There are so many restaurants near the hotel. Additionally, the hotel has much to offer with its rooftop theater, restaurant and cafe on site.

Great location! Loved the ease from which I could get from the airport to the hotel and access the transit system in general without needing to rent a car. Tons of amazing restaurants in the area and super close and easy to get to downtown. Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable.

There is no coffee maker in the room, you have to go purchase it from their cafe downstairs each day. Additionally, the rooms are lacking in shelf space with no drawers and limited hangers supplied, so it did feel like I couldn't fully unpack throughout my stay. Also, the fridge is full of items you can purchase, but this leaves barely any room to use the fridge for any personal items you may bring in.

Location was excellent for where I need d to be in the city. Staff was super friendly and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable. All for a price that was cheaper than other hotels in the area.

The overall vibe was amazing and having a restaurant downstairs was super convenient. The room was cozy and had everything we needed.

There was not a lot of sound privacy. It felt like you could hear everything going on in the hallway outside

Great location in West Loop. Near family and great restaurants. Very clean and affordable for Thanksgiving weekend. Staff were cheerful and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Really nice

We actually didn't have breakfast, but we did linger with guests in your lobby with coffee, etc from the coffee shop. Wonderful!

Location was great, decor downstairs was good and coffee place was cute. Room was clean.

Rooms smelled and felt like there was damp.. to the degree that I had a physical response.... there was a moldy feel even though the hotel seems brand new. I felt it was expensive for what it was.

The Emily felt new and was very clean and tidy. The hotel had a great atmosphere, nice restaurant, coffee shop, and a rooftop cinema! The hotel is opposite the Google office in Fulton Market, which felt like an up and coming area of Chicago.

I love how vibey of the hotel was. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, and the shower pressure was fantastic. The neighborhood was facntastic

I wish the shower had fans, I kinda wish the staff had name tags on, and I wish they had a mini fridge to put my left over food.

Great location near the city centre, restaurants and bars. Bed was super comfortable, great gym, rooftop cinema and bars in the actual hotel. Great value for money.

In rook refreshments and snacks are expensive. Water should be free at least. TV wasn't good, no Netflix or anything, doesn't sync via screen mirroring with iPhones. Good thing I brought my Google TV otherwise it would have been a bit boring sitting in the room. Wifi also doesn't sync well with my Chromecast so had to use hotspot.

They were very friendly. Room was comfortable. They accommodated our early arrival which was super nice. The lobby area and coffee shop were very nice. Didn’t use rooftop terrace but heard it was very nice.

The hallway carpet was a bit dark and gave impression of being old but perhaps wasn’t that old but colors made it look dirty or old. It’s on the pricy side.

Shower drain backed up (you would expect housekeeping or engineering would have noticed this and addressed it before another guest (us) had to experience it. Also, a couple of outlets did not work properly, again the expectation is for a proactive approach to these kinds of things.

Close to restaurants and public transportation. Comfy beds.

Sink is outside the bathroom and lighting makes it hard to do make-up. Very dark.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well accommodated room with a steamer and all the basics. Comfy and good-looking aesthetics. The coffee shop and restaurant downstairs were great, bummed we didn't check out the rooftop. Housekeeping was thorough and kind.

The hotel's facilities were generally very good and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It's in an interesting part of the City and well connected for transport into the Loop via the L-line at Morgan (3 minutes), although there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Housekeeping was good, although could be late in the day. Rooms are decorated in an urban-chic sort of way.

Main drawback was the other guests. On two occasions I was awoken to what sounded like a frat party when the guests in an adjoining room arrived back in the early hours. I had to complain to the hotel staff. This seems to be a combination of less than ideal soundproofing (hard surfaces used for decoration) but also because the hipster location of the hotel (it's opposite a Google office) seems to have encouraged a certain type of "look at me having fun" guest. The location of the sink outside the bathroom is a bit weird (and possibly unhygienic). I'll put the noise issue down to bad luck and would stay here again.

Room was on a lower level. Tv was having technical problems. Room was very warm, and opening the window was damn near impossible.

Everything! Room sizes was perfect, and shower was wonderful. We were on the 5th floor and it was nice and quiet.

Drinks were a little pricey and coffee bar wasn’t as good

the room was very clean and the hotel itself well maintained. staff was very friendly. bar and coffee shop were both nice.

lighting in the room was bad. there was plenty of lighting but just poorly done. made it difficult to do hair/makeup. additionally, the room next door was very loud late into the night (3am +) and we weren’t the first room to complain. even after security stopped up, the party continued.

I was upgraded to a bigger room at my check-in and the staff was very helpful.

Wi-Fi did not work and the TV channels would not work either.

there was a mix up communication with booking.com regarding parking provided on premises and it was not clear that parking was $75 per night. I ended up needing to pay for parking without knowing this until check-in

LOVED the outdoor curling with the yurts! The staff out there were so fun and helpful. Also very much enjoyed the specialty drinks and outdoor heaters and fireplaces to enjoy them by.

We felt that the extras (curling) we shouldn’t have had to pay extra for, at least if there aren’t any other people out there. We loved it but there wasn’t anyone else because it was so cold.

Great location close to several subway stations, very comfortable and clean room, highly recommended!

We loved the location and the size of our room. The entire staff was very helpful.

The two nights we were there, the restaurant was closed and the rooftop restaurant/bar was closed. We were also missing washcloths and bathroom mats. They were quick to bring them to us though.

Trendy, well laid out room. Great location.
