Great location, easy for metro and buses. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. Staff were so helpful, friendly and polite. Loved cosy hour and bar area

My room was very small

The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Location was very convenient for getting to and from the airport as well as visiting various places in the city. I'd definitely stay here again.

Everything was goof

The location is great. Not too far from the Nørreport station. (only five minutes by walk) And this was our third time staying at the hotel, we liked every rooms we got, especially this one because it's a family room and probably the biggest one. Huge space. Love it.

I don't like the stairs in front of the hotel. When we arrive or leave with the luggages, it's not easy but only 2-3 steps is still okay. That's it.

Cosy hour was so lovely. I never thought I’d be the type of person to unwind with a glass of wine, but it was such a treat! Warm fire, cosy seats, free glass of wine and relaxing music. The staff were so kind, friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in what we were up to during our stay. The room was so cute! I chose the small room and it was perfect for us as a couple.

Generally a central location within 15 mins walking distance to everything. Very friendly staff. Great copy time where hotel gives guests a free drink at 6pm. Great idea.

Spacious room but is basic.

The location and staff were great. There's some street noise, and we did have an unexpected fire drill due to someone over utilizing a hairdryer, but otherwise, it was a convenient and restful stay.

The room was comfortable and pleasant, and the bed was excellent. Breakfast was amazing, the buffet selection was really good and the staff were always cheerful and helpful.

Room was a corner room with exceptional view. Streets are very quiet, mainly bicycles.

The staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating. Our luggage was delayed and they kept in touch with us, gave us great recommendations and instructions. The breakfast was amazing and in a lovely setting.. The location was perfect.

This really isn’t a criticism - Our rooms were over the street, it was fine for us in late September but maybe more noise and activity during the summer for someone who wants quiet should choose a courtyard facing room.

Good breakfast provided by their sister hotel King Arthur, right next door. Location very close to the market hall & to the Norreport Metro and Rail stations. A free glass of wine or beer for ‘cozy hour’ in the evening was a lovely idea.

Small bathroom with shower curtain rather than screen, so floor gets wet. Often a bit of waiting time for the elevator.

Perfect location to explore the city. It's central so everywhere is walkable and it's close to the metro which makes transport to and from the airport very easy. Also right by the main shops, restaurants and canals.

To be fair the room was a little smaller than I was expecting but I guess it's understandable given the location and need to accommodate as many visitors as possible, but it didn't matter because I was out all day and I still got a good night's sleep.

Location was brilliant and enjoyed the cosy hour.

Breakfest is great. Only a few minutes to reach all the hot spots in the city by walking. It was great to stay there and ot is worth to come back

Parking lot is too expensive. The bath room was a little bit old fashioned

Excellent, clean, neat. The room was small but comfortable and just what I needed for a work-stay. Their lobby was quiet and convenient to work and have coffee and a small breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful and resourceful. Convenient location, short walk to the metro station, and some shops and restaurants, and a nice lake and trail nearby.

Easily accessible, super friendly and helpful staff, decent room for the value (especially for Copenhagen). Everything is walking distance and the restaurants nearby are more affordable than in the city centre (except the ones associated with the hotel)

We knew the bed would be small but 1.40 meters is too small if you like a little personal space. Upgrade to a bigger room if you’re not planning on cuddling your travel partner. It was comfortable but you can feel every move of the other person in the bed (not a problem for a solo traveller of course. Shower grout seemed dark in some spots (dirty or moldy??)

We had a top floor room, and it was very hot at night even with the windows flung wide open. I couldn't sleep well at all.

Great hotel, great location, awesome and friendly staff

The room was very comfortable and safe. The breakfast was amazing. Kept us going for the day ahead. Could not of pick a better location.

My family loved the hotel and the lovely welcome from the very kind staff every day. As a hotel you should congratulate yourselves on amazing staff.

We intended to dine at the restaurant at some stage during our stay but just ran out of time. Next time maybe!

As it was summertime (and very warm) we would have greatly benefitted from having a little fridge in the room, just so we could have cold drinks & bottled water.

Great location, hotel and facilities were exceptionally maintained with the added benefit of an outdoor courtyard for drinks and indoor restaurant. Additionally, the room was chic.

The elevator stopped working multiple times which is not ideal for those travelling with luggage. As the hotel only has one elevator, expect long delays in between floor changes. I assume if the hotel is at max capacity, the elevator would be the biggest disadvantage to guests.

Excellent location; very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, good shower. Like the cozy hour welcome drink.

A fire alarm went off on the second night!

The Nordic buffet breakfast was just amazing. We’ve never seen anything like it. We also loved Cozy Hour with other guests. The staff were unfailingly helpful, polite, personable and lovely.
