The uniqueness of the hotel’s interior design is unforgettable and very cool and neat. The door passes are super creative and very customer friendly when it comes to drop off at the parking garage.

One of the elevators was not working which limited the transport to one elevator for our floor. I had to wait over 10minutes before it was available for me. The elevator that was not working should have had an out of service sign as we got in and pressed buttons but nothing would happen. The doors would close but thankfully reopen as we wouldn’t get stuck! Yes, we told the downstairs and they said that they were aware…..??

cleaning fees, yet our room was not cleaned daily. also the shampoo bottle was empty we had to ask for refill. But that's okay, as it was resolved right away.

The property was immaculate inside and out. The front desk staff was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Graduate Cincinnati to anyone looking to stay close to the Cincinnati Zoo. 11 stars out of 10!

This hotel is decorated in such a fun manner. The rooms were very clean and the staff were all very nice. Garage parking was safe and convenient and It was an easy walk to the zoo. We enjoyed the patio and fireplace in the evening for dinner and they had a nice selection for breakfast to purchase in the morning.

The location was convenient to the main arteries through the city. The zoo and University were right next door. There were food options and shopping spots close by as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor in the lobbies and rooms were bright and fun with great attention to detail. The bar and lounge area were very inviting and comfortable as well.

It would be nice to have coffee shop open longer into the day for afternoon coffee cravings.

Quirky decor! Location convenient as well. We were in town to see the zoo and then go to the eclipse the next day. Garage parking was easy!

It was great! Didn't use any other facilities we just needed a room.

We were in town to go to the children's hospital. Location was 5 minutes away, clean, and kid friendly. The restaurant food was great

Loved the decor, the location, the room was clean and comfortable. Also loved that they had a coffee bar inside the lobby and they make the BEST Americano.

It was close to the zoo, the staff were friendly, and the food and drinks were delicious.

Wish breakfast was free, but better to have freshly cooked eggs, and the avocado toast was amazing!

The design of our room was so fun and weird, I have never seen anything like it and ai loved it. The layout of the room was very comfortable and inviting. We even had a balcony! Unfortunately it was freezing cold, so we didn't get to use it, but I love the option. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. It was very easy to get in and out of the parking garage with the hotel key, which was a huge bonus because we did need to use our car to get just about anywhere

My one and only complaint was that there were no tea bags in the rooms, only instant coffee. (But honestly that's a pretty finicky complaint)

The colorful, cheerful '80s retro post-modernism decor lifted my spirits more than I would have thought possible. Very comfy room and bed. It was convenient to be able to use the room key to activate the garage gate without additional charges. I appreciate that the clerk emphasized that we should keep a room key upon checkout so that we could exit without being charged a separate parking fee--then, you just drop your keys in a slot once the gate goes up.

Nothing comes to mind. If my family member decides to attend school here, I expect this will be our go-to for visits.

We were there over the Christmas holiday, so the restaurant was closed pretty much our entire stay, but it wasn't really a big deal. We got a good deal on the room because of the holiday, and the hotel was really cool and fun, so it more than made up for it!

Booking.com sent an email informing me that breakfast was available at the hotel for 10 cents. This made me understand that it was a fee to manage the flow of people. However, this price refers to a single cup of coffee. The rest of the items you have to buy in a cafeteria, paying high prices for each item: milk $4.00, cereal $2.00 etc.

Fun, nostalgic decor along the student theme. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Convenient to Cincinnati Children’s hospital. The airport was only 22 minutes away by Uber.

The location is great if you need to be close to the hospital but is a bit far from the downtown area.

We loved the decor. It was fun, informational, and colorful. We loved hearing about Fiona.

We walked to the zoo

Perfect location for UC. Loved the uniqueness of the decor and Cincinnati theme. Great coffee shop. Bar that was staffed and a large outdoor patio.

Great location to UC campus. We were staying for Homecoming and were able to walk to campus

Our room was warm. The AC didn't seem to be working

IT WAS SO DANG CUTE. And everyone was so friendly. Loved it!

The bunk mattress was slightly uncomfortable and the sofa had some marks, but otherwise everything was perfect.
