We stayed in 6 bed dorm for the 2 of us, nice amount of space however I think too small for 6 people especially sharing the space with strangers. The toilet light is a sensor so going the toilet through the night could cause everyone to wake up. Cleaners let themselves into our room 1 hour before checkout time without knocking.

Very nice and cozy. It got all you need. The only minus at might say is that is 25Dkk if you want to use the kitchen and there is not a lot of spaces in the room

Excellent location, less than 10 mins walk from Central Station. Handy for getting around and sightseeing. Amenities were great and not overly priced. Great atmosphere for all ages during the day and in the evening.

The swimming pool was very cold.

Clean and quiet rooms, a lively bar, friendly staff, and good location, great for a short getaway.

The concept and interior is awesome

The lights ins the bathroom work only with presence detectors. Whenever you take a shower they will go out and you shower in how dark. If someone on the room need to pee during the night, the light (the door is made out of glass) will stay on for a couple of minutes and will brighten the whole (it’s really small) room.

Please replace duvets and pillows Duvets too hot, very sweaty, impossible to sleep. Pillows too soft, impossible to sleep. Two sleepless nights. Rooms are tiny. Otherwise, new, very nice design, great kitchen and location, a very pleasant place.

Its a good ratio between the price and the quality. Beds are comfortable, there is airconditioning in the rooms which is a big plus and all is quite new and good looking. The kitchen is dirty 90% of the time, mainly because of the amount of people using it and not cleaning afterwards. But after all there are a lot of activities in the hostel and they are doing everything to make your stay pleasant.

Everything is as finest as it can get

The check in experience with the man in the desk was not the best as he was a bit rude. But it’s something the hostel cannot control and maybe he was not having his day. Regardless it is the best hostel I have ever been and I’ve travelled the whole world

Amazing location. Stayed in a family room so had a spare place for luggage which was great as we didn't just travel with a backpack each. Great having a seperate toilet and shower section in the room, so 2 can be getting ready at once. Swimming pool, gym, great communal areas. Yes you have to pay a small amount extra to use the pool etc but actually that is great as keep the main cost down, especially if you didn't want to use them anyway. Was a beautiful building to stay in. Pods themselves were amazingly comfortable to sleep in.

Arrived and no electricity so had the option of walking up 5 flights of stairs late at night with our luggage (we had a suitcase each), I would have struggled to crawl up 5 flights of stairs without luggage. (Unfortunately my body is a tad broken). They knew that there would be not electricity as being cut off for work before we arrived, so would have been nice to have been warned, we had already checked in online so they had our contact details. Even the generator ran out of power before it cameback to life at 01.30 so the lift worked. (Apparently this is a common occurrence) Would have been nice to have been offered a drink (water even?) or something while we waited hours, not the best customer service in the world on check in, least they had a lovely waiting area and we travel with actual torches. One of the female members of staff was quiet frankly rude! I had the unfortunate pleasure of witnessing her being darn rude to another family and then the next day had the "pleasure" of being spoken down to appallingly, like I should have been bowing to her, as supreme human being. Not sure if she just didn't like families? What her issue was, but she lacked even the basic human politeness, never mind working in customer service. To be fair had she not spoken to us this way, I probably would not have even mentioned the lack of electricity but she just left us with a not nice feeling of the accommodation and the sole reason we would not return.

Definitely, the position of the location is top, because is at 8 minutes walk from the Central Train station, and exactly in the middle of everything. The room was as expected, the beds confortable and the staff friendly. Also the benefits of the location: gym, swimming pool, storage room, renting bikes - all of those for which you pay, are good to be at hand.

I would have preferred to know that the acces to kitchen is made only if you pay 25 DKK. When i made the check in at the location on the electronic machines, this info was not offered.

Everything was very smooth. Online check-in, easy checkout. Available staff for queestions. Really great homey atmosphere in the lobby area - lots of places to hang out for a chat, as well as lots of people working on many good work stations. Staff is super friendly. Atmosphere is inclusive for travellers of all ages, with lots of activities organised by the hotel - that opens up copenhagen for travellers as well as business visitors (such as morning runs) The hotel has a gym and a pool downstairs, which I didn't know. But - very nice touch, that.

Well - the room is super tiny. No space in the room for other than sleeping. But this was expected, that lobby is the place to spend the awake time, including working, organising stuff, etc. One improvement would be more coat-hangers on the walls.

Best hostel I have stayed at! The facilities were amazing and modern, there were daily activities you could join in and there was always a lively vibe. With the way the beds were, it was quite private for a hostel too. I would definitely come back!

I was there for 5 nights, and on the 4th night they should have replaced my bedding and towels. Sadly this did not happen, but as I only had one night left I did not follow up on this.

One of the best hostels, I've stayed in. The staff where friendly and accommodating, I requested a bottom bunk and they were able to make adjustments so that I got a bottom bunk which was great. I didn't use the online check in service. But was able to check in at the seat with ease. Lovely clean and modern facilities. The pool was a nice touch was able to use with a small and reasonable fee. Towels also provided. Beds where comfortable and where pod like, with own individual charger ports. There were lockers in the rooms which could e used with your own padlock. Also a luggage storage system that could be rented if arriving later or needing to store luggage after check out.

My only two issues were the beds would benefit from a curtain for privacy and although the duvet covers were clean. The duvet inset was not in the best Induction and slightly discoloured other than that was a pleasant stay.

The facilities and location and comfortable bunks and easy ladders to climb and not having to make the beds yourself. Great program of events and the pool was great.

I'd been given the heads up about hospitality in Copenhagen but was still taken aback when the receptionist wanted to stop our conversation halfway through so I'd have to start again using one of the tablets just so he wouldn't have to talk to me any further. Other staff also more focussed on tasks than guest interaction. Btw you don't need to waste 25kr on kitchen access if like me you just wanted hot water. There's a kettle in the main lounge.

The app, no need of contact with the counter personel. The events for all the guests, I wish I had known before...

Kitchen was a bit of a mess. Key in the app was difficult to use, was lagging. But you could transfer to the card - much better 🩷

Getting around was very easy. The hotel is close to the lake, making it perfect for walks and relaxation. We explored the entire city on foot. The hotel also offers great opportunities for socializing.

The room is not as clean as I expected. There are no basic slippers provided. The towels were not replaced by housekeeping.

The room was very small but it was clear beforehand from the description

Even though the room was small (a private room) it was still enough space to enjoy. The comfy bed "stole" most of the space, but it was possible to put bags under the bed. Large bathroom. Plenty to do in the lounge area.

Very helpful staff, good amenities and great location

Staff were lovely, beds were comfortable, and the shared facilities were excellent. Felt very friendly and safe.

The en-suite has a light that automatically comes on when the translucent door is slid open so unfortunately the rest of the bedroom was lit up whenever someone used the toilet in the night. Would be great if it wasn’t automatic.

I liked the most the gym and the swimming pool

Shared rooms are always a little risky, it was great but one one night someone came in loudly in the night. Such is life. The ladder for the bed was also fairly steep but such a well organised room this is all minor issues

Bathroom door in dorm rooms are glass and beds have no curtains etc to block out the light so you get woken up any time someone uses the bathroom

Frustrating that we couldn't use the pool because it needed to be booked in advance and there were no slots left during our entire stay

There were a lot of people entering or leaving the room during the night, but that’s the concept of hostels.

Stayed in a private double room with en-suite and the light in bathroom was controlled by motion sensors so would turn off periodically when you were in the bathroom or showering. The accommodation was very busy so not many places to relax in lobby as noisy during peak times.

The WiFi was non existent in the rooms
