If you can't afford the Ritz, stay here
Staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and included plenty of vegan options. The other restaurant created an incredible vegan feast for our group. The room was very comfortable.
The rooftop pool area was very nice, and popular, so unfortunately sometimes there wasn't enough seating.

Very comfortable
The location of the Property is Fantastic, just overlooking the Nile. The Staff were very nice & kind, especially Ms.Mariam at the Front Desk!!! I am a vegetarian and she ensured that I had a vegetarian dish prepared for me everyday. Thanks to her. Overall, a memorable experience 👍♥️💐

Great room fab location and super clean m, all very good
Location was excellent and view of Nile fantastic. Roomy bathroom with toiletries a plenty. Mini bar and kettle also coffee machine.
I was a little surprised to find adjoining room door open when I opened my door thinking it was a cupboard and seeing other guests shoes etc .. staff reassured that as long as my door was closed it wasn’t accessible to adjoining room.
I wasn’t keen on mini bar staff and room staff knocking as soon as I returned after a days putting. This could have been done whilst I was out.

It is nice , clean and comfortable .Breakfast is good.the location is great.
Everything was good . i have one remark about the shower . It is a bit slippery and there is no shower hose or toilet hose as well . i think it would be more comfortable to have them.

Great moment in Cairo
Everything was great and everyone was so nice, doing their best to deliver the greatest service and advices during our stay.
Our room was very confortable and clean thanks to Heba. Breakfast is really huge and we could enjoy the service of Mina Malak.
The hotel is well located to visit the main treasures of Cairo and we really recommand Ahmed Lithy to guide you during your stay. He is passionate about Egyptian history and he can propose personalized tours.

Lovely rooms and staff but disappointing pool facilities
The staff at the hotel were fantastic!
The pool is very small which was disappointing as there was 2 days where we couldn’t use it due to it being at capacity. We then had to pay to use another hotel pool in the area which was disappointing after having paid for our stay at the Kempinski

Safe, comfortable and scenic stay with a great location.
Room was good with a great view and spacious.
Housekeeping was excellent and very quick in assistance.

Beds were twin unfortunately but were joined up on our request.
Bathroom would have preferred to have a walk in shower as tubs are very inconvenient.
