Breakfast terrible Plastic utensils cardboard plates no bacon cold eggs. Very bad.

Size of room-we had a suite, decor was nice, staff were great, good location-especially if you like fire trucks-we stopped by and even got a personal tour. Breakfast was decent and there was plenty. Would stay again.

The shower curtain didn’t reach the length of the tub, the baseboard heater was not properly installed and the heat coil was easily accessible to small children and debris, the beds were not comfortable in our room, one was too soft one was stiff as a board. And as always the vent in the bathroom didn’t work.

It says the property has a parking, but it doesn't. at arrival they give you a paper with a (expensive-$58/day) recommendation and making it clear they don't have any relationship with the parking supplier. that came as a not great surprise.

The lobby was inviting. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Room was very clean.

Cold pool. Pool towels were the size of a washcloth. Breakfast could have offered more selection and a more streamlined way of serving. Bottleneck at the waffle maker and toaster.

Suite was very spacious, well laid out and clean! Bed was comfy. Breakfast was awesome as well. Great overall experience. Will definitely return!

Pool is lack luster. The front entrance is right on the street and can get busy.

Location was great for everything we did. Enjoyed the great breakfast area each day and the staff was wonderful!

The wallpaper was pealing in the bathroom and the handle on the toilet was loose, we thought we might break it. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room as we brought leftover meals back each day. The bottom protector on the beds had holes in them which was tacky.

Some problems with the bathroom drains

The location was easy walking distance to Hancock Tower, Navy Pier, Millennium Park, Magnificent Mile. The staff were amazing and took time to give me directions and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was excellent as well.

The breakfast was good. There were several options of protein, grains and fruit. The coffee was hot and plentiful. The location was fantastic. It was two blocks from my conference location and it was surrounded by a vibrant collection of others. There are plenty of shops and restaurants.

The breakfast room had music and tv playing. It was over stimulating at 6 am.

This hotel was quite exceptional. It was very clean, the breakfast was spacious and full of options, and the staff went above and beyond. Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful, especially the concierge, woman stocking the breakfast, Arthur and another young man whose began with the letter Y. I would definitely return to this location.

The price for parking is crazy but I guess it's typical for downtown Chicago. Hotel was already expensive then you add another $65 for parking. Again I think it's typical for downtown.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly, which made our stay excellent. Good hotel breakfast. The hotel is located in a great area too. River North has such great food & drinks options, plus there is so much to do.

Staff and room were great. Breakfast was a little too cheap. Throw away cutlery and plates not a good look for the environment.

The only negative was the valet. It took us forever to find the valet when we arrived and then it took about 30 minutes or more for it to get our car when we left.

The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Handy location for playing tourist in downtown Chicago.

The hotel is very near the fire station, so occasional awakenings by sirens in the night. Not much the hotel can do about that!

Next door is a sports bar called the farm blares load music until 10-11pm Friday Saturday and Sunday! Music bounces off the building across the street right into the guest rooms! I encountered this on Sunday night!

There was hair in my bathroom and it was quite noisy at night but I knew that was due to being downtown and other guests. Not any fault of the hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic. I appreciated the texts from the front desk. I hate calling on the phone.

It was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was varied enough and filling.

Breakfast was good. We had to grab and go one day and the woman working was very helpful - grabbed plastic wrap for us to cover our selections!🙂
