The furniture and bed clothes old, it look like dirty

The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us expediently when we ran into issues. Comfy, clean, spacious rooms.

It can be noisy at night - especially on the 2nd floor

No privacy in the rooms. Just a big room with beds, no curtains or anything. The lockers in the room are on wheels and make a lot of noise when opening. You had to pay to have a locker after checkout.

Fabulous location. Nice terrace to sit in the sunny weather.

I liked the best the location, the hostel was really big, so it was little bit noisey, especially in the bar area, I didn't like that you could not bring food with you, but overall it was good. Staff was very helpful and good!! Wi-Fi was good and working!!

I didn't like the noise from downstairs cafe/bar, but in the rooms everyone was really careful and good.

The whole weekend the elevator didn’t worked.

The location is excellent, the beds comfortable and the linen clean.

The floor of the room was dirty and sticky. The chair that was in the room was made out of leather and was ripped, leaving small brown pieces of leather everywhere, including our clothes and luggage. Otherwise everything was okay.

The location is really good, the 24 hours system is good (to be able to arrive at any time with no worries), the facilities are nice and it feels like a good place to get to meet new people if you're a solo traveler. The bedroom is also good, I stayed in a 6-bed bedroom with our own toilet. Each bed has a large trunk for storing your personal belongings, and you can put your own padlock on it.

The only negative experience I had was that I had booked a towel for my stay, but the cleaning staff removed it from my bedroom before I was finished using it (before I checked out). I didn't talk to the reception desk because I was about to leave, but based on my experience, I'm positive they would have solved the issue.

The staff were very helpful, as I had accidentally booked two rooms for the same nifty. We managed to fix it very quickly.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel/hostal, however there was a weird incident with a fire alarm. My last night I checked out at 3 in the morning and the reception staff apologized for the fire alarm, which apparently had been set off three times deliberately that night, no fault of the hotel. However, I found this disturbing as I was in bed from 9:30 and never heard any alarm.

It’s quite close to most of the tourist attractions. We didn’t have to use any public transportation.

They gave us only one pair of body towel and there weren’t any towel for hair or face. They didn’t give any slippers to wear (they’re selling them) we couldn’t take a shower because of that.

location was ideal to access metro and to be able to walk around the city. Room was tidy, and the building was quiet. Plenty of things to do within the hotel. something going on every evening

small pillow and only one, more than 1 would have been better. They have lockers to leave your stuff, however you do have to pay which was an added expense. Plus was these were not too expensive and were big enough to fit 2 carry on luggage suitcases

It’s very close of places of interest, metro station near and supermarkets too, I recommend nice hostel :)

If you come early you need to pay for Store your suitcases in a looker, I understand that it’s a business is the only thing that wasn’t good

However, the apartment was not clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the sink, and the TV was not working

Fantastic location, easy check in / out. Friendly, welcoming and very helpful staff. Beds was comfy, Room had a big TV which was a great little background noise. Having a bar downstairs that offers simple basic breakfast buffet was very handy, also good value for money.

The lounge area, where you cold leave your room, and read a book and that it was separated from the bar area

It would have been nice to be able to open the windows in the room, I get the idea of security, but at least opening it halfway if not fully would have done the job, in a room of six people it gets really stuffy and it feels like you're only breathing in each others air

Liked the energy in the game room / restaurant.

No common areas other than where additional purchases are expected. Guy sat on stool facing bed on phone for hours. No cooking facilities. Loud music audible in 4th floor bedrooms. Random people sleeping in hallway. Stinky dorm rooms to be expected.

Really great stay! The location is super central, making it easy to explore the city. The room exceeded expectations — very comfortable and better than you’d typically expect from a hostel. Would definitely stay again.

Staff member told me I had to pay for luggage storage, despite being part of a tour group that didn’t have to pay. No shower curtain

The staff fortunately gave us a quieter room for the 2nd night.

Our original room was on the 6th floor, windows to the street. It was very noisy the whole night (Friday night). The staff's comment "well we are in the city center" was a bit off (but in the end they did give us another room). I have stayed in other places in city center's that have been much quieter.

Location is really great, Nyhaven harbour is in 3 minutes walking distance.

We don’t have a cupboard where to put pur clothes, and there isn’t a hanger for handtowel.

Amazing location, price is great also for such an expensive city. Perfect place to stay for a short city break. The staff were brilliant and gave me free drink tokens as they had noticed it was my birthday during the stay. Bar area is really cool, happy hour was brilliant and the shuffleboard was really fun.

Not a massive fan of the wet rooms however, for the price and location it didn’t bother me in the slightest

The room wasn’t clean. When we first came, the floor was sticky, and I saw fingernails on it. They didn’t even vacuum it. And don't forget to bring extra towels they just give two for two people. There wasn't any hand or foot towel.

Excellent location, right in copenhaguen city center. The rooms were excellently clean and modern. Shower was great and bathroom clean. It had a private bathroom in the room, with separate shower and toilet rooms. Beds were really comfortable. People, staff and customers, were also highly friendly and created a cool environment. Easy check in and check out process and availability to leave backpacks and suitcases in lockers for a reasonable price (80dkk for a large locker, 24h). The common areas were also surprisingly big and funny, and full of fun young people. There was a big grocery store right in front of the hostel if needed.

Just minor details that doesn’t give this property a 10/10. No towels provided (additional charge), sink was outside the bathroom, so it was pretty uncomfortable to do basic hygiene stuff such as shaving or brushing your teeth in front of everyone in the room. There were no curtains in the bed so that made privacy a bit more difficult. The lift was extremely slow and sometimes you just decided to go walking the stairs instead. There is no kitchen nor microwave, which in a city like copenhaguen could help you out lowering your trip costs.
