Hotel is not for families and the hotel needs to do something about what goes in the lobby. Quality of the breakfast is also poor.

Great location. Fabulous hotel. Great breakfast. at the main restaurant. The Fairmont gold lounge access was good Although limited breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here. Central to attractions.

The room was nice. The restaurants and the breakfast was fantastic.

We were told that everything in the room would be complimentary so we opened a bottle of red wine. The only bottle that wasn't included. The price of that red wine for a half bottle size costs us $US 200. So clarify with the front desk if everything in the room is included.

Excellent rooms, location and service and attached to a small mall with several restaurants and shisha places.

The room was spacious, had a great view, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!

The room was a bit dark, specially the bathroom. Need better lighting options.

Sometimes one person can transform the entire experience of a destination. The pyramids had been disappointing for me because I had used the earlier gate and had fallen prey to the local guides, the horse carriages, camels etc. The concierge at the hotel, Yasser, patiently listened to my rant and helped me book my tickets online, and arranged an excellent driver, Waheed. He went beyond the call of duty and constantly checked with Waheed to ensure that my trip went off well. As I stare at the photographs of the enchanting, mystical Pyramids which are now a part of me, I.think of Yaseer and thank him from the bottom of my heart.

There should have been more fruit in the breakfast buffet selection. Also, the buffet had very limited variety.

Staff and service was incredible. Had a friends birthday and they arranged a cake free of charge. We bought the cake to one of their restaurants and they even arranged a celebration for him.

One small complaint is that upon check in I was told that breakfast was complimentary but ended up having to pay.

Prices are extortionate, you could pay 4 x the price of a drink at a neighbouring hotel. And service charge is applied to everything, even if you take a drink out of the mini-bar you get charged service. And the cleaners for the rooms often left the room door open while they went away to get provisions and cleaning materials. This meant that the door to your room would be left wide open for several minutes with no one inside it. And I know this because I came back to the room twice to find it like this.

Excellent breakfast (quality & choice), a few restaurants and bars to choose from (our favorite was saigon's cuisine and bar. Beautiful and comfy room /beds, stunning bathroom! We absolutely loved the staff, the concierge team is beyond amazing and genuinely care about helping you (Ahmed, Sarah and hussein?). The spa area is great, and the gym is a proper highly equipped and maintained gym. The swimming pool area and food is excellent and the staff there is really lovely 🙏🏼 thank you for everything

Beautiful property w black marble tiles floor and walks, high end glam decor. Bedrooms very comfortable. Bed excellent , sheets and towels lovely and super luxurious. Bathroom very nice. Pool at the top of the hotel. Staff excellent especially Youssef ( reception) & Christen & Sarah ( concierge ). The pool area , though nice could be windy, smallish and definitely not enough sun umbrellas and those they had were crochet so though looked good didn’t protect you from the sun. There was no outdoor dining or bar ( other than pool area ) in use so everything was indoors. No casual dining area though the hotel had a new mall attached and there is a nice bistro there. Though the hotel is opposite the Nile ( across a busy road ) there is nothing really walkable so had to catch taxis everywhere.

The room is super tidy and clean, and the location is really convenient. And the breakfast is pretty decent compared to other hotels.

Hot water is very unstable, fluctuating between hot and cold. Moreover, the shower head faucet is too tight and difficult to operate.
