Great property close to everything

The private room we were given was absolutely tiny and nothing like the photos. The bed barely fit in the room and you couldn’t walk around it. The picture of the room we were expecting and was advertised was completely different

Perfect location

Even though the room looked clean and there were white linen and towels, the smell in the toilet spoiled the overall impression. Maybe it was only a problem in our room (540) but seems like a broader issue.

There are a few black molds in the shower room. Also, when I arrived, someone took my bed and I was forced to use other bed that was not assigned to me. Next day, I informed the lady in the lobby and she was so kind to put me at a lower bed but I guess the cleaning ladies are not aware and was confused why I am staying at bed no. 5. Everything was sorted out in the end. It was hard to use the virtual key from the app so I had to request for a hard key pass. Overall, it was a good experience to sleep in an all female dormitory once again.

Rooms could be just a little bit bigger. Tight for 5 people.

The place is a good spot for solo travelers and people who are visiting Copenhagen for a short period of time (like 1/2 weeks)

I think they could give more towels, since it’s quite difficult to dry the towels in between showers.

Mean, rude arrogant staff. Management needs to hire better. These people should not be in hospitality.

Everything costs money. Not like other hostels…. Fee for sing the kitchen, games, pool, gym, coffee (staff were very assholish about coffee!!!!). Happy hour is a trick… bartenders act you are an invaders not a customer.

It was really nice, first few nights were very nice and clean, but the last one night was really not comfortable( Not that clean, a room overall was nice, I had 4-person room, but not clean enough compared to other rooms ( sorry, I think it’s perfect for that price and location the best!

A partner stayed in the hostel with me, and let's say they were doing couple things . And it was uncomfortable to be honest, that's all.

Good facilities , late night checkin was very easy, good location , kids loved the bunker beds.

For the price paid room was quite small , although the bunker beds were quite nice there isn’t much space within the room to move around or open a large suitcase

The games and swimming pool are excellent when travelling with children. Especially when it’s torrential rain outside.

The rooms are a bit hot at night and the temp in the thermostat wouldn’t go any lower.

Rooms are very small but it’s okay if you’re comfortable with your other guest. Only 10 minute walk to Tivoli and town centre. Kitchen was great €2 to enter which was really good and the common area down stairs had a dart board and you could also pay to enter the pool.

Bugs outside the window on higher floor, so you could not open the window bit also made us not want to open the curtains as it was creepy.

Location is very good. We managed to do all the city centre by bike. The bike rental and luggage storage are super convenient. Rooms are quiet and comfortable (though small)

Unfortunately, the app didn't work as expected as the lifts didn't accept the e-key. Also, booking the swimming pool didn't seem to work. There was a bit of dust around the toilet.

Good location, ok bed, nice atmosphere with mix of ages and people, fast internet, they organise many activities

The 4-bed dorm room is VERY small, the 4 people cannot stay in the room at the same time unless they are sleeping, kitchen needs some cleaning and care

the location is perfect and there are loads of activities that this hostel offers

The airconditioning was not working during our stay , that we had to leave the windows open overnight. We were not aware that we can bring padlocks for our room lockers. Towels were changed after 4 days so if youre staying for 4 days , that means no new towels even after youve checked out.

Great location and very clean rooms and facilities. 24-hour reception and cafe were also a great plus when leaving early.

Very small shared kitchen for the amount of people that use it! Crammed fridges and not enough seating. You also have to pay to use the kitchen.

I liked the design of the bed nooks - it was cosy and spacious enough, and allowed for some privacy.

Would be cool to be able to have an opportunity to close up the bed nooks. Also, maybe, more pockets within the bed nooks to offer more storage place on the walls. The space to store large suitcases is very limited within the rooms. The shower glass doors sometimes got stuck. Maybe, add the built-in locks into the storage spaces within the rooms?

Loved the vibe - full of families and travellers all having a wonderful time. Great cafe/bar options. The sleeping pods were fun! Shuffleboard was brilliant.

We would have preferred the bathroom doors to seal so sounds couldn’t be heard in bedroom. Also for light in bathroom to be able to be manually turned on and off as to not disturb other quests. A small curtain to pull across sleeping pod would have given more privacy. Would have liked to have been able to hire shuffleboard for 30 mins rather than an hour - budget wise!

Personal is very helpful, some facilities are free to use, prices on restaurant and drinks are decent, small pool and laundry facilities are available, parking with direct access to hostel

Parking is quite expensive, however it is convenient, rooms are quite tight, even we booked a larger private room for more people, we still felt crowded, however, that's the concept for this kind of Hostels

Comfy beds and clean rooms

This place is fantastic. So fun. So lucky I was able to be here.

Close to central station, beds were very comfortable , room was clean and had airco (we had few hot days)

Kitchen area can get messy but this is related to the guests (not cleaning up after they use). Sometimes it was too busy so we barely bought food that needed to be cooked.

Great price. Convenient for late check in. Comfy bed. I like the room set up.

The new key card app and checking in before you arrive on the app/with the link added stress to my travel. I prefer checking in at a desk and having a real key card.

Good for a night

We booked a private room as a family of four, and it worked out perfectly with four sleeping places in our room and private bathroom. It is not spacious, but since we were out exploring the city and came in for sleep/rest, it was more than sufficient. There is a large common area on the ground floor, a lively bar, and the staff was very friendly. The location is central, and it is possible to reach major sights by walking - Tivoli is very close, for the Little Mermaid, one needs to put in some effort.

The staff was really friendly and the atmosphere great! The amenities, the bed near the window the staff in the reception excellent!

Only one big towel per person, too small room, dirty windows!

Location and staff were really good. Vibes were impeccable for a solo traveller.

Cleanliness could be more regular and prices could be lower considering the fact that you need to pay for most of the facilities. Also if curtains were added to beds would be a plus.

The noise! Always loud music pumping, even at 6:30 in the morning. My dorm was on the 4th floor, so it was quiet, but the closer you got to the main floor, the louder. Hard to relax and made us not want to spend time in the hostel

Sleeping rooms and pods were clean, new and modern. Lots of facilities to use, from a Pool to a Gym to bike rentals. Social space on the ground floor is well designed.

The shared toilets downstairs needed cleaning quite often.

I really liked this stylish hostel, perfectly situated close to the main station, Vesterbro, Tivoli etc. I had a bed in a women‘s room for six. The beds were actually quite cozy and private. Everything was clean and modern. Staff was helpful, the atmosphere in the lounge was friendly. And I liked renting a bike as well as a brief swim in the pool. It was also good that you could use the kitchen. Several supermarkets are close.

Everything was fine regarding the price. You just need to know that in a room for six it feels very intimate using the toilet and shower. The pool is more fun for families on a hot day than for swimmers.

Good location, close to the action. Beds are comfortable and most importantly, clean. Toilet/sink and shower are in two separate rooms/compartments, which was very convenient. Kitchen is large and has everything you could need for cook and eat. Hostel itself has a lot of other amenities and activities as well.

Location is near what seemed like a staging ground for trucks: Heard right from the early morning. Rooms are quite small: Only the basics (clearly purpose built, so they fit exactly the beds, lockers, facilities, etc. with not any extra space). Lockers are on the smaller side, meaning people leave their items on the floor. No curtains for bed, so you cannot be 'enclosed'. Cleaning of rooms is only once every FOUR days: This is simply insufficient for hostel turnover.

Possibly the greatest hostel we've ever been at! The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were just right. The facilities were exceptional, with great prices for drinks, luggage storage and for renting a bike. We weren't able to use the swimming pool, but it looked great! We also loved that although we were in a hostel, we had our private room and never felt uncomfortable. Finally, the location was great, right next to the city centre and to the central railway station of Copenhagen. Definitely recommend checking out Steel House.

On the day of our checkout, the cleaners entered our room 4 times before our allocated check out time, starting at 9 a.m.

Very comfortable beds, and really easy check-in/out because of the app.

The bathroom was inside the (small) room and the doors let all light through so eveyrtime some one went to the toilet or took a shower everyone in the room knew.

Really nice location and facilities. The staff is really nice and helpful.

WiFi in my room wasn't working well. The cleaning wasn't good either. The locker I had did not close properly, I got a new one, which did not close properly either.

Very pleased with the location, many things are walkable distance. The room and the beds were comfortable, although quite snug.

In the bathroom the shower drain was dirty, and the windows could be cleaner, also the air-conditioning was not working well, it was quite hot in the room.

Sometimes the airco could not keep up and the room became quite hot, but then again we did not spend much time in the room ;-)

This place has such good vibes! It's well located and the staff is super kind and helpful. I used the gym which was great! Of course the rooms are very small, but they're clean, well-designed, and functional. I wish I could stay longer to try some of the activities on offer as they sounded really fun and I'd love to come back some day. If you're a solo traveller or on a budget, I highly recommend staying here!

The pool was super busy with lots of kids diving in which was not safe and made it impossible to actually swim. It would have been great if someone monitored it from time to time. Also I couldn't find any pool towels anywhere, they didn't seem to be provided despite paying a use fee. And one small thing in the room, it would be useful to provide a shower mat.

The beds are comfortable and offer a bit of privacy. The toilet had good lighting for makeup. The location is very good and well connected with public transport.

It was very hot in the room, there is no AC and it's not a good idea to open the window because of the noise. Even with the windows closed, the noise was loud even through ear plugs. The kitchen is not free to use.

Cleanliness of my room. I stayed for 4 says, schedule says about the cleaning every 4 days. Though when I arrived it was not cleaned except linen, and stayed the same during my stay. Air conditioning was too weak ( though in other room it works good as I found out).
