Breakfast staff was courteous.

Breakfast was not as per our expectations. There were very limited vegetarian options and absolutely no Indian vegetarian options.

The room service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The servers are professional, friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure that everything is good (special thanks to Mahmoud ElMsry very professional and friendly)

Staff were very helpful

Nothing is available near the hotel, you need to line up in the check point each time. Rooms are small, a lot of noises from the generator.

I loved everything about the hotel. Our flight arrived pretty late (around 1:30am) and there were a lot of people at front desk ready to help. Breakfast truly blew my mind off, best meal we had in Cairo for sure and quite cheap for $15 per person. Room was comfortable and location perfect

Someone was playing really loud music next to our building until 4am everyday, but I heard it was a private wedding, still, really loud

the room has a week soundproof little bit noise at the night The pool has no heating and if woman wants to swim they have to wear a bikini only

Great location with lovely curb appeal overlooking the Nile.

Coffee service at breakfast was not great. The waitress was unattentive to us and rarely came by, however she was very attentive to the good looking chap at the next table. We tried numerous times to catch her eye, but had to end up going to look for her.

There is no better location in Cairo! Promenade with its cafes and restaurants, always full of life and exceptional views

It is an old property after all, and some common areas as well as rooms awaiting renovation

Staff are wonderful. Always smiling and trying to help. Location is great access to many tourist sites. The lounge was good add on as we have soft drinks and snacks incld all day and alcohol from 7-8.30pm. You get 30 mins incld at the spa for jacuzzi etc. The gym is large with new equipment
