Location, clean bed sheets and rooms.

Not much isolation for individual beds- so if someone snores close to you- you also won’t sleep. In other hostels they have either walls or curtains. Also no united bathroom but they’re divided.

The location it’s perfect.

On weekends it’s really noise till 1am impossible to sleep if you are on the second floor. The noise of the bar it’s to loud

Location and Staff was excellent.

The dimensions of the room was too small and generally the description , photos were different on the booking platform.

Staff was nice and the commynity/bar area was also nice. Easy to go out from as there is alot of nightlife nearby.

While my room was clean and comfortable, the general facilities weren’t as clean as I would hope.

Breakfast options was on the smaller size. Curtains didn't reach all the way down to cover the window, so at sunrise the sun was shining right on to the bed and eyes.

A great location, so that might do. Staff was give-or-take, evening staff on my check in was very helpful and sweet, morning staff (boy on the kitchen, indeed, not girl) - need some HR training. Room was okay, exactly what you'll expect to see in any mid hostels. Overall stay was okay.

They need seriously install some shelves in the showers, as it was torture, no way to put your personal belongings. Another disappointing this is that you don't "rent" the towel, you need to pay to use it. Wording is confusing, as when you rent something - you get your deposited money back. Also, unfortunately, I didn't have chance to try the breakfast, as (as I understood) cooking staff was late for 30 minutes or more. Boy at the counter didn't bother to suggest any of the fixing of the situation.

The area is perfect, close to all sites, food options and supermarket close by.

We had a private room and the bathroom was not clean enough to go in barefoot.

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed and excellent location.

The TV didn’t have any English channels, and the pillow was a bit low, could of done with one more.

The hostel is within walking distance from Nyhavn and metro stations. Toilet and bath were ensuite but there are common toilets and baths in every floor to accommodate influx of guests. Plenty of space in social and gaming areas. You can even watch football games. Reception is very responsive to requests and changes.

Rooms could be a little cleaner

Common area was great,food was really tasty and playing shuffle board was good fun. Rooms where fine nothing fancy but clean. Great location for seeing the city

It could do with a lock of paint was all looking a bit worn. Really could do with a place to fill up water bottles because the water in the rooms wasn't nice at all

Excellent central location, with everything you need less than 5 minutes walk. Bus and Metro/trains access close by and very reasonable prices :-)

Radiator in the room was constantly boiling hot and made sleeping uncomfortable, even with the windows open and being freezing cold outside! Reported problem and despite efforts to rectify, this wasn't possible during our 4 day stay. Just unlucky I guess.

The location is just perfect. The staff at the reception are very welcoming. The bar is lovely. The bed is comfortable.

I got a room with 4 beds. There no sink the toilet room and the shower room. The sink is just at the room. So, every time someone wanted to brush their teeth or wash their hands there was a noisy and I woke up. Also, in the shower room inside the room there was a curtain and not a proper shower cubicle or door.

The room was great. It had a great view, and it was centrally located. Almost all the attractions we wanted to see were within walking distance.

The room felt a bit crammed. It needed extra hangers for our jackets. The shower's light turned off on its own while I was showering.

Perfect location in the city for someone who likes to walk. The staff were kind and my hostel room was cleaned daily. The toilet and shower are separated inside each room which was efficient.

The bathroom sink is quite small and in the open, hard to fill up water bottle and noisy. My bed was very creaky too.

An ideally located and cosy accommodation for a few days away in Copenhagen! We stayed in a Superior King with an en suite bathroom. Quiet rooms, very cosy beds, it was exactly what it needed to be!

The placement of the shelf above the sink meant that it was quite awkward to use for rinsing one's face. Just a small thing but best to flag!

The location is perfect, everything is within 15-20-30 min by walking

Spacious room, our family had it all for ourselves together with a shower and a toilet which is great. Clean bedlinen Staff supportive Mind you this is a hostel and there are no towels, cups, shower gel in the room, but we had our own so that was not a problem

Before check in they require all the details of you credit card, even cvc codes. So when you enter the room, make photos of all the flaws and show the receptionist not to be charged.

Toilet was dirty in the room . One lady in the reception was very loud .

I find it a bit weird that the sink is in the bedroom.

Our room was very cold and we only had thin blankets.

The location is PERFECT! Very central, close to everything. You can’t even hear the noise from the bar or anything, it was very quiet. The staff was very friendly 10/10 to the staff!

The location is wonderful, all the main attractions and the metro are 5 minutes away. The staff was very nice, answered all questions, and helped in every possible way. I asked them for scissors, and they helped me open the package. Prices for souvenirs are cheaper than in the city center :)

There's a pretty popular bar on the ground floor. I arrived at 10 p.m. and was greeted at the entrance by a crowd of drunk men. As a female solo traveller, I was scared. In addition, bar visitors are constantly screaming, which makes it impossible to fall asleep at night. This is not the first night on the Generator hostels network, they have a good reputation for me, but this one left not super good impression. There are 2 showers for 8 people, one of which has a clogged drain. When you go to the shared shower, there is a high probability that the key will not work (yes, they will immediately replace it at the reception, but after the trip you do not want to go back and forth at all). The sink is designed so that you can't wash your face. Everything drips onto the floor. There is no personal space at all, my 1.90 neighbor was hitting the ceiling. A bed, shelves that slide out so loudly that you can wake everyone up in the morning, and that's it. The distance between the beds is small. I knew what I was getting into when I booked: I saw the price, I saw that the room is for 8 people. But I relied on my experience of being in generators in other countries.

I didn't like the bathroom of the private bedroom, it wasn't comfortable, everything get wet during shower...

Great location, rooms are fairly large (compared to the usual Copenhagen rooms), bar works until late.

Even in the hotel rooms there is no changing of towels/sheets, Bathroom sink has no space for toiletries.

-Great location with 1 min metro accessi and 15 mins walking to every district popular. Next to bars, restaurants, cafes, markets. -Room not small, modern, new, clean. Facilities are ok. -There was a bad sewage smell in both the corridor and the room in the evenings both nights. We could not ventilate the room because the windows did not open. Ventilation is 4/10.

Bed not very comfortable. Walls were a little bit dirty. But great location and events and bar area downstairs were amazing. Good games too. Easy to locate and easy check in and check out

Well the sheets were clean but it wasn't wery clean underneath them - nothing smelled bad or anything, but there were some let's say, weird stains underneath them. The pillows were terrible, the most uncomfortable ones we ever slept on

Great location. Good food and drink. Room small but has all we needed.

There are no slippers provided in the hotel rooms, and naturally, the floors get dusty. Additionally, there seems to be a charge for almost everything—we were quite surprised to see that even cotton swabs cost 10 DKK. Although the hotel seems to cater more to younger groups, overall, my wife and I were satisfied with our stay.

Corridors and stairs are run down but that's the only bad point overall had a great stay. Slept well, it's quiet and comfortable and the staff are just lovely.

I liked staff, location, 2 bathrooms (8 people), providing hair dryer, drink excuse for waited check in, good heating system, several mirrors in the room.
