The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. Beautiful building and I loved the themed rooms! Highly recommend. Plus free parking

No elevator, but it is an old building so just make sure before booking if any of your party need an elevator, they may struggle to get up the stairs. Especially if you have luggage to carry.

Its proximity to Music Hall, the ambiance and the Copeland room is nice and spacious.

We were disappointed that the restaurant and lounge were closed for the weekend due to the chef being sick. It was part of the reason we decided to stay here. We did go around to some nearby places which were awesome. The street car made it easy to get around.

The restaurant and lounge being closed. I felt like the price was high considering things were closed. We had planned on listening to music and having a drink before walking up to our room.

No one was available when I went to check in. No regular coffee in the room, just decaf

Location was great and history of the Symphony was appealing.

Our room was never serviced despite repeated requests and our shower body wash dispenser never filled.

Architecturally lovely, beautifully appointed. Cozy, walking distance to several venues. Great free parking in a garage a block away. Very secure. A kind and charming young woman greeted us and showed us to our room.

This hotel is beautiful and very unique. Each room is themed to a different composer. We were in the Bach room and it was very comfortable. Because it is a historical property, the rooms may not be as large as a standard hotel, but it really didn’t matter with all the character of the property. We stayed on the weekend and could hear the live jazz from the restaurant, but it just added to the charm. Free parking is in a garage near by. The location is great to go to parks, restaurants, Findlay market, and the Cincinnati zoo.

This location is excellent when visiting the OTR neighborhood of Cincinnati. The beds were very comfortable, nice towels, complimentary snacks and water in the room. Free parking nearby in secure garage!

Our bathroom was spotless - the 2nd room I reserved, for a friend, had a very dated shower/bath with nasty grout. I could write words in the dust on the headboard and desk in our room. The breakfast was minimal (stale granola and nuts) and the hot breakfast - cold waffle and burnt sausage. Styrofoam cups for coffee :( Unprofessional staff - PJs worn to "serve" breakfast??? The last time we were here it was great - not anymore. The place has great potential that is being lost!

The room was really small and the shower was so small you couldn’t even turn around. No elevator so if you’re old or you might want to rethink no utensils to stir the coffee with in the morning. Sink was in the corner of the room, but there was no countertop or table to put your personal belongings on to remove make up or for toothbrushes, etc.. no parking had to take your car to the garage and walk back

Curtains did not go all the way down to the bottom of the window leaving about 2 feet from the bottom exposed to the outside.

Character of hotel. Stayed in the Mozart room. The phonograh was a pleasant surprise. Staff very friendly. Walking distance of restaurants, park and Music Hall.

very unique and secure hotel which was all we needed plus more! Extremely close to FC stadium and Washington park and the breakfast was a bonus and satisfying to our needs. Definitely would stay again .Melissa was very nice and personable to our needs.

The bed was very comfortable and I love they leave water and snacks in the room. What a nice extra. The breakfast is much nicer on the weekend I believe. I was there during the week and there were not as many choices that had protein if you don't eat dairy. There was dairy free milk for coffee. The location is wonderful! It is 1/2 block from Washington Park which is a beautiful and active park. It is a beautiful area of town!

I would like other options for breakfast that are healthier. The Belgium waffle was delicious but the only fruit was an orange or apple to peel. No bananas which I really like

Great location in OTR and could walk to everything we wanted to see. fFee parking in a secure garage close by was great.

Room - especially bathroom - smaller than average. Breakfast was not as advertised - not much choice, much pre-packaged and not great selection.

I loved the look and feel of the hotel. A room with a key. A room with a window that opens. A room looking like a 19th century boudoir. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Only thing I regret, is that I was in a hurry and had to skip breakfast. That looked wonderful as I was walking out.

What’s not to like?!! We loved this place. Felt like being transported back to the 1800s. The staff , food and music were all amazing. Close to lots of fun activities. We’ll definitely be back just to hang out

I did like the fact that it was clean and was close to the event I was attending. Also I like having the free breakfast and free parking. I do appreciate the help that I got with my luggage because of all the steps. There was plenty of room in the actual bedroom and bathroom except for the actual shower.

I didn't like where the garage was located. The actual shower was small ,crammed and very inconvenient. When I looked at the property online to view the rooms I was told I would get a $30 discount but I did not receive the $30 discount and that was disappointing. The lighting in the room needs to be improved by the closet because it's hard to see at night in that corner.

A very unique place to stay! Just a few minutes walk to the Memorial Hall OTR where we had tickets to a concert. Very comfy bed. I would stay again.

Beware that there is no elevator and there are 3 floors. We were on the third floor and wish we would have used two smaller pieces of luggage instead of one large suitcase. They say that parking is "around the corner" but they failed to tell us it is actually around the corner and then across the street. But, it is just a few minutes walk and you can unload at the door

The hotel is a unique music-themed boutique hotel. However, of you want to get some sleep and be able to go to bed at your own convenience, stay elsewhere. There is a restaurant downstairs with live music and you will here the music really loud in your room. The music played until 11 when we stayed there, and you would here people talk, and loud noises afterwards. We stayed at the hotel for the marathon, they charged us a very high fee due to the running event (500 USD for 2 nights), but we couldn't go to bed between 10 or 11 as planned to get enough rest for the race (that started at 6.30 am). If you're in town for vacation and do not plan to go to bed before midnight, you may be fine, but do not stay here if you have to get up early. I do not know if the life music situation is better during weekdays. We stayed Friday to Sunday.

I liked the history of the building, and the roof top communal area with the fireplace. The room seemed clean as well. I slept well on the bed too. The free water bottles and snacks were a nice touch too.

I didn't like how awkward it was for checking in/checking out with the parking garage being a few blocks away and the street technically had "no parking" signs along it, so it felt stressful getting my car out of the way in a timely fashion. I understand it's an old building but it was a bit uncomfortable that I could hear my neighbor coughing and walking around in the room next to me. The whole place seemed very dark; wish it was better lit since there was so much dark wood. The breakfast that came with the room was honestly pretty disappointing--the sausage patties just looked plain sad and the waffle was not great. If just the breakfast was elevated, it would have added so much to the entire stay.

the on-site restaurant is only open Friday and Saturday, we stayed on a Thursday night. the bed frame was terribly creaky and constant noise throughout the night.

Quirky historic building close to downtown. If you like tall ceilings, crown moulding, spacious well-appointed one of-a-kind rooms with a quirky, thoughtful, symphony-themed decor- then this place is for you! I walked to my downtown meetings in about 15 mins, it is also very close to the light rail 🚎 trolley line.

I was supposed to receive the entry code to the entrance door to my phone but haven’t received it and I had to wait outside for half an hour until the owner came and assisted me.

The location was excellent. Near a beautiful park and within walking distance to restaurants.

Breakfast was 2 frozen eggo waffles and a microwaved sausage patty. Shower was too tiny to move in and I am a very small woman. Room was VERY dark.

The location was great. Close to the music hall and TQL stadium. Also, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The hotel was charming. It is an old mansion converted to a hotel, so if you don't like old historical buildings and more of an antique feel, don't stay here. The room was quaint and clean, and we were provided snacks and water at no extra charge. There is a live band in the lobby on weekend nights, so if you want to go to bed before 11 pm, I wouldn't stay here. We loved the fun vibe and theme of the hotel and would most definitely stay here again. It is more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. There are several channels to stream if you are staying in. Breakfast was included in the price and it was even a custom order menu.

Restaurant was excellent, but make a reservation. We were lucky they fit us in. Continental Breakfast is amazing!!

sound travels through the walls. We could hear everything happening in the across from ours. Also, the sound coming from the mini splits was really loud.

The two innkeepers were welcoming, friendly, and extreme helpful. My husband needed a room to work in for a couple of hours and he was able to use one in the back. We had The Bach Room and it was cozy, quiet and the bed very comfortable. There were plenty of towels that were new and fluffy. Their was a Nespresso machine and a mini fridge in the room also! We were able to walk or catch an Uber very easily. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again!

Our only disappointment was in the breakfast. It was more like what you would get at a Super 8 Motel. We were asked if we would like waffles and sausage for breakfast and we replied yes only to be brought 2 small barely toasted waffles and a sausage pattie that had been steamed? There was also yogurt, granola, a wheat bread, fruit , OJ and coffee available.

The parking garage is amazing, and the neighborhood a fabulous for shopping, food, and great speakeasys. The staff is very helpful with recommendations on where to go .

The location was excellent near all great restaurants, walking distance and bonus of indoor parking in the Mozart garage. Evan, the innkeeper attendant, who met us was so kind and thoughtful. Very helpful. Located in the.OTR district, great history.

They announced once we booked a breakfast made to order with all kind of stuff. In reality there was an extremely basic self service breakfast which we hardly found, the staff on site was nearly not willing to quickly explain where we get hot water. very disappointing, promises made but not kept.

The Mozart Garage was safe and secure and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The morning staff was friendly. There was a listing of nearby restaurants to eat at, which was greatly appreciated. The rooftop patio was really neat, and there were snacks in the room with a guide for the area.

The breakfast was falsely advertised...the eggs, bacon, and waffles did not exist. Instead there was stale toast (no butter) and yogurt. We left with empty stomachs. It took awhile for the inn keeper to arrive when checking us in, almost 20 minutes. We got the impression that perhaps we had interrupted something because the vibes felt "off". The surrounding area of the hotel seemed dirty and unsafe. We were anxious to leave the next morning!

Great service from the start. The inn keeper makes you feel like a VIP from the time you arrive to the time you leave. The rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. The bartender kept lively conversation. Over all great experience, if your looking for a great experience , I would suggest for any of my friends or family to stay here.

It is hard to find anything to improve on here but if I had to pick something I would say I did not like the floor of the shower in my room, just a little uncomfortable is all.
