Staff were amazing - so lovely and so helpful

The property was in perfect location with a lovely bar/cafe area near reception. It was clean and we got it at a very reasonable price for a room of 3. We loved the cosy club every evening- good way to speak to others in hotel. Staff were really friends and provided good options to eat etc!

Great location! Room was clean and comfortable, cozy hour was an added bonus!

The bathroom was a wet-room style which isn’t my favourite but didn’t detract from the overall experience too much.

It’s quirky, arty and the rooms are not clinical like many hotels. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and added to the pleasure of the stay .

The property is within walking distance to all the city center attractions. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities. Also, hotel has a very cosy lobby, where you can stay for a drink or two. Best part is breakfast! Fantastic breakfast with fresh food, pancakes and unlimited coffee.:)

There’s nothing that bothered me during my stay.

Pretty “hygge” hotel, comfortable. Staff is so amazing! The view from the room is beautiful. So much organic. we like you can go to have breakfast since 6:30 up to 11:00.

The bathroom is small and bed too. Breakfast is not cheap. And you have to go another building, winter is not good time for that. door handles are cold. It needs covers.

The lobby has a nice area where to get a nice espresso and pastries and a glass of wine or beer.

I love the vibes of this hotel and the kindness of the staff

Great location - central but a very peaceful neighborhood. Generally a pleasant environment in the hotel, you can feel comfortable and like home. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, not big but the space was sufficient for a few days. We took a medium room and that was just the right fit for 2 persons. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Good value in Copenhagen.

Excellent location, nice room

We pre booked breakfast and then changed our mind as our plans had changed and hotel Wanted to still charge as they said breakfast had been cooked. It was a buffet with everything possible on menu so not turning up would not have wasted food. After talking to staff they didn’t charge on this occasion

Good location, easily able to access tourist attractions as well as venture off the beaten path. Booked a medium sized room as I wanted more space, room size was reasonable. Cozy hour was a nice touch, we went on a couple of days while we were staying there, was able to enjoy the communal space of the hotel.

Rooms do face a road so if you have your windows open, you will hear the sounds of pedestrians going by with their chatter. There is some truck loading/unloading items every morning starting from 530am so if you face that road, you may hear some noise. The alternative is to keep your windows closed, not sure how that would feel given there is no air conditioning in room. Once the windows are closed, all sound is cut. What I do like is that aside from the noise coming from the roads through the windows, the sound proofing from the other rooms is good. In other hotels we have been able to hear the room next door or the sounds of people walking/talking in the corridor, not here though so that is a plus. The blinds in our room were quite dirty and we could see smashed up little bugs on it (maybe they got squashed as the blinds were rolled) but otherwise the room was clean.

One of the best breakfasts ever because the choices, but also the staff was so sweet. They offered us choices of types of drip coffee even!

The coffee was served with low fat milk.

We were there during a unseasonable warm spell. Having no air meant we wanted windows open to cool room. There was considerable street noise at night. A fan was provided and second day/night was cooler and we could close windows. It wouldn’t prevent us from staying again!

The staff were super friendly, the styling of the hotel was very chic, and the location of the hotel was excellent. We loved the opportunity to take a break from sightseeing and have "cozy hour" at the hotel, and all of the people watching we could do while sitting on the street outside.

By Canadian standards, the shower in our hotel room definitely left something to be desired! Also, if you are tall like my husband and I (6" and 6'5", respectively), you've got to mind your head on the low, slanted ceilings in the hotel room.

Staff was the BEST! So friendly and attentive. Answered our questions on where to go and how to get there with a smile and such hospitality. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Just what you would expect. Location was great- close to the food hall and the Metro.

If you are a first timer to Copenhagen. The location is everything. You are situated basically in the center, and easy to walk to all the main attractions, restaurant, and shopping. The staff is so lovely and helpful. The vibe of the hotel is very cozy and chill. The breakfast is 5 stars. Fresh ingredients and lots of options.

The bathroom. We don't mind the small space as we've been to hotels in Japan where bathrooms were even smaller. But this one was just not as functional as we preferred.
