We were there during a unseasonable warm spell. Having no air meant we wanted windows open to cool room. There was considerable street noise at night. A fan was provided and second day/night was cooler and we could close windows. It wouldn’t prevent us from staying again!

The staff were super friendly, the styling of the hotel was very chic, and the location of the hotel was excellent. We loved the opportunity to take a break from sightseeing and have "cozy hour" at the hotel, and all of the people watching we could do while sitting on the street outside.

By Canadian standards, the shower in our hotel room definitely left something to be desired! Also, if you are tall like my husband and I (6" and 6'5", respectively), you've got to mind your head on the low, slanted ceilings in the hotel room.

The Hotel is in a wonderful old building and the location is superb.

The rooms are clean and tidy but small and old. The price is high for the standard.

Staff was the BEST! So friendly and attentive. Answered our questions on where to go and how to get there with a smile and such hospitality. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Just what you would expect. Location was great- close to the food hall and the Metro.

If you are a first timer to Copenhagen. The location is everything. You are situated basically in the center, and easy to walk to all the main attractions, restaurant, and shopping. The staff is so lovely and helpful. The vibe of the hotel is very cozy and chill. The breakfast is 5 stars. Fresh ingredients and lots of options.

The bathroom. We don't mind the small space as we've been to hotels in Japan where bathrooms were even smaller. But this one was just not as functional as we preferred.

The hotel is lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, with lots of gluten free options for me. Cozy hour between 5pm and 6pm every day is a lovely idea too.

Great location for getting out and about in Copenhagen. Near Metro, train and bus station (5 min walk), fairly quiet as on a side street. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean.

You could drink the tap water in the bathroom which was great as saved us buying water bottles..location was great and norreport was not to far from the airport by metro,which runs regularly and I think 24 hrs also,so cheaper than a taxi..the staff were very friendly and pleasant and bed and room was comfortable and lovely food market and restaurants near by especially the pizza place across the rd as the pizza are lovely

Very stuffy room. needs a permanent fan or aircon. blanket should be for summer conditions. tiny room. tiny bathroom. shower water goes all over the whole tiny bathroom then you have to swish the water into the drain.

The breakfast was amazing as always. Good gluten free choice as well as general breakfast items.

The extractor fab in our bathroom hummed continously. Luckily we didn't hear when the bathroom door was shut but it really shouldn't have been like that.

The hotel overall is very good, clean and conveniently located. In particular, the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and fulfilled its purpose wonderfully. They also do life music and drinks on Thursdays for guests in order to get to know other people which I find fantastic.

To be honest there is nothing that I can think of.

Lovely hotel with a great vibe. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and spacious and had nice and local touches. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of storage space. Location was perfect for us exploring the city over 4/5 days. Great to have bike hire available, and good bikes too. Didn't take advantage of Cosy Hour (complimentary drink) but a great touch! Would definitely come back here.

Casper was an excellent host. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about Copenhagen facilities as well as Danish culture. It made our stay enjoyable.

Ibsen is part one a larger hotel complex, staffed by friendly pleasant members of staff, providing excellent facilities eg quiet courtyards, spa et with an outstanding- words fail me ! - breakfast. Triple glazed windows, that open for fresh air, allows for quiet comfortable bedrooms.

With conversion en-suite in a traditional building the resulting bedroom space is quite small, so no armchair or chest of drawers

The tiny bathrooms with shower only separated from toilet by a shower curtain. Bedroom carpet old and stained in places.

The staff were incredibly friendly and funny. The beds were very comfortable. The "cozy hour" had a free glass of wine/beer which was a great bonus. The location was perfect. Easy access to the metro from the airport and to a lot of the city's main attractions and the food hall down the street was fantastic. The bar in the hotel was also incredibly well priced. The wine was £5 a glass which was cheap compared to the other bars we went to.

The room was on the top floor and the local temperature was in the early 20s and the room was unbearably hot. We had a couple of fans in our room but that really didn't help much. There was no alternative sheets/thinner bedding. To be fair, we didn't ask for any. There was only 1 lift - this was a real problem at peak times as there were no stairs to the luggage room in the basement so we had to wait for the lift and it was incredibly busy around check in/out time.
