Everything, the hotel is fantastic with great facilities, amazing customer attention, super clean, can't fault anything. Exceeded expectations, very high standards and very pleased with everything.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Service is fantastic. Room had a great balcony and ocean view. And the breakfast was the best anywhere. Location was very convenient to other restaurants and bars and there's a fantastic broadwalk that leads down to the city center and waterfront that's only 2km away. We also stayed at the Four Seasons in Limassol, and I thought the Elysium was better in every way.

The shower and bathtub are one unit and can be a little harrowing to enter/exit.

Excellent breakfast,from cooked to cold options the choice is immense. Great coffee and freshly squeezed juices. Sumptuous bedroom with lovely linen, welcome cake and coffee pods. The porters are so helpful and welcomed us back for our second stay.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were great, always smiling and willing to help. Everything was super clean, and the breakfast was awesome, with so many choices and amazing taste. We did have an issue with bed bugs in our room, but it was handled immediately. We were given a new room and received a partial refund, this why this is on "what did you like section".

Loved the hotel overall, the employees are exceptional, so polite and helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Spacious rooms and truly clean.

The dinner at the restaurant was too expensive, much more than the other local restaurants, and offered no additional quality for the price.

All (staff, spa, gym, service, even hotel’s aroma) were good for me…

…except A/C in the room (didn’t work in cooling mode and I didn’t like linen (not cotton?)

Coming here every time is an excellent experience. Comfy and stylish rooms, excellent service and beautiful facilities.

Such a beautiful calm tranquil hotel. The indoor pool was perfect and the staff were so nice to my 4 year old son :) we loved our stay here!

After a line of so called 5-star hotel we have visited, this was the first one meeting all the promises and expectations. All the elements, service, breakfast and staff were tuned to serve customers and it all worked. Nothing essential for a perfect and relaxing stay was missing.

The transport from the airport to the hotel did not appear (although ordered and included when booked from booking.com). So, we had to order another taxi from the hotel against a payment.

A true gem. The location is superb, right along a 5k spectacular promenade. It offers top of the notch facilities, including a very well equipped gym and daily yoga and pilates classes. The restaurants in the hotel are exeptional. The beds are divine, there is even a pillow menu! It's been a home away from home at a time we couldn't fly back to Israel and I am so grateful for the time we spent here.

Good evening, We would like to send our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful time we had staying with you from February 25th to 28th. Everything about our visit felt so warm and welcoming. The dinners were absolutely delicious, and we truly appreciated the care and attention that went into every detail. We would especially like to thank the waiter (we’re so sorry we didn’t catch his name). His kindness, great sense of humor, and the way he connected with our child meant so much to us. He made our evenings even brighter and our stay even more memorable. Thank you again for your hospitality — we left with such lovely memories and hope to return someday.

Beyond expectations! A perfect 10/10 experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The atmosphere, the service, and the facilities were top-notch. Highly recommended!

Only one fault. The staff started mowing the lawn and trimming the bushes before 7 AM. It was impossible to sleep with the window open because of the loud noise from the power tools, the gas mower, and the staff talking loudly.

From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff were so obliging, helpful, and polite. The room and service were exceptional. There was everything you would need in the room. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff, too. They were so friendly. The location is fantastic. A short walk to all amenities. I definitely would recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

It was raining the whole morning and we went at 7 for breakfast, we waited for the rain to stop and asked if we could have another drink in the breakfast bar and that was allowed. we appreciated that.

the wellness is nice but i ve seen more cosy welnesses, the jacuzzy for instance should be shielded off from the pool with a mozaiek wall.

Stunning hotel real quality. All the staff were excellent, attentive and could not do enough for you. Rooms were spacious with beautiful bedding and lovely ESPA products in the bathrooms, including shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and body lotion. The food in all the restaurants was delicious, i loved the truffle ravioli and could eat it every day! The Spa facilities and the gym were were very well equiped .Would definitely recommend.

EVERYTHING!

The spa facilities, mainly the indoor pool and jacuzzi, were unfortunately full of children during our visit. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy the spa experience, which we were expecting to be more calm and adult-oriented..

The hotel and stuff are amazing! Outstanding service, everywhere is very clean and well-groomed!

We like everything, extended checkout, complementary cakes for the birthday that we celebrate.

Clean and spacious hotel, all the staff we met were courteous, very luxurious room, wonderful breakfast, varied, fresh and delicious ingredients. We had dinner at the Italian and Asian restaurants, both of which were wonderful - it was delicious and of a very high standard.

The hotel is a little far from everything, but it didn't bother us.

Really gorgeous hotel. We had a room with a porch facing the pool and the sea. T was a fabulous view.

Grand in style but friendly. Superbly maintained indoors and attractive outdoor areas. Breakfast and bar food were both very good quality and involved a wide range of choice. Room was delightful, well-equipped and very clean. Large comfortable bed. Special mention must go to the charming and extraordinarily helpful Fonser (?) who did the meeting and greeting. Lovely chap!
