Location was great. Staff was excellent

My Aunt died and I had to leave a day early to get to her funeral in Arizona. I was charged for the night I left. Very disappointed

It was really clean, and the room was very comfortable.

Every receptionist was super sweet and helpful but Emma stood out. She treated me as if I were a life long friend. She truly made my first time in Chicago better than I expected with our short interactions.

It has a great location, good access to the subway, and good restaurants and jazz and blues clubs in the neighbourhood> the river is just a few blocks from the hotel. Spacious room, nice bathroom.

The workers were hands down some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Customer service was out of this world!!! Breakfast was amazing, so many options!!!

It was so incredibly crowded due to spring break. Wow everything was overwhelming. We would have picked a different hotel that accommodated fewer people had we known. Breakfast lines were long and the pool was absolutely unsafe at night due to the number of people swimming at once.

The staff was super duper nice, the room was overall very clean. The breakfast was awesome and pool was perfect. Loved being able to walk everywhere.

The rooms were a little run down, cracks in the ceilings etc. When we turned on bathroom sink a huge glob of gunk and hair flew out onto my daughter’s toothbrush so that was pretty gross.

This hotel was PERFECT. I would stay here again when in Chicago. It was centrally located, staff was extremely nice, room was so clean! Everyone - from the housekeeping to breakfast to front desk - was friendly. There is a lot of noise in downtown Chicago but we slept well on the 13th floor. The beds were comfy and the heat/ac unit was quiet. No complaints - great hotel!

Location is central to main attractions in downtown. Staff are welcoming especially Octaviano, director for rooms went out of his way to find us suitable parking. It was really a plus that coffee and hot chocolate are available 24/7. Breakfast had various food options.

the room was great .location was also good. the pool was okay not too bad. liked the temperature of the water. there was more than enough towels in the room . the room was clean .

there could have been more options for breakfast. for example, bacon , turkey sausage, pancakes and hash browns . the door knobs in the bathroom were loose and could be mistaken as an accidental on the person who booked the room.

price was a little high for what we got. sure I could have found cheaper lodgings. while traveling with family every dollar saved counts.

Room was quiet until Friday. Room next door had 6 girls throwing a wild party. we had a shared door so it got very loud at times and late into the night. other wise all good. Breakfast was fabulous. every day something new. always delicious. Pet Friendly !! staff and guest were very nice to my pup. he love it the stay.

Very well located and convenient to access Chicago attractions, restaurants and museums. Nice Italian restaurant on site. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Good sized rooms.

Wifi is very weak in the rooms and drops regularly. Right next to the fire station so regular noise throughout the day and night. Pool and fitness room are small.

We felt the price for our room for the size we got was good. The location was convenient to the Magnificent Mile. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The staff that we met were friendly and cheerful.

We really detested the drop-off procedures. There needs to be a designated lane since there isn't a pull-off. It was quite dangerous and not clear from the description that we would need to leap out of the car since we were stopped in traffic. When we checked out, we then decided to haul all of our luggage to the parked car a few blocks away instead of hazarding a pickup similar to the drop-off. It really detracted from the otherwise positive experience of the hotel.

Fantastic and modern hotel offering a spacious, clean and comfortable stay. Some of the comfiest beds in Illinois and the staff made the stay warm and memorable.

The sound proofing was a little lacking, with some noise from other rooms and hallways leaking in - but it was very minor, the modernity and comfort more than make up for it!

There are 3 elevator doors in each floor. Apparently, only one of those elevators were working. We waited for so long to go to the main floor due to the high volume of people checking out . Which, we completely understand. But then, while we waited, the elevator stopped working 🙄 we had to go down the stairs and so many people struggled, due to their luggages.
