In parts of the hotel, it could use some deep cleaning and re-fresh but I would gladly stay there again. Great Turkish restaurant which was a highlight!

Very friendly staff, clean, nice location (we had a driver with us, not sure about the parking situation). Nice view of the Nile if you are getting a room with a view. Suitable for families.

Lovely hotel centrally located for visiting the Egyptian Museum, Mosque and Bazaar. Rooms were attractive and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had bidets and service was top notch. Great breakfast buffet.

The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is very hospitabale, helping and welcoming. we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast at "the blue" is exceptional. The staff is very active and just looking to help the guests. lovesd the egyptian hospitality. it was tge first time i stayed at Kempinski hotels ans def will be looking to stay again

Although we had booked a junior suits, we had to request another bed. For families, it'd be nice to have extra beds at no extra charge.

Room was very nice. breakfast was very good and food selection at breakfast was nice. My selection for this hotel was mainly for very good location.

Price. Situational awareness of the staff was not really great.

The service was impeccable from Fady on the front desk to the all the staff who looked after us. The breakfast was plentiful , varied and delicious and we were looked after expertly by Aya. We had dinner in the Sky View Restaurant and the food was very good. We had the Seafood Risotto and the Shrimp Spaghetti accompanied by a bottle of white wine. Hussien took great care of us throughout our meal. We would certainly return to this hotel at any time.

The staff were amazing

A spectacular hotel with world-class service and attention to detail. The room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent view. The meals at the various restaurants were excellent and exceeded expectations. The staff were overwhelmingly helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I was expecting a high level of hygiene considering the amount we paid. The carpet is old , not clean . The toilet is not clean as per 6 star standard. The towels are overused.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They would come or call a several times a day to check if we are comfortable in the hotel. The view of the nile from the balcony was amazing too
