Location, ambience, food, friendly staff.

Family room felt a bit cramped. We had previously stayed in a larger room so we were a bit disappointed.

Location, staff, wine hour

- • The room layout: upon entering, you step directly into the bed area. There were no hangers for outerwear, and only one power socket by the bed, so you had to choose between using the lamp or charging a phone. - the hairdryer cord was very short and jumped out of a socket. • The first room we were assigned was an attic room; to access one side of the bed, we had to bend down due to the sloped ceiling. • To be fair, the staff changed our room immediately after we asked the next morning.

The staff was amazing. They shared local recommendations, greeted us with a smile every time we passed through and kindly served us drinks.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. It was too firm for me. But the room overall was great.

Perfect location, very close to shopping streets and walking distance to most of the attractions. Supermarket and very good bakeries nearby

Central location.

Lighting in room was too dark… very dimly lit needs brighter bulbs. Shower flooded the bathroom floor. Need a vanity mirror in the bathroom for apply makeup etc, as you are too far away from the mirror.

We had to change rooms because the first one was a cupboard, and a ridiculously expensive one at that.

I stayed for two nights. If I stayed longer, the smell of food coming from the kitchen into the room would be annoying.

It’s not very clean - for instance my duvet was smelly (the linen was fine, just the duvet smelling of bodily fluids)…

Perfect location. Lovely staff and the hotel environment is just so welcoming. Great organic breakfast.

Rooms are a bit small for this price range. Bathrooms need some rework.

We liked the very central location and the modern touch of the hotel.

The room was tiny, one could hear the neighbors. In this respect the room for 400€ a night was much too high priced.

Good breakfast with coffe made to order.

The room was quite dim without any good lighting, but for some reason its quite common nowadays. The bathroom could use a proper curtain instead of a see through day curtain.

The staff were wonderful the 2 happy hour’s and the breakfast plentiful. The location also superb!

Unless you get a suite the rooms are very tiny. And quite expensive at that! So much so we were quite unhappy and were prepared to leave however the wonderful staff offered a solution.

The location of the hotel is perfect (all locations of the city easily accessible on foot), breakfast (really good ones with local danish food) and the personnel of the hotel is very helpful and ready to discuss all the issues. Also the hotel has free luggage room.

The room was something that needs to be improved. Our room seemed that had some marks of flood previously (e.g. doors, wall was with previous water mark)

Our room was so small, we had to take it in turns to open our suitcases, which we had to do because wardrobe space was insufficient. Also, room faced the street and was very noisy.

The breakfast area was very cozy, the food tasty, and the service there excellent. The hotel is overall nice, and the second room we stayed in was clean and comfortable.

Our first room, however, was poorly located with its window opening directly onto the dining area, which made it impossible to enjoy. We were eventually able to change rooms, though it required some extra effort and an additional charge. The check-in process also felt unnecessarily slow and a bit unfriendly. With smoother service and more attention to room allocation, this hotel could leave a much better impression.

The wine hour was nice, but I’m a beer drinker. Water pressure was too low to get a good shower.

Family nearby so location good. Lobby has a nice vibe, rooms comfortable. Appreciate hanging space and ample bathroom counters. Great breakfast's and enjoyable wine hour.

Noise-loud voices from restaurants until midnight or 1am, then voices on the street at 5:30am (assume workers arriving), dumpsters begin crashing repeated at 6am followed by construction noise at about 8am. Makes for a very short night of sleep in a "premium" Room.

I booked 4 rooms at the same price and same description BUT 1 room was seriously smaller than the 3 other rooms! Not enough room for luggage’s. And the small room is also more noisy! It should not be sold at the same price as the others! Receiving a discount from the hotel would be fair!

Lovely and helpful staff. Reception area funky and modern. Great location. Fun to hire one of their bikes to easily explore the city on.

The rooms are tiny and underwhelming. First room I was given was 103. Hot. Right on a busy street intersection. Window open and anyone could have climbed in. Noisy and far from private. I asked for a change. I got 510. Dim. Dark. Faced into a courtyard which was super noisy at night. Both rooms tiny. Didn't match the reception vibe. I'd recommend the hotel if the rooms were better.

The service, staff, and breakfast were really good, but the place was very noisy, even up to midnight there was lous voices from nearby, probably backyard.

I had a nice stay! The hotel has a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of comfortable spots to relax in the lobby. The daily Happy Hour with wine was a lovely touch, and the breakfast was healthy and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, super central and within walking distance of the city center, great coffee spots, and parks. It’s also in a safe area. Recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Feel and ambience excellent. Clean overall. Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was really good.

During exceptionally hot days A/C would have been really welcome. Also, my AirPods were stolen during cleaning but after complaints they were found and sent to me after my stay.

I really liked the location, the fact that it was clean, and the very friendly staff. The breakfast was also very good.

The way the room was decorated—with that industrial grey—felt almost depressing. I don’t think this style suits such a small space, like a hotel room. And then there was that column right in the middle of the room. It made it difficult for us to move around comfortably. There was also no air conditioning, and on some nights it got quite warm. The lighting was very dim, and the blackout curtains didn’t block out the light completely.There was also no fridge in the room.

The staff is excellent.

Breakfast was underwhelming if organic. Limited choice and repetitious. The room was nice but not AC and not cleaned particularly well.

They had great free wine at 17.00 and some stronger liqueres before night and quests gathered to the lobby and everybody had good time!

Room was spacious and clean - happy hour 5-6pm free wine in the reception which is a cool concept because you can actually chill in the lobby area.

We had a room on the backside where the courtyard was and a couple of nights we could hear loud music - it wasn't loud that we couldn't sleep but we could hear it. Breakfast was expensive.

The location, definitelly the staff, also the bar in the lobby. We aporeciated the wine hour tasting.

If the towels were not replaced with clean ones, it was pointless to fold them. We didn't know which towel was which. Also, the room was not reslly cleaned..so it was not necessary the vleaning lady would even step in the room a clean it. It think it was just wasting of time and money. Also, the breakfast on Sarurday morning was terrible - overcrowded, the staff was not prepared that the food would be dissappering sobfast and they were not able to refill the food, especially scrambled eggs and pastery).

Rooms are a bit small and the street can be noisy in the evening/at night.

Please change the carpets, they are so dirty it let's the whole place down. Everything else fantastic.

- Very central location inbetween the vibrant Indreby and cool Norrebro. - Comfortable beds and spacy bathroom - Complimentary wine hour was cool as it created some vibe in the hotel

- The heating seemed to be centrally organized - our bathroom was extremely hot (luckily we could shut it from the bedroom, but it also was quite warm in our room) - We had breakfast once in the hotel - it was ok, but not great. Bit of a chaotic experience and we had much better breakfast elsewhere.
