Everything at the hotel was great. The location is excellent, and the front office staff were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel was very clean, and everything was well organized. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Room cleaning very poor

The room was clean, the staff (Bella & housecleaning) were extremely friendly, nice and willing to help us at check in, the location was perfect- as a NYer I found it a quick walk to the bean, famous pizza place, Trump tower, the bridges over the river and much more.

We couldn't check in early, we had to wait till 4pm- luckily we had friends to meet up with in the interim but that was our only "con".

Clean, staff was helpful and so friendly! Beds were comfortable, pillows were like sleeping on clouds. We had a city view, which was nice. Had a pool there, and good free breakfast!

The breakfast had a wide variety of food options, but I personally had limited choices. I wish there were a milk alternative such as soy milk, available ( unless I didn’t see it ).

Staff are so friendly and patient with children. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast, gym and pool are really nice. Cool area for dining and bars in Chicago.

It rained and we forgot our umbrella. It used to be common that hotels would have umbrellas to lend guests, but no umbrellas. It's not a serious issue just a suggestion to make the hotel even better.

The location by the fire house is horrible, and no hair dryer in the bathroom.

Great staff, everyone was friendly, good location to walk to many spots nearby, and the breakfast was really nice. Good variety.

This is nothing against the hotel. Our first night was very quiet but the second night with the fire station across the road the sirens went off many times and it woke me up many times. I would still stay here just maybe wear earplugs.

Super friendly helpful awesome staff! At the front desk she heard me talking that we slept terrible on the train on the way in. Got us a rear room. Did not hear one siren at night and slept great. Beds and bedding were awesome, quiet AC/heat. QUIET rooms all around! I didn’t hear anyone in the hall, didn’t hear city street noise, I slept like a log! Great breakfast too! Open 6-10AM!! Amazing.

Deteriorated facilities—flush that was not flushing properly, chipped door. Lacking appliances—no coffee machine.

The breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the terrace off of it. The front desk staff went above and beyond.

No hot tub and a fire station on the next block. If you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs. We slept fine though. Maybe a couple more towels in the bathroom.
