Very nice people, very nice room.

They overcharge on personal drivers (150$ when it was 6€ by uber).

The building is pretty impressive, well located and very safe (security outside and inside the building) High quality restaurant, gym, sauna. I couldn’t enjoy the rooftop bar and swimming pool because it was winter. Breakfast sooo good and delicious. Room very very large and comfortable.

Need a hot swimming pool for winter time.

A little pricey

The swimming pool and the kindness of employee. If you walk around there are typical places. Don t forget to walk on the Nile and to take a boat. You just have to cross the street.

The hotel has good security outside and excellent staff within. It is a fairly big hotel but the staff all seemed to know my name, which was lovely. My wife loved that she never needed to open a door as there was always someone only too keen to do it for us.

The room was spacious and clean, the location was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast was great

I didn't like the smell of cigarettes everywhere Even we had a non smoking room the entire floor was smell of cigarettes Also the food into the restaurants was mediocre

We were treated exceptionally well by the staff throughout. I was staying with my wife and 2 young daughters. They worked with us to create an excellent itinerary for our weekend break. The food at the Saigon restaurant was amazing. All in all we could not fault our stay - we just wished we could have had longer to enjoy the hotel.

Property was amazing and well Located The roof top Restaurant and staff were great.

I booked this hotel to celebrate a special day for my children. We booked a dinner to Celebrate the Same in the Bab El Nil Restaurant. But it was a mistake, the staff in the restaurant were not interested at all, although 10 plus staff were present and only 2-3 table were occupied ….felt like being ignored … Had to call for the Manager , who apologised and offered free drinks ..

Too noisy from 10 pm to 1 am. Wedding party music was excessive every night during our stay. We couldn’t sleep.

I asked for late check out upon arriving, which was confirmed. I was then locked out of my room at normal check out time until a security staff let me in. 20 minutes later I had an unpleasant reception staff come to my room asking me to leave despite me explaining the late check out was granted. He was rude and impolite.
