St Regis Hotel, Cairo

Its location and its ambience

Nothing really . I told them to improve curtain quality and fixing . As few of the hooks were not hooked and curtain was difficult to draw !!

All staff are incredible at this hotel, they are so respectful and do everything possible to assist.

Food was excellent with exemplary service. Room was beautiful, maintained well and of very generous proportions.

One simple but powerful gesture of respect is the way staff stop, greet you and step to one side, very noticeable when walking through corridors.

We had a truly wonderful stay at St. Regis in Cairo and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. We especially loved the stunning view of the Nile, which made each morning feel special. There were many local specialties to try, alongside all the dishes you would expect from an international hotel, so there was something for everyone.

The hotel offers several restaurants, and we had the chance to try three of them: Asian fusion, Italian, and steak. All of them were delicious, but we would particularly like to highlight the italian restaurant, where the staff were exceptionally attentive and genuinely kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. The Asia Fusion restaurant was also very special.

There is both an outdoor pool on a terrace and an indoor pool, which we really appreciated. We would especially like to mention the lifeguard (Tarek Mohammed), who was incredibly dedicated and friendly, and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel lobby, reception, and lounge areas are truly impressive — elegant, beautifully decorated, and very welcoming. Overall, the entire staff (like Marco Gerges) was friendly, professional, and always eager to help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

the restaurants in the hotel were very booked up. but the staff made an effort to help fit us in. Outdoor pool was not available.

The decor and detail…it feels like stepping in time yet modern

I would say maybe not much exterior place, the pool ara under renovation didnt help but honestly nothing really

The St Regis Cairo is a stunning hotel that boasts of incredible cuisine and stunning views of the nile. The service was spectacular and they truly went over and beyond to make us we feel special, welcomed and comfortable. The amazing management went all out for my husband's birthday (after we indicated in our booking that we were celebrating) with some decor, fresh flowers, fresh fruits and delicious treats that awaited our arrival in our room. We did not have enough time to explore the facilities unfortunately but the spa, indoor pool and water garden are must visits. The restaurants accommodated reservations and walk ins, which was convenient. We loved the risotto at J&G steakhouse and the pasta and veal at La Zisa.

I didn't like that we were only there for two nights. This hotel NEEDs a longer stay.

Everything was wonderful, the atmosphere, the decorations, and the food were all sublime. The staff were exceptional, especially Mrs. Yara, who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

It has a very unique style and offers a high level of comfort.

Rooms are incredible, staff were very professional and hospitable

On the way in they wanted to take our speaker and the security staff was rude, which was very weird. We booked a bridal suite and they were honestly very nice and allowed the hairdresser, photographer and make up artists and friends and family up to the room but they were very strict on having our first look or take shot photos on site, so we had to rearrange the photo session and change the wedding schedule.

This is the most beautiful five star property I have ever experienced. No detail was spared. I was surprised there was no sundries store until I understood from the concierge that you could order anything to be delivered from a pharmacy or anywhere.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property!!

Everything was beyond perfect — the room was spacious and elegant, the view was breathtaking, and the staff was exceptionally attentive and professional. I even bought their pillows and blankets that’s how well I slept 😊
