The toilet smelt a little bit of stale urine.

Super convenient and cosy hostel in the heart of Copenhagen with surprisngly great amenities and cool vibes.

I found multiple blood stains on my bed covers and was SO disgusted. Thankfully, I was able to change them with different ones from a spare bed. Also, I think the room cleaning should be more frequent.

Location is excellent and a great range of facilities at the hostel and friendly staff. Very convenient for local transport and getting into the centre of town and several food options in the local area.

Room was not as clean as expected and the room lights are motion activated which led to several time of the lights turning themselves off when not expected including the bathroom light going off in the middle of having a shower and not being able to turn it back on without exiting the shower stall.

Fantastic accomodation with everything you needed for a comfortable stay at a great price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Blood stains on underside of bunk with what looked like dried food stains on the wooden veneered panel in the bunk too. Auto lights in shower would go off whilst in the shower as the sensor was blocked when the shower screen was closed. Duvets, although comfy were extremely noisy which wasn't good in multi-bed setting.

Great facilities - games room, cinema, arcade, pool. Central location, friendly staff.

The rooms were perfect for a family but would be very cramped if you were staying as 6 individuals.

Location was excellent. Close to literally anything you need, such as grocery shop, public transport, good restaurants etc. Walking distance to any attraction. Very easy check-in/check-out, everything works with app and that's very handy. Hostel offers numbers of social gatherings and there is a lot! of things you can do inside the building and that's awesome. Beds very comfortable, pretty cool design. Overall very positive experience. Nice neighbourhood.

2 things actually. Little minors but still important to point. Room itself could have use some better cleaning. We have found some dust here and there, it was visible for us, at least. And water in the shower got stuck and this was pretty uncomfortable. Nothing major, didn't affect us very much and those things are definitely easy to fix.

The beds are very comfortable and while there are no curtains, the design allows for some privacy. The location of the hostel could not be better in my opinion

You need to pay additional and book a time slot to use either the gym or the pool. Did not know this ahead of time and the booking system on the app wasn't working anyways. The rooms are fine, but the bathroom and shower offer little provacy and a very bright automatic light that you cant control so when someone goes to use the bathroom in the middle of the night the whole room is quite bright. On top of that you can hear.... everything happening in the bathroom because its just a sliding glass door with gaps so not light or soundproof at all.

Poor drainage on shower

The beds were so comfy in the room. It was great value for money and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Would highly recommend!

Central location. Love the lobby, great working space. The bed is very comfortable. Shaped like capsule, provide a more personalised space and privacy. Which i really like!

Room is too small for 6 persons.

Rooms a tad small so had to live out of the suitcase/bag

The location is pretty center, the room is fine but I would like to have a curtain on my bed for my privacy. The bed was really confortable but the best was the people working on the Hostel, super friendly.

Location was fantastic, short walk from the train station and close to the main areas. Loved the sleeping pods, we are a family of 4 ( 2 teenagers) so each having our own space was brilliant. Loved the charging points in each pod. Staff brilliant

Top bunks were really high with no barrier, felt a little unsafe. See through doors to the toilet and bathroom were annoying in the middle of the night so a curtain to the pods would be helpful to avoid waking others.

The location is just perfect: near the central station and not far from all main attractions. There are plenty things to do in the hostel directly, basically there is everything even for a long stay. There is kitchen and its proper café/bar, lounge, gym, pool and arcades, working area, lockers and bike rental.

Several power cuts, it was cold in rooms and quite dirty, water stream is not enough but despite that water doesn't go quickly in the shower. Mistakes with bookings: in the female only room a man came (we signaled the staff about it, but how it even happened...). WiFi isn't stable when you're in bed, but works well in public areas.

The room was good for a dorm, usb ports, lights, hairdryer plus decent Wi-Fi. I didn’t use other amenities but they looked good.

The lights! The bathroom lights are on censors so everyone someone walks past they come on and the doors are frosted glass. Plus so you know which is your bed they have positioned a frosted glass porthole by your head. So if you think you can escape the brightness when you are tucked up in bed you are mistaken. Some curtains and putting a panel over the frosted portholes would work. It’s a shame as it looked really nice but all I really want to do in a hostel is sleep and I didn’t really get to do that.

The facilities for a hostel are unparalleled! Loved the pool/gym the hostel had and they had relatively affordable prices. I really liked the coworking station and the live gigs. The location is really good, close to most things.

The wifi was a bit unstable at moments, especially as a digital nomad, that was a bit tricky at moments, but I was able to manage.

Convinience of check-in/check-out from your phone wherever you are and electronic room key.

2 years ago they used to put signs if other beds in room are reserved so that first guests don't touch or use locker of others. They don't have any signs anymore and some guests just assume if there's no person there then they can use locker (thankfully bed wasn't touched).

Digital key, digital check in and check out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free fresh water in the lobby and of course the location. The room was clean enough. Definitely value for money

Lights in the shower and the WC were automatically turned on every time you passed by. Window not opening - I understand it's for safety reasons but a bit of fresh air is necessary.

I loved the use of facilities around the steel house. Good use of the bar which was open till late which was good for us to make new friends and enjoy ourselves without having to leave .

I really enjoyed the steel house over all, although floor space and room to move around in the room. Although i appreciate that you pay for what you get.

Cleaning - extremely good; Location - super, the main railway station is 5-6 min walk; The bar is really good - fine beer and food, and plus: you can eat your own food also there; Online check in - great.

You have to pay if you want to use the common kitchen - it was really strange (but not expensive!).

I needed a bed for just one night, so I decided on this hostel. It's very affordable for Copenhagen and overall offers great value for the price – an excellent location, comfortable beds, a nice shower, and pleasant common areas.

The only downside was the noise. I couldn’t sleep well because it was extremely loud throughout the night, starting around 11 PM and lasting until 4 AM. It felt like there might be a nightclub either in the same building or nearby – not entirely sure, but it was definitely noisy.

Room was clean, beds were spacious and comfortable. Has access to a pool and gym and kitchen. Location is central to the main walking street and other sites. Has a games room and plenty of lounging areas. Great atmosphere.

It was a big hotel style hostel, the common areas could get quite busy and so there wasn't always a quiet space outside the room.

Using the kitchen requires an extra fee, but it's cheap so ok

It is a comfortable hotel, very nice, clean, the location could not be better, comfortable, I liked it.

The private rooms are bunk beds; although it is a very economical price, but if you go with your partner you should keep in mind that they are individual bunk beds.

The room is big

There’s no electricity for the bed near the door. The light won’t turn on and the USB charger doesn’t work.

My locker didn’t work, even with a padlock. The staff was very helpful and provided a secure locker in the deposit area, which sorted my problem (I had my work laptop with me), however, it was not so convenient as having my stuff in the bedroom. Bedrooms are clean but very very small. If one or two guests have big suitcases, it’s hard to circulate in the room. The individual pods cannot be closed, so when someone comes in or goes out or uses the toilet, you cannot not notice it.

I would recommend for short visits also for backpackers although not ideal for family. Overall good value for the money

We had a double room which was really really small ,it was lucky we only had backpacks as a case wouldn't have fitted in the room unfortunately

10 min walk from the train station. Supermarket at the corner. Digital entry, check in, checkout, lift access & kitchen access. Felt safe. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful bar, aesthetic look. Huge sitting area. Charging points- USB and Plug sockets . Pool table. Didn’t use but they do have charged swimming pool and gym at the basement. Paid storage lockers, digital ones. Comfy beds. Pillows were too soft for me, my neck was hurting the entire stay!

I don’t like they charged for luggage storage 🤷🏻‍♀️ Every hostel I had been into, I never ever paid for luggage storage, I guess they can make it free atleast! You need to pay for kitchen access, gym, swimming pool. Rooms are small, but well arranged beds. Curtains would be great addition, as the light from the shower room and toilet is bothering all the time, as it gets turn ON every time someone passes by. Kettles need replacing. Sheets and pillow cover changed on 4th day🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m not sure if they replace it after someone checks out and another checks in🫣 If hostel can clarify that would be great, as I had rashes on my neck during the stay.

Clean room, comfortable bathroom, large shower. The bed is also comfortable and warm. The property is close to the station and the centre, perfect for short trips

The room a bit small, little space for suitcases and changing clothes, but it was not a problem

a lot of amenities and decent rooms for the price - would stay here again but dependent on what day of the week and if it is term time

doors need better sound insulation. if you stay on the weekends and there’s a bunch of students, it’ll get rowdy - running up and down the hallways screaming into 2am

It was close to most attractions and the train station.

The rooms were super small. Not much room to move around . The fact you had to pay to use the self serve kitchen was wrong. . Every hostel I've stayed at you pay to use. Plus this one was woefully inadequate and ill equipped and very small compared to the size of the hostel .

I would appreciate more shelves in the room. The amount of the emails from the hotel was annoying.

it's not the hotel's fault, but there was a guest in the room who was screaming at night

It was passable for a hotel in this price range, with a kitchen, clean enough rooms, and a pool.

It's a large hotel with many rooms on one floor, so hallway noise is inevitable.

It’s been amazing, a friendly atmosphere that is safe and you can either be by your self and it doesn’t feel awkward or join a group

Great location. 10 minutes walk to the Central train station and metro

This hostel room is the smallest I’ve ever stayed in, with barely any space to move around. I also found that the hostel is overcrowded, with far too many people staying there. The room allocation system should also be improved
