Serenissima Boutique Hotel, Crete

Great location in the heart of old town. Great service including a great breakfast every morning. The rooms was spacious and very comfortable. Chania is a great tourist town - clean, great things to see, and not overcrowded. Will definitely be back.

The staff were really kind and very helpful - they booked me a massage when i arrived (which was heavenly) and called to say i could check in early. The location is brilliant, the room is stylish and very comfy and the breakfast was great.

A top class hotel. We really enjoyed our visit. Facilities were perfect, breakfast delicious, very convenient location and staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to visit Chania.

We were met by VASSILY and escorted to the hotel. He was considerate, knowledgeable, and courteous as was the rest of the staff at the desk and at breakfast---which was delicious every day.

The hotel is very centrally located in the old town, pedestrian area near the marina, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, lots of it and lots of choice. There is a really nice feel to the hotel, very restful and quiet away from the busy streets.

We experienced a bit of noise from other guests (not the hotel's fault) and we missed having a mirror in the bedroom (in addition to the one in the bathroom).

The hotel is very beautiful with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is superb, the best we have ever had in a hotel, the stuff is very nice and extremely helpful. The location is very good

Lovely feel, tasteful, simple, very comfortable accommodation, warm & personable staff, excellent breakfast, we slept well, location soooo central in old town. Big room (superior suite) was perfect for us.

A shame their restaurant no longer operating apart from the excellent breakfasts. Also would’ve been good to have had more leisure areas suitable for, for example, settling down to get your nose into a good book.

Beautifully renovated Venetian villa, with well appointed rooms, wonderful location, kind and professional staff and an excellent Crete breakfast menu included.

Looking forward to the reopening of the sauna, restaurant and bar on site!

Wonderfully well appointed and positioned boutique hotel, in the heart of the historic Venetian part of Chania. In a nice quiet side street, so no disturbance from all the tourists. Owners and staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very well done.

We stayed in a suite for our honeymoon - beautiful courtyard and room, bathroom has a great shower and nice toiletries provided. Staff super friendly. Easy to get to the harbour for sightseeing or even walk to the city centre (New Town?). The restaurant Tamam is just around the corner. Would love to return someday.

Tbh this was not a problem for us, but the hotel only seems to have steps (as far as we saw) so it’s just something to note if you have mobility issues and/or a lot of luggage.

We stayed in a superior room with terrace (room 6). The room was beautifully decorated and faultless, very comfortable with a nice terrace and additional small balcony. I also enjoyed relaxing in the large bath tub with Molton Brown toiletries (a taste of home!) The breakfast was delicious and location of the property absolutely perfect for exploring the old town.

Perhaps more expensive than other hotels in the area, but was worth the money in my opinion. Thank you for a great stay!

fabulous location in middle of this beautiful Cenetian port

beautiful bright room, very comfortable, excellent location the staff were all so helpful to me travelling alone- I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back!

The location in the old town is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious but the staff make the difference. Next time, I will reserve a room with external windows because I prefer to have more natural light inside.

I gave 5 stars but this is only a suggestion: to increase a bit the number of plugs, maybe USB, in the room.

This is the most charming hotel tucked away in an alleyway in the old city of Chania. The food was outstanding with homemade delicacies that were incredibly delicious, varied and filling. I would like to mention the lovely Angie Moschou who is an angel just like her name. She warmly welcomed us and was very knowledgeable and helpful.Thsnk you so much.

Excellent location, extremely clean, lovely breakfast & very helpful staff.

Wardrobe storage in the room was taken up with mini bar & other items so left less space for storing clothes for 2 people

we liked everything about this property! excellent location in the heart of old town, but away from the harbour just enough for some peace and quiet. exceptional customer service- probably the best I’ve ever had. we stayed in the superior split level suite for 4 nights. wonderful breakfast as well.
