Location and price were excellent. Nice hotel. Would definitely go back. Pam at breakfast was amazing.

They would only service the rooms every other day even when asked. One elevator was broken so they only had 2 working elevators for a very large building. Oddly they also had the stairs closed off.

Great location. Easy to walk to the different L lines. The corner suite is very comfortable. Luggage storage was super efficient and secure.

The 24 hr coffee/tea station never has hot water. The living room couch was in the bedroom for some reason. Slow elevators.

Free breakfast was average, even compared to similar offerings at Hilton brand hotels. Room overlooked the local fire department, so loud noise was common.

Breakfast was busy but very good with excellent selection daily. Location was good, many dinner food options close by.

Elevator was slow and overcrowded. 1 of the 3 was down for service. Stairs unavailable to go up to rooms.

Location was great. We could walk to Michigan street and walk to various restaurants. Staff was super friendly and the lobby & room were up to date and nice!

Breakfast was poppin! They ran out of food so we had to wait a few minutes but it wasn’t horrible. You do need a key to use the elevator and we don’t know that until another guest told us.

I like everything about this stay

It was nice having breakfast available on site since I traveled with children. The location was convenient and was within walking distance of a lot of places we went.

I wish there was a hot tub. One of the elevators was not in service which caused a lot of delay

I loved it so much. I am very particular and most hotels i feel horrible. But this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in I will definitely be back

Clean, friendly staff so close to everything. It had a pool and no one else was ever in it!!! The valet guys were so nice and fast.

I enjoyed my room. Very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was definitely a plus. The view was wonderful, however, when we had to be moved to another room (because of the tv - no biggie), the view was not so great, but the room was equipped with a wet bar upgrade. The hotel staff members were friendly and accommodating.

I did not like that the (unless I missed something previously) the advertisement specified there was parking, which was true. I assumed there would be FREE PARKING available. This was totally not the case. Valet parking was $78 per night and parking for the hotel was 2 blocks away and costed $65 per night. I was working with a budget from my company and did not receive the information about the parking until 2 days before I was to arrive. This did not allow me enough time to find other arrangements, therefore, the parking cost took a huge unexpected chunk out of my budget as I stayed for 3 nights.

The breakfast was good and the location was perfect. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the staff’s friendliness and kindness. Especially the staff who prepared breakfast. Also, I would like to thank the staff that helped my dad get in and out of the car and helped him with his bag. They were so wonderful and kind.

I currently have an issue with the cost that has been placed on my credit card. It is not the cost that I was given when I booked it at booking.com. I brought this up with the hotel staff but they kept insisting that they only charged the agreed cost but this is untrue therefore this leaves to ke being overcharged.

Breakfast was acceptable but could provide more healthy options.

Lifts were very slow. We were on 7th floor and the noise from the fire station was a real problem. Woke me up several times every night.
