Very polite staff. Good location. Good breakfast l.

I saw some mold in the bathroom.

We thought the hotel was good value based on location close to river and magnificent mile. We had a large family room/suite which suited our needs perfectly

The staff was attentive and cordial. In general the hotel and room were clean. I used the ftness room and found it functional and clean

The bedspread that served as a blanket was not fresh and probably not clean. I did not use it. The room was very dark. The breakfast had a cafeteria vibe, very busy, and the area was stuffy, not well ventilated.

Way too dark - needs more lights inside. And I don't know why all hotels give you a desk where the seat is way too low and you hurt your back when you work on hyour laptop.

Deteriorated facilities—flush that was not flushing properly, chipped door. Lacking appliances—no coffee machine.

It is in the perfect location and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. We left a bag at the hotel and it was returned back to us at my residence intact.

The location of the hotel was great, it was in walking distant of almost everything that we had planned to do. The room was a suite and accommodated my family and I perfectly. The suite was clean with the exception off minor things, such as dirty window, dusty sprinkler and peeling wall paper. Also, things kept going out in our suite (bathroom lights, microwave, fridge) but the staff was exceptional with resolving all issues. The breakfast was ok, a great addition to our stay for a quick bite to eat and unlimited coffee all day long. The staff especially Yolo at the front desk was very helpful. She gave us a map to get a round and recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Overall a great stay, I would come back when in Chicago.

I didn't like how there were electrical issues in our suite that made the microwave, bathroom and fridge lose power. However, the staff was exceptional with resolving the issues.

The hotel is excellent, fast check in/check out, clean everywhere, excellent beds, bed linen and fresh, new towels. Quite acceptable pool, also a cool terrace, where you can relax in the evening. Not bad breakfast, although the description of the breakfast was overstated, in general it is no worse and no better than any American breakfast. Good for visiting Chicago for a few days

It is very inconvenient to use the TV remote, you have to be a genius with buttons, why did they do it like that? Also, there is no or did not work a hood in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient.

It was near all the attractions.

The parking was not free.

as locations go close to all but not near anything, it was like 1 mile to any major destination say Navy Pier, Willis Tower, Museums further. breakfast good, and kids loved a pool on site. but value for money is V good.

Our room upgrade was great and very clean. Breakfast choices were good and staff throughout the hotel was very helpful and friendly.

Parking was a block over. I parked in the wrong one to start with, just a bit of a pain when we were coming in and leaving.

The location is perfect, well connected by public transport and close to the main attraction walking. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is the standard US style and was included in the room. The staff is nice and helping. If planning to return to Chicago, this hotel will be my first choice, if available.

Walking distance to several attractions! Michigan Ave is very close. Amazing hospitality and terrace is relaxing. Breakfast was top knotch! THE VALET IS VERY ACCOMODATING!

Location was great for walking to many things like shopping, restaurants, and the river. Breakfast was good, it has all the normal stuff. Everyone should be able to find something to eat. It was a very comfortable stay. Valet was great, very fast and easy to work with.

The room was great, the location was perfect, there were plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance, and breakfast contained a variety of choices: sausage, waffles, potatoes, eggs, cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurt, coffee, juice, milk, etc.

I only wish that there were turkey or chicken meat available for breakfast because I don’t eat beef or pork.

Everything!! The breakfast was good & they always had enough food, despite the crowds. The waffle station was popular. I loved the 24 hour complimentary tea, coffee & hot chocolate station. Great location to all the attractions.

the staff were nice & very helpful. we weren't able to check in earlier due to a concert, so we called & notified the staff that we might show up past the time slot of check in. they were understanding & made sure other staff were notified of the delay. i also enjoyed the breakfast options & the 24/7 snack area.

The accommodation was nice, clean, the staff was great, the breakfast not so much. Not much to choose from, no vegetables but apparently it's pretty similar everywhere in the US.

I don't know why we couldn't park the Dodge at the hotel. We could park any other car but not the Dodge.

Room, location, breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Front desk, valets, breakfast area attendants were all exceptional. We felt pampered and totally loved it!

That our stay was only 3 nights. We could have stayed a week. Great room/suite and totally pet friendly facility.
