Very friendly and competent staff overall, wine hour at 17:00 to connect with other guests, central location, bathroom was very conveniently heated

The location, definitelly the staff, also the bar in the lobby. We aporeciated the wine hour tasting.

If the towels were not replaced with clean ones, it was pointless to fold them. We didn't know which towel was which. Also, the room was not reslly cleaned..so it was not necessary the vleaning lady would even step in the room a clean it. It think it was just wasting of time and money. Also, the breakfast on Sarurday morning was terrible - overcrowded, the staff was not prepared that the food would be dissappering sobfast and they were not able to refill the food, especially scrambled eggs and pastery).

Rooms are a bit small and the street can be noisy in the evening/at night.

Please change the carpets, they are so dirty it let's the whole place down. Everything else fantastic.

- Very central location inbetween the vibrant Indreby and cool Norrebro. - Comfortable beds and spacy bathroom - Complimentary wine hour was cool as it created some vibe in the hotel

- The heating seemed to be centrally organized - our bathroom was extremely hot (luckily we could shut it from the bedroom, but it also was quite warm in our room) - We had breakfast once in the hotel - it was ok, but not great. Bit of a chaotic experience and we had much better breakfast elsewhere.

Good location, pretty good breakfast, but the best thing is the lobby and that they offer wine and drinks on the house during certain hours.

The only thing I would change would be clean the entrance wall in the room as there were marks from luggage.

Great location, very friendly stuff at the desk, nice vibes in the lobby, clean and comfortable bed, free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

The hotel rooms are a bit run- down and in need of a renovation. Our room with panoramic windows had paint peeling off the wall and the bathroom starting to develop mould in the grouting. There is no actual coffee maker in the room, just a kettle and instant coffee (but there is good coffee in the lobby) Value for money was disappointing for these reasons. The street outside can be a bit noisy too.

the hotel has a nice atmosphere the lobby is cheerful and its really nice to spend the evening having a drink breakfast is super nice the staff super attentive and the coffee is great

there was a slight problem with ventilation and smell coming from the kitchen, we were told there was an incident with fire. the day we left it was already much better

The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The presentation was impressive and the food was excellent. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the metro station. Shops, fast food restaurants, and pubs are located within a 5-minute walk of the hotel.

Despite placing all our valuables in the safe during our stay, the housekeeping staff stole gifts we had purchased for family members! Lock all personal items in your suitcase when visiting this hotel!

The location was very good. It was within walking distance to most places. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious.

I think the only thing missing was that there was no refrigerator in the room.

The breakfast was excellent and it was fun to do happy hour in the lobby space. Everything was beautifully designed and the location was great.

My room wasn't *quite* as clean as I'd expect and my location was near an exit door that made it louder than I'd hope for.

Very modern and funky hotel. Loved that they offered complimentary happy hour and night caps although we were only able to enjoy one. Room very spacious and location in a cute neighbourhood of Copenhagen.

The complimentary daily happy hour and night cap was awesome. They gave out good quality drinks. Location was very good. Walking distance to all popular spots. The restaurants near the hotel was amazing too.

Great hotel with lots of nice little features that make your stay feel nicer. Nightcap hour was a lovely relaxed way to end an evening.

Overall it was a good experience with very helpful staff. I loved the idea that the hotel is supporting runners by providing towels and water by the door. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but I was told that’s the standard size of the standard room also for the blanket it barely fit me (158 cm height ). The room is so clean and I’m impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The location is very central the metro is few minutes walk from the hotel and there are many good restaurants nearby. The shopping area is 5 minutes by the metro as well. If you’re looking for a central location that’s a good option to consider.

Great breakfast and lovely add ons like wine hour (free glass of wine between 5-6pm) and nightcap hour. We rented bikes through the hotel which got us smoothly around the city and we really liked the overall vibe. Friendly staff too. The overall approach to the guest experience was different, fresh and inviting. The downstairs areas were also really lovely.

Our room was a bit noisy late at night on the Friday and Saturday but earplugs worked a treat. If you're a light sleeper it'd be best to request a quieter room up front.

Excellent location near a couple of Metro stations, and the city centre. Bed was very comfortable, water was hot, towels white. Breakfast had plenty choice and organic choices too. We visited midweek in March and it was quiet in the room so great sleep. There is a free wine from 5 till 6 and a nightcap from 10 till 11 if you want that.

Loved this hotel! The room was lovely, very clean and bright. It definitely captures the scandi vibe. Really enjoyed the wine hour and thought it was in a great central location, within walking distance to everything. Will definitely be returning.

Especially the breakfast staff is super friendly. The breakfast is mostly organic and healthy, it makes you feel good at the start of the day. The wine hour between 5 and 6 pm is very well thought out and creates a nice atmosphere.

There should be better ventilation in the area where we had breakfast. There can be a bad smell of food at the entrance of the area.

Hotel location and breakfast was good, staff was super friendly.

Room was smaller than the way it looked on the photos (but at least they gave me a nice view), the shower was very uncomfortable, all the water splashed everywhere since there's no shower door. And the floors of the room could have been cleaner, since i walked in white socks and they gotten dirty.

Exceptional service, staff very friendly and definitely exceeded my expectations. A lot of atmosphere, meeting new people and they had thought of everything - including a daily run station with maps, towels and water!

The location of the hotel was amazing and was only a short walk away from most things in the city. We had requested a quiet room and this was granted as we slept so well. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly - we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Location was perfect, walking distance from all the shops, cafes and landmarks.

Location. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our room was ok but you could see the walls could use a bit of a fixing. Paint was scratched at some parts.

Breakfast staff were attentive, breakfast was fresh and healthy, LOTS of outlets, and if the do not disturb sign was on your door, a bag of replacements was left for you (towels, tea, toilet paper).

Twin beds on Booking.com is only a preference, not a guarantee. It is literally up to whatever is available when you arrive despite what you select, and the hotel told us just that. Also, the toilet paper was hung where it could get wet from the shower.

Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice, including vegetarian/vegan choices.

Excellent breakfast every morning with fresh food, smoothies and delicious coffee! Glass of wine every evening was a lovely treat. Staff were friendly, especially at breakfast. Shower was nice. Nice location, short walk or metro to all tourist attractions

Room was a little dark. Bed could have been comfier and we were only given small throw pillows to sleep on— not the worst but also not the best nights sleep!

We were very happy with our stay. The staff were very helpful and always available - 24 hrs reception. They have a great space for socialising and their happy hours wine was superhit. It was very easy to unwind durig these hours. The room was good size for our baby to run around and the location was very central too.
