus in September , I will likely be staying here for the duration

The venue was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. All the staff were fabulous, and super helpful. Had everything we needed, very clean.

There are specific times where some of the outdoor amenities are closed which we were not super clear about i.e. only the main pool is open in the evenings, vut we didntknowwhich one wasthemain pool. Would be good if there was some signage around to avoid embarrassment or rude attitudes from self-important visitors.

It’s an extremely well run 5 star hotel with lovely staff

Lovely hotel. Loved our room overlooking the pools and the sea. Exceptional staff, all very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfasts and the choice of restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Beautiful pools and lots of sitting areas to sit in outside and inside.
