Location was excellent for this price.

A bit noisy as many very young y students or groups all over the hallways.

I rebooked a new room almost at the last minute, the hotel staff was really supportive and helped me a lot. My new room was clean and warm :)

The location is very convenient, there is a supermarket right across the street and everything is in about a five minute walk. The hostel has a nice vibe and the bar/restaurant is affordable.

The bed was too firm for us.

The room could do with a bit of a refresh and the en-suite wet room is not great if you wish to use the toilet after showering.

Location was good, the staff were very helpful and nice.

Room was very small. If you bring two suitcases, you’ll have very little space to move. But the size of the room is already mentioned in the details so wasn’t a surprise.

The Hotel had a very good location. At the center of Copenhagen and at walking distance from the major attractions in the city. Has a nice bar at the reception level with different animations every day.

The rooms floors were smelly, the room was also very small and the bed not too comfortable. The TV was not working in our room for the entirety of our trip and there was no maintenance to repair it. (They gave us free drinks however to make up for it.

The location, friendly and helpful staff, the tidyness of the room. Would return here as it was good for the price you pay in this super expensive city.

Room was a bit small, but managable; there was noise coming from downstairs bar until 1am, it wasn't huge deal for us as we went to sleep aroumd that time and were super tired, but it was a bit annoying still. Definitelly something to keep in mind.

Amazing location and was a pretty decent price. Staff very friendly and helpful when my luggage was lost by the airline.

pillows were so small and unsupportive, we both woke up with stiff necks. Bathroom also extremely small making it hard to use.

Allways one guy who was snoring. In the middle of the night i woke up and meant there is a grizzley bear in the room who want eat me. The guy in the rezeption safe my sleep with spending me ear plugs, but thats hostellive can happen😅

We had a 6-beds room and we got upgrades for a 8-beds room!!! It was very nice, the location is very good! And there is a cool bar on the first floor with great atmosfeer and music!

No room service on the three days stay (towels, sheets, etc)

Pillows were awful. Location is superb but noisy as hell Rooms are hella small Bathroom has absolutely no partition, not even for the shower area

Very good location in the city center, close to all important places to visit. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Nice staff. You can play billiards and shuffleboard.

In the room there is no wardrobe for clothes, no simple dishes, like mugs or glasses, plates and cutlery, no electric kettle. In the bathroom there is no shower cabin, only a curtain which makes a lake on the floor. Breakfasts could be more varied, it would be nice to have warm dishes like scrambled eggs or sausages.

Great location for a very good price. Easy to get to from the airport using the underground. A good base to walk around the city and close to excellent restaurants and bars.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are hotel bikes for rent, which is very convenient.

No privacy in the rooms. Just a big room with beds, no curtains or anything. The lockers in the room are on wheels and make a lot of noise when opening. You had to pay to have a locker after checkout.

Fabulous location. Nice terrace to sit in the sunny weather.

I liked the best the location, the hostel was really big, so it was little bit noisey, especially in the bar area, I didn't like that you could not bring food with you, but overall it was good. Staff was very helpful and good!! Wi-Fi was good and working!!

I didn't like the noise from downstairs cafe/bar, but in the rooms everyone was really careful and good.

The whole weekend the elevator didn’t worked.

The location is excellent, the beds comfortable and the linen clean.

The floor of the room was dirty and sticky. The chair that was in the room was made out of leather and was ripped, leaving small brown pieces of leather everywhere, including our clothes and luggage. Otherwise everything was okay.
