The location

The receptionist on check in was rude and didn't give me the room he promised. He asked if I wanted a king size bed or two single beds and I requested a king size size but the room had only two single beds.

The hotel is well managed and the staff is awesome. The breakfast and food is delicious with a lot of options. We were offered an upgrade at a price, which helped as we had more space.

The hotel is overpriced. The pool and pool area are tiny. The camera work and pictures are deceiving. The hotel is also not in the loveliest of area - and a traffic dangerous road cross away from the Nile and waterfront. Try the Hilton or Fairmont for proximity and good area.

The staff were very helpful and super friendly. Our room was upgraded and the faculties were excellent. Room service was very reasonably priced and the portions are large.

Greater variety of desserts needed. But overall good value.

Breakfast is very good, but Olive should be more fresh.

Limited b'fast option , bare facilities for families travelling with kids , limited dining options. It's a small property unlike most kempinski properties Worldwide which are quite opulent.

Reception Carlos was excellent and made sure the suite is with twin bed

Location is good for accessing downtown, very close to the museum. Staff were very professional and polite.

The shower was way to low for me, had to squeeze into the corner/edge just to get any water.

In parts of the hotel, it could use some deep cleaning and re-fresh but I would gladly stay there again. Great Turkish restaurant which was a highlight!

Lovely hotel centrally located for visiting the Egyptian Museum, Mosque and Bazaar. Rooms were attractive and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had bidets and service was top notch. Great breakfast buffet.

The dinner staff was great but the food could have been a bit better.

The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is very hospitabale, helping and welcoming. we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast at "the blue" is exceptional. The staff is very active and just looking to help the guests. lovesd the egyptian hospitality. it was tge first time i stayed at Kempinski hotels ans def will be looking to stay again

Although we had booked a junior suits, we had to request another bed. For families, it'd be nice to have extra beds at no extra charge.

Room was very nice. breakfast was very good and food selection at breakfast was nice. My selection for this hotel was mainly for very good location.

I liked the location along with the very nice staff who offered their assistance at all times.
