The location is great and the place is overall really clean and social but not overly!

The dorms are quite small, not a lot of space for your luggage.

Nice and friendly staff, helpful - i encountered a situation when i was charged twice by mistake but i was contacted by a responsible person soon and got refundation very fast. Good communication and service - the staff is very keen on helping you to recommend good spots, atractions or historical sites in the city. Gym and swimming pool available (25dkk). Cozy atmosphere in the lobby - also bar with snacks and drinks avaliable for those who need. Great location near the main train station - connection to the airport etc. Clean. Kitchen area avaliable. Eco-friendly - waste recycling system. Free drinking water available! 👍

There was very little space in the room to put the luggage - a table of some sort would be nice even though there are plenty downstairs in the lobby area. The pillow was too soft, but that’s personal preference.

Great facilities including a clean well equipped kitchen,, helpful informative staff and friendly vibe, right on the lake.

The in-room lockers were not the best, they stuck quite often, difficult to lock, you need to bring a very specific padlock size that would work with these lockers.(which you can also buy from them) I have used lockers with tap card mechanism in some hostels and compared to that, this falls short.

Clean toilet, bunk beds spacious, .mattress and pillow very comfortable. nice common area on ground floor to chill.

Hook on toilet a bit small to hang towel, need to ensure it balances nicely so towel do not drop. Hairdryer was the fixed kind and did not dry hair properly as it will get too hot. Area near room locker quite squeezy. Light sensor in room which was annoying when trying to shower or pack as light will go off shortly

The location was brilliant. Good value for money. The room was spotless clean. The bed was very comfy.

I was in a top bunk and the steps are mental, they can become slippery, would help having some grab material on them. The bunks do not have privacy curtains. The WiFi is non existent.

Quiet rooms. Good atmosphere in the lobby when football matches were on TV. Happy hour was good too!

First time staying at a hostal. The bed was surprisingly soft. I loved how close the location, especially since I went during the Christmas markets and it was very close to Tivoli Gardens. I loved the fact that I had a private bathroom in the dormitory and that I was given the bottom bunk like I requested. There was a tap for water too

You could hear the music from downstairs and any movement in the corridor but it is to be expected from a hostal

The hostel is located very close to the train and metro station in Copenhagen city center, and you can easily walk everywhere from there. Plus, right next to the hostel there’s a lake where you can take morning and evening walks and enjoy some peace and quiet. I stayed in the top bunk, but I would recommend choosing the bottom bunk. It’s more comfortable since you don’t have to worry about disturbing others if you arrive late, and you can conveniently keep your shoes right next to your bed. I initially chose the top bunk for privacy, but once I got there, I realized the bottom bunk is actually better. I can say it’s excellent value for money, though I’d recommend it mainly for short stays. For longer trips, even though life in Copenhagen is expensive, places where you can stay alone are always better. I didn’t notice any downsides to the facility, and my roommates—even just for one night—were people I could have enjoyable conversations with.

Very kind staff, we came earlier and they managed to give us room 3hours before check in. Location is perfect, 10/10. 3min walk from Tivoli, 5min from city center.

We had private double room with private bathroom, overall it was decent, small room but we didn't expect anything else because it is hostel, not hotel. The rooms could be a bit more cleaner in my opinion. The drain in the tub and the drain in the sink were completely clogged with dirt. Rooms need renovation. I think it is a bit expensive compared to the price we paid, but overall it was ok.

Friendly staff and good atmosphere, the room (private room for two) was compact but worked very well for us. Comfy bed and modern room.

Unfortunately there were other people’s hair on the bed linens when we arrived and the shower had some grime, which made us a little uncomfortable. Also not having a hand towel in the bathroom was quite incovenient. Two smaller towels would have made the room equipment pretty much perfect. One for hands and one for feet after shower (or a bathmat). Didn’t feel comfortable to use shower towels as hand towels and as there was nothing to dry your feet after shower, all the floors got wet, grime and small trash from the floor got stuck on the wet feet and then carried into the bed. A very small thing but felt really inconvenient and a easy fix

Stayed in private room for 4 people. Excellent value for money. Rooms small, but exactly as expected. Very clean and just great place all round.

Communal bar / lounge area was busy so no where to sit. Extra charges for bar games. Very limited breakfast available (instant porridge, basic pastries 🥐)

It was nice and the atmosphere in the common areas was always lively and busy. Also the location was super convenient.

The room was very tiny, it felt quite suffocating at times. The bed was very comfortable however.

Extremely cheap for such a central location in Copenhagen. The room was small but clean and functional, and surprisingly quiet for a hostel. The location is excellent — a few minutes from Vesterport and within walking distance of almost everything. What dragged the overall experience down a bit was the constant stream of rules, reminders, and extra charges. In the days before arrival you get email reminders that checkout at 11:00 is absolutely mandatory, and the same tone appears on signs throughout the building. Almost everything costs extra: luggage storage, breakfast, the gym (with a strict 1h30 limit), the pool. It’s fair that a hostel charges for add-ons, but the sheer number of reminders everywhere makes you feel a bit like a problem child rather than a guest. In the end, you get exactly what you pay for: a cheap, central, modern room — and the trade-off is an atmosphere that’s more regulated than relaxed.

A fee to use the kitchen. Having stayed in other similar hostels, a free communal kitchen has always been the norm.

Very simple to check in or check out. There is a kitchen you can access for few euros. The staff were helpfull and welcoming.

The lockers were broken. Fortunately there were nobody else in my room.

The location is perfect, close to everything I planned on visiting, 10 minutes walking distance to the train station (being my main travel mode in the city) and the facilities overall are very nice and well thought.

The room was tiny, it was hard to move around and have a suitcase open, was expecting it to be bigger, given I chose a private room with balcony.

For Copenhagen it's reasonably priced

The biggest flaw to the bed pods is that there are no curtains. All the modern lights in bathrooms and what not shine quite bright as other people go in and out of them throughout the night. There is little room to back and store larger bags also.

Brilliant place to stay. Safe, clean and good management

The location of the accommodation was great, very close to the central train station. The price was also very affordable, offering excellent value for money.

The room was quite small – only one or two people could move around while the others had to stay on the bed. When we arrived, there were hairs on the floor and in the bathroom, and one of the towels had a stain, which I hope simply didn’t wash out even though the towel otherwise looked clean. We also didn’t enjoy the food offered.

The staff was excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly, warm, and embracing. The whole concept of the place was very unique, and I appreciated that.

The lighting was horrific. When one has to go to the toilet, the light is abrasive and sets off one's circadian rhythms. I know because I am a sleep specialist. I've assessed many hotels and spas professionally. The glass door to the toilet/shower area is ridiculous. It's heavy, loud and cumbersome. That there was nowhere to sit inside the room, except on the bed, or the toilet was annoying. For the price, I would say that it was more in favor of the house than for the guest

The shower drain was plugged and did water would not drain properly so The shower could only last about 3-4min before flooding. The bed were okay, but not very comfortable.

I dont know if each room is different or this hostel actually listens to reviews, but the room did have curtains on the big window. Very good location. Nice beds, easy to get into the top bunk. In 4 bed room the bathroom light wasnt THAT bad.

The cleaning lady came before the check out time (she didnt tell me to leave but i felt bad that she came in to take other checked out peoples bedding and she would have to come back after i check out). Automated lights in the bathroom were annoying. The rolling door didn't close 100%, literally no privacy in there sound wise.

Really good facilities and bed was comfortable.

WiFi is very weak in the bed room. Constantly seeing lights on and off when people come at various times do the night. Understandly this is not the fault of the hostel.

The beds had a bit of privacy and were very comfortable.

There was little to no room in the bedrooms making it very hard to maneuver, get dressed, etc.

Great location (next to Central Station, a short walk to the old town). Large common area w/ hot water for tea.

Room was tiny with no chair or small desk. Be aware that you pay for every „extra“: storing your bags in lockers, using the gym, etc.

It would be great to have curtains for each bed to provide more privacy and ensure a more comfortable sleep. Because of the light sensors in the room and the fact that there is no way to darken the bed area, it can sometimes be difficult to get proper rest.

It was an amazing stay. Arrive with a party. All staffs were very accomodating and happy assisting. Room was clean. Amenities are cool. Rented a bike and it was really awesome. Definitely highly recommended to stay.
