the room was great .location was also good. the pool was okay not too bad. liked the temperature of the water. there was more than enough towels in the room . the room was clean .

there could have been more options for breakfast. for example, bacon , turkey sausage, pancakes and hash browns . the door knobs in the bathroom were loose and could be mistaken as an accidental on the person who booked the room.

breakfast was excellent.

price was a little high for what we got. sure I could have found cheaper lodgings. while traveling with family every dollar saved counts.

Room was quiet until Friday. Room next door had 6 girls throwing a wild party. we had a shared door so it got very loud at times and late into the night. other wise all good. Breakfast was fabulous. every day something new. always delicious. Pet Friendly !! staff and guest were very nice to my pup. he love it the stay.

Very well located and convenient to access Chicago attractions, restaurants and museums. Nice Italian restaurant on site. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Good sized rooms.

Wifi is very weak in the rooms and drops regularly. Right next to the fire station so regular noise throughout the day and night. Pool and fitness room are small.

Location was amazing! Close to everything. Breakfast was great, different options daily. Pool was clean and nice. Fitness center was great!

Staff were so lovely and so helpful, breakfast was really nice. This was such a lovely hotel to stay at and I would 100% stay here again.

Toliet was running all night, had to shake handle to get it to stop, lock on door was loose.

Room was good. Location is very good. The breakfast was good, except the room is just to small for the amount of guests on that Sunday morning.

We felt the price for our room for the size we got was good. The location was convenient to the Magnificent Mile. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The staff that we met were friendly and cheerful.

We really detested the drop-off procedures. There needs to be a designated lane since there isn't a pull-off. It was quite dangerous and not clear from the description that we would need to leap out of the car since we were stopped in traffic. When we checked out, we then decided to haul all of our luggage to the parked car a few blocks away instead of hazarding a pickup similar to the drop-off. It really detracted from the otherwise positive experience of the hotel.

Sadly our luck of the draw was loud neighbors. Nothing the hotel could do about that though.

Fantastic and modern hotel offering a spacious, clean and comfortable stay. Some of the comfiest beds in Illinois and the staff made the stay warm and memorable.

The sound proofing was a little lacking, with some noise from other rooms and hallways leaking in - but it was very minor, the modernity and comfort more than make up for it!

There are 3 elevator doors in each floor. Apparently, only one of those elevators were working. We waited for so long to go to the main floor due to the high volume of people checking out . Which, we completely understand. But then, while we waited, the elevator stopped working 🙄 we had to go down the stairs and so many people struggled, due to their luggages.

The staff was very kind and helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Convenient location with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast and pool opened early, which suited our schedule. The breakfast area was kept clean and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed.

We would have appreciated some healthier options at the breakfast, like more fresh fruit and plain yogurt.

The 2 queen bed suite was great and the kids had plenty of extra room so it didn’t feel cramped during the time spent in the room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Size of room-we had a suite, decor was nice, staff were great, good location-especially if you like fire trucks-we stopped by and even got a personal tour. Breakfast was decent and there was plenty. Would stay again.

The shower curtain didn’t reach the length of the tub, the baseboard heater was not properly installed and the heat coil was easily accessible to small children and debris, the beds were not comfortable in our room, one was too soft one was stiff as a board. And as always the vent in the bathroom didn’t work.

It says the property has a parking, but it doesn't. at arrival they give you a paper with a (expensive-$58/day) recommendation and making it clear they don't have any relationship with the parking supplier. that came as a not great surprise.

The lobby was inviting. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Room was very clean.

Cold pool. Pool towels were the size of a washcloth. Breakfast could have offered more selection and a more streamlined way of serving. Bottleneck at the waffle maker and toaster.

Suite was very spacious, well laid out and clean! Bed was comfy. Breakfast was awesome as well. Great overall experience. Will definitely return!
