The bathroom was very luxurious A lot of swimming pools On the beach and a short walk to the old harbour Clean towels twice a day

beautiful pool areas and sun loungers wonderful clear sea just by the hotel for swimming good food at the greek restaurant downstairs by the water

kids pool too hot beds not especially comfortable not enough water provided - given the cost you’d expect more than one small bottle per day no toilets by the pool

Loved the amount of space around the hotel you felt you had. Beautiful and white and modern. Service was real 5*. It was good without being too keen. Also, although on the expensive side to book, pricing in the hotel of drinks etc was well priced

Rooms could have been a little larger. The hotel is well maintained but not new so things like the lifts are also small. That's clearly in contrast to the hotel itself which is minimalist and spacious.

Everyone was very helpful. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable.

Price of lunch and dinner meals which forced us to go to restaurants outside the hotel Although the room was excellent we experienced a leak in the bathroom which took 2 days to fix

Super beautiful hotel, great location and amazing staff! Even though it got full in the weekend, it didn’t feel like we were all cramped in one place! The pool outside was heated, which was def a plus! :) the playground is simple, but serves well the purpose, our daughter loved it!

For the half board package, it would be nice if at least water is included in the package!

Because they had only just reopened after their winter break the air conditioning wasn’t working. My room was too hot at night which made it hard to sleep at times. Also the pools aren’t heated, which in the height of summer I’m sure is fine, but in the spring there were a bit too cold. Plus the infinity pool at the spa was empty.

We thought that hotel has beach. But no of the hotels has real beach. But it was no issue for us, because we had plan to go around with the car and visit different beaches.

Amazing size room with balcony and incredible views. The hotel was incredibly family friendly and the staff were absolutely brilliant with our 7 month old. They were entertaining, provided pureed food and all included in half board. Warm pool, beautiful spa. Fantastic location with boardwalk along seafront. On site restaurants were of superb quality. Also able to use the facilities and restaurants at the Annabelle.

Beautiful gardens and an excellent location. Spacious room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Loved the Spa and treatment.

The Japanese Restaurant was very expensive for the food that was served. The overall cost of drinks also very high. Walk in shower floor is dangerously slippy.

Beautiful hotel ideally located on the sea. Heated pool at 29 degrees for the kids which is great in late October. Breakfast is very good, staff super friendly. Quality of the food in the 2 restaurants is very decent (the one at the bottom of the stairs facing the sea is better)

I dont understand why they don't want to wash the used wine glasses. We asked for it and it looks it is something they dont want to do or understand why it is their job. The guy preparing the room before night time then washed them in our bathroom with the soap :-(
