Perfect stay in Cairo city
Everything was amazing from check in until we checked out! Service was super fast and a very special thank you to Nabeel who welcomed us at the door, Mathew at the reception desk, Ahmed, Ayman, Hassan and Mustafa at Bab Al Sharq and Amro, Mina and Mohamed Hussain from Housekeeping!

Oasis of Cairo, healing experience after long journey
Every staff was so kind and helpful.
The view from the terrace was amazing, and the restaurants were nice, too!

We loved it
We booked half board & dinner was in a restaurant inside the hotel with entertainment. Didn’t like the idea to pay for water & any drinks alcoholic or non-alcoholic. We also had to pay for an additional entertainment tax on top. Preferred to have a quiet dinner. They told us if we don’t want to watch n pay for the entertainment the other option is to send dinner to our room. A demeaning option

Beautiful oasis in Cairo
Extremely comfortable room with unbeatable Nile river view. We had an 8pm flight on our departure date and we’re offered a late check out which was wonderful and so appreciated. ThNk you Ritz Carlton staff. The pool area was fabulous and the food excellent. This is a true oasis in the heart of Cairo and right next to the museum. There is no smoking on site and no smell of cigarette smoke unlike other hotels in Cairo
