Great central location. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere for New Year’s Eve. Lovely room

Some parts are starting too look tired compared to other hotels of similar quality in Cyprus. Breakfast was ok, good choice but we were in the separate area rather than the main breakfast room.

Breakfast, clean room and twice a day change of towels if needed.

I needed a magnifying mirror in bathroom.
I was bitten very much by mosquitoes after opening the balcony doors at night as room was too hot.
Temperature regulation is needed in rooms if the doors are kept shut against mosquitoes. I was given a fan but temperature control should be better in your beautiful hotel.

Location, room quality. We received a free upgrade and the hotel provided extra attention as it was my wife’s birthday on arrival

The location is excellent, which is why this was our second stay here. We were traveling with our baby and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the baby cot was also clean and well prepared. The breakfast was especially rich and delicious, which is another reason why we decided to come back.

The pillows were not very comfortable. In our room there were no curtains, while the room next to us (where my parents stayed) did have curtains. We also noticed some green mold on the shower rail that holds the shower head. We hope these small details can be improved in the future.

The amazing location of the hotel, the personalised welcome we received when we first arrived, the size and cleanliness of the room, the beautiful views from the balcony, the sense of being both couple and family-oriented, the amenities available if we wanted to access them, the scrumptious breakfasts and access to high quality in house restaurants, the availability of parking onsite and the impressive customer service we received from all staff. It was a holiday we wont forget!!

Initially we felt uneasy with how close the balcony's were of adjacent rooms in relation to privacy but we go used to this.

Great location in the town, lots of space despite all the guests there and a really warm welcome from all staff members who went out of their way to make our stay amazing

There were smokers in the next room who smoked on the balcony and the wind blew it in to our room. I have suggested to staff that smokers are in a different wing. It wasn’t every night as room occupants changed.

The ocean view room was spacious and had a nice view. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, including a sauna and spa area, and a tennis court that can be easily booked through the helpful front desk staff.

The shower was a major disappointment. The outdated showerhead was uncomfortable to use, and the lack of a full door caused the entire bathroom to flood, with water even seeping into the room.

Apart from that, the pools were not well maintained. One had a suspicious yellow stain floating on the surface, while the other had mold growing around the edges. Additionally, there were very loud noises coming from the drainage system.

Great hotel for families. Excellent welcome and service. The location is great for those who like to be walking distance from restaurants and shops. The pools and beach are nice. The friendly staff was the cherry on top.

Absolutely great accommodation near the beach and the promenade. This hotel has very nice, helpful and polite staff. We also bought a one-hour classic massage at this hotel and it was really excellent, and we can definitely recommend it to other travelers. We thank you for everything and wish you much success in your work and many satisfied guests, as we were satisfied.

Room was spacious, and view lovely. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Staff always pleasant and helpful. The location, an easy walk to good restaurants, was fine. We also liked being so near the sea.

Breakfast room was small for this type of hotel and became very congested. All meals and drinks were costly for what they were. Spa massages at an average of E100 each were expensive and off-putting.

Location was great. Fantastic breakfast. Considerate staff - especially at check-in. Doorman and concierge very helpful.

Room was OK but the bathroom was a little underwhelming for an expensive hotel. Shower was over the bath and no rain shower. One of the bedside USB outlets didn’t work. Low battery in the room safe meant it didn’t work initially - although quickly repaired.

I was worried that it might be outdated but gladly surprised that it was well kept . The lobby even though has a decor that is not modern was very pleasant to spend the evenings in . Everything was shiny and clean . The staff were very friendly and professional . Location is excellent. Morning breakfast was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay ✨

Amazing hotel, clean, beautiful, stylish, great service and very calming.

I came to rest but the mattress is too soft and gave me even more backpain. And from 4 till about 5 am there was an very loud sirine (alarm) going off outside and kept us awake and ruined our sleep.

Hotel is seafront but not beachfront, unfortunately.

The floor area around the pool could be slippy & was often too hot to walk on.

our room was nice in size, it had a couch area and we had a balcony facing the most magnificent sea view and the stunning garden with all the pools.
the pools were so fun and fresh! we had a choice of four outdoor pools- all different styles- you could literally be in the pools all day. there were sunbeds facing the see with bar and towels.
it was so nice to know that there was a option of a kosher breakfast- as we cant have that in many pools

the only thing i didnt like was to have to go home from such a lovely place where we felt so pampered and treated in this amazing oasis.
