Consistency in high standard of cleanness, food, spa, and staff after this 5th stay

Foreigners are treated differently than locals when it comes to booking rates. Police stationed at the entrance always ask for money when entering or existing the hotel.

Fantastic Nile River view, very helpful and friendly staff - special compliments to Reception’s Ahmed, Joseph ensure me a comfortable stay; Concierge Yasser & Chrisitne helped me out with table reservations at Khofu Restaurant as well as the tour around Cairo; much appreciated it.

The night rate is more than what we expected compared to the room and hotel facilities and services provided. The furniture is old

Hotel rooms and lounge are amazing.

They charged me extra money and when I asked them to return it back at the reception ( The supervisor I do not want to mention his name in public ) they promised me they will do after checking with account staff however they never do refund and they never bother to come back to me.

I didn’t like the entrance and the check- in area as I found it very tiny for huge hotel.

The hotel is very clean, their meals a very well prepared and presented, has great facilities

Communication was a challenge since most of the staff don't understand or speak English despite most of the signage, menus, directories etc being in English

Hotel is amazing, staff are helpful, and the view of the room are exceptional.

The staff at the concierge desk are not helpful and some of them are not paying attention to me when I encountered them at different times to ask for a help. Second, cars have to queue for long time to reach the lobby entrance after security pass as it seems there is a lack in handling this area. Last, during my stay there was a fight between a staff member and 02 guests at the hotel entrance, I think the staff might!! decided to take his right against guest by himself due to the management are not supporting thier staff rights and being in guest side always.

The hotel door for mall its closed 1:30 A.M and you know there sum cafe and resturent in mall its 24 hours

Clean comfortable hotel on the Nile. Room was lovely and had all the necessary and current amenities. Housekeeping, security and restaurant staff were very pleasant.

When we reach the hotel gate one old man who offer the Hotel transportation is not honest and greedy

Very expensive, refused to give us a balcony room . Breakfast in gold lounge which is small , crowded place and they said we are not allowed to have breakfast in the public lounge unless we pay them breakfast although our reservation includes breakfast . We had to argue alot to be able to eat downstairs . The place is away from the activities . You have to cross a dangerous street to be in cornich Not satisfied is the final experience

Everything is perfect except for the parking
