It was well organised and there were a lot of activities to enjoy. It was all automated and the staff was so nice.

The pool wasn’t open and the room was a little too small

A big hostel with a lot of things to do, like a swimming pool and gym. Very nice room (for 6 people). Stuff was helpful, explained everything, had no problems with checking in. I just stayed over night, did not have enough time to explore but it looked nice!

The bed sheets had a few spots. The pillow was too big for that kind of bed. There are no curtains, so if someone turns on the light, it can be seen.

Nice and warm

Room was very neat and clean when I arrived. Staff is also very helpful. They all speak fluent English. A very cool place.

They have an old school locker. Make sure you bring your own padlock with you.

Cleaning in the room wasn’t the most proper. The cleaning lady was finished in 3 minutes I think.

The location of was fairly near to the city center, just one to two stops away by taking the S train. The toilet and shower is attached directly in the room, so it was pretty convenient to use. Nice lounge area in the lobby with foods and drinks (to pay). There are gym, swimming pool and paid lockers in the lower levels. You can easily store your luggage there if you arrive early.

Check in procedure was pretty messy, there was a huge crowd at the self check-in computers during the check in time at 3pm. Many people faced technical issues trying to do self check-in. My room key card had an issue and one time I could not enter my room and had to ask the reception for help. The towels are not changed everyday, and the beds are also not cleaned everyday.

Steel house was amazing. Great facilities, room was amazing. I was travelling alone so I was nervous but steel house was absolutely amazing. Safe and great value for money. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Only down side is that I didn’t read anywhere about needing a lock for the lockers, would of like to know that before hand.

The bedroom was rather clean and basic. One towel was given for each of us. Besides that, the bed was comfortable, clean and spacious, and I enjoyed my stay. The ground floor was very lively, with people enjoying drinks together while talking and listening to the music. It's the type of hostel fit for young people who just want to have fun around Copenhagen and in the hostel itself. This place was about 20 minutes away by foot from the main attractions in Copenhagen, and from the railway station.

The bathrooms were clean, but they seemed to be always clogged, making it borderline disgusting having a shower. Furthermore, some of the storage boxes' locks seemed to be a bit old, and therefore difficult to handle, as a bit of force and push were needed.

Location was excellent, the room was very clean and bright. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and everyone speaks English perfectly. The communal areas were very clean and comfortable with a variety of different spaces to hang out. There was a coffee bar that also served sandwiches and snacks and refill coffee machines. We only stayed one night so didn't test out the other facilities but the gym and swimming pool did look very inviting and also the hostel had parking which is great for a capital city. We couldn't fault this place and excellent value for money. We highly recommend it and would use it again.

The only thing I would complain about is the size of the towels but that's all.

Clean and great value for money, especially for the location so close to the centre of Copenhagen. We stayed in a private room and it felt more like staying in a hotel than in a typical hostel. Checking in and out online was very smooth and saved time.

Bed was clean and the sheets were good quality. Bathroom was clean as well.

There was not really a secure locked place to store belongings.

It was very clean and easy to navigate to restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff were also lovely. The bed was also very comfortable and the shower had very good pressure.

The room was pretty small, so hard to open large suitcases in there.

Location, staff, events, lounge, kitchen, price

The rooms does not contain any garbage or small table to sit and eat. It is designed to keep you out of it. Bathroom design is not usefull too.

hostel 10 minutes walking from the main train station and in the vicinity of a couple supermarkets, as well as a metro station, so definitely well connected. clearly someone designed it with an idea and the rooms do look very much like the photos, definitely very cool visually. perhaps not always the most practical though.

the rooms are tiny, there are lockers but still, if you have a bigger suitcase i honestly don't know if you'd be even able to open it on the floor bc of the lack of floorspace. also the en-suite bathroom has frosted glass doors which is nice for being able to tell if anyone is inside but also means the moment someone is using the bathroom during the night the whole room is lit up which is not great for lighter sleepers. the hostel has a ton of stuff like a gym and a pool and lockers for storing your luggage but everything has to be paid for additionally which is pretty meh. but also the hostel itself was not expensive so like i get it.

Very nice atmosphere, nice lobby, the bathroom ok, not bad for one night, good location.

The room was very small. Not even place for a small table. Hard to pass each other. No place to put a glass of drink or anything else, only bed and window.

Very modern, clean and comfortable hostel with excellent facilities in a good location close to Tivoli and central station. The hostel has a kitchen, gym and swimming pool, as well as a well stocked bar which has a good happy hour offer. There is plenty of room in the reception/bar area to relax with a coffee or have drinks in the evening complete with a pool table and various games.

The hostel charges for additional bed sheets and towels as well as for the use of the kitchen, luggage storage and any other minor extras. There was no WiFi signal in my bedroom, and the sliding bathroom door left a gap when closed so other guests can hear you doing your business.

Very good staff, beds were clean, rooms were clean. Lockers were good.

The lifts were really slow and you can’t access the stairs too much without a card.

We liked the location and the room. My children liked the room and the bed's design as it feels like we are on a cruise. The location was centralised, very close to Tivoli, shops and supermarket.

There is no mat in the bathroom, to get an extra tower, we need to pay extra.
