What I like about this hotel is proximity to downtown Cairo, ease to get to airport, cleanliness and the team who have an impact into your stay. Concierge friendly, knowledgeable, high standard team with the “lady in red” team ensuring your stay is exceptional, not just good, with the front of house team reception adding to exceptional welcome & problem solving. Housekeeping, bar and breakfast staff add to team satisfaction. I went to spa this time and again exceptional. Thank you all the team. You all have an impact into stay.

I did have a slight small issue which was resolved by the butler and reception manager. Exceptional support even with a problem. All resolved.

The stay was perfect! The rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable, and clean. The bathroom is also large and clean, and there’s even relaxing instrumental music to unwind after a busy day in Cairo. The Wi-Fi works very well, and all the facilities are in great condition. The staff is extremely polite and helpful — they carried our luggage and even gave us a room upgrade! The hotel is located in the best area of the city, close to restaurants, shopping centers, museums, and the American and British embassies. It also has an excellent Turkish restaurant called Osmanly — the food was divine! At night, it’s a very quiet place, perfect for sleeping without the city’s honking. I highly recommend this hotel!

stayed in this lovely home for three days, and from the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of comfort and peace. The house was spotless—so clean, organized, and welcoming. Everything worked perfectly, and I could tell that great care had gone into preparing the space.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was a bit small but clean and just enough for a comfortable stay, ad the view from the room was great, which really added to the experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city and accessing key attractions. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service, especially from Christina at the welcome desk she was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Overall, a positive experience with outstanding service from the team!

Friendly staff spoke good English. Managers are trying their best to make the guests happy. Rooms are nicely decorated, with a kitchen and two toilets. I would like in this hotel, felt like home.

Children were not happy with swimming pool size, a few sun beds only for big hotel, but its what you get on the rooftop.

Everything…all staff are super friendly and go beyond what you expect to make your stay a memorable one. The rooms are clean with all amenities. The location is great. The rooftop is a beautiful spot at night overlooking the Nile.

The location is good in the city , not too far from Giza . Close to the Nile and the boats tours .

The room was a bit old , the bed was good . The A/C was not working in part of the room . The breakfast was just ok .

The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, the guest relations lady upgraded our room free of charge. The breakfast team was there to support at every moment. The bed is very comfortable and good size of rooms. The spa aroma massage 80 minutes was so relaxing that I almost fall asleep, the therapist is a great professional.

Smoking is permitted at the Jazz bar and the smell was annoying, the temperature there was too cold and it took them almost an hour to bring us the food.

Great experience overall! Hotel is a great size with amazing views of the Nile. The staff are excellent and all have a good sense of humor!

We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Nile Hotel in Cairo with our family (2 adults and 2 kids aged 11 and 13). The environment was elegant and relaxing, the rooms spotless, and the staff incredibly polite and attentive. The amenities were top-notch, catering perfectly to both adults and children. The location is ideal—central yet peaceful—with stunning views of the Nile. Everything was truly excellent. Highly recommended!

Great location and lovely (albeit small) rooftop pool which was nice and warm and a great hit with the kids.

Brilliant staff - all helpful and friendly. Rooms were great - good bathrooms, strong air conditioning, and lots of space. Food in hotel for breakfast and other meals was high quality - the cakes in the lobby were reasonably priced and tasted excellent. Felt very secure, doormen helped find taxis and always checked it was the right tour. Rooftop view was very impressive and the pool was a nice place to cool down after a day of sites.

Very small pool/terrace area. Fights over 9 sunbeds. Not enough tables and chairs. Food and drinks expensive and not varied menu between pool/jazz bar room service. All bread and chips. Not much authentic. Allowing smoking inside the jazz bar….smells horrible and gave me a persistent cough.

Due to the Egyptian bank mistake over £1000 were blocked for a week, and I had to pay for my suite twice. When the mistake was found by the staff, they cancelled my electronic key to the suite instead of calling me and explaining the situation.

Great location and wonderful staff. Also a good view, really enjoyed the jazz bar. The shower needs to be renovated, as I faced some leaking.

The kindness and the heart that meets you at Kempinski on Nile is unmatched. You feel like a member of a big family that genuinely cares for you. Everyone is highly professional. If you travel alone you don’t need to worry about anything as the Concierge team will look out for your safety and your best. Housekeeping, room service, butler service all superb. Finally Ladies in Red gracefully follow up the totality of your stay and comfort. I am deeply grateful to everyone at the hotel.

Hotel has a very good location. We arrived late and our family room was not ready. We waited for 1h to finalize everything and it was after midnight. The problem was the transferring data from booking to hotel, and same for payment. I couldn’t pay using e-card, virtual card. Hotel required only physical. But I did all reservations using my virtual card because it’s convenient. So, at night at the arrival day I spent 1h to solve this issue. They cancelled my reservation and did new one. About food: breakfast is good, variety of choice. Rooms require renovation, air conditioners are very old. Beds and pillows are good. Family room is okay but for kids their room was too small. It had sofa, small table, +2 extra beds. No space at all.

View and setting of executive lounge and length of time when free alcohol was served ( limited time available not advertised. ) Also for a hotel of this standard to have exceptionally limited spirits availability despite the bar menu was poor.
