Fantastic hotel. Perfect location for Cairo with plenty of comfort. Strongly recommend.

Impeccable service at reception, bar and breakfast. The choice of breakfast items was vast, including a large array of fruit which has been lacking in our other Egypt hotels. Huge bedroom with a bath and separate shower. After a disrupted journey and late arrival due to a cancelled internal flight, we were enormously grateful to be granted a late checkout.

Decor in our suite of rooms was a little dated and the pictures in the bedroom were really uninspiring - to the point that on a wall with four pictures, they displayed two pairs of identical prints. The sofa in the sitting room was stained. Notwithstanding these comments, we were hugely gratified to have been upgraded.

She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was seamless and memorable, assisting with everything from check-in to local recommendations. Thanks to her, I was even upgraded to the beautiful Madina Suite, which made the experience even more special. Raneen was equally wonderful—attentive, courteous, and always ready with a smile. She kept checking on us daily to ensure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued and at home. Together, they set the tone for a flawless and unforgettable stay. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean, offering every comfort imaginable. Breakfast at The Blue Restaurant was exceptional—fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented, with service that was just as impressive as the food. The rooftop pool and spa were serene havens, perfect for relaxing while overlooking the Nile. In every way, the Kempinski Nile Hotel exceeded expectations. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail make it one of Cairo’s finest hotels. I can’t thank the team enough—especially Christina and Raneen—for making my stay so memorable. I’ll absolutely be returning on my next trip to Cairo. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff, location and very clean and quiet place, comfortable to stay and highly recommended

The breakfast area is small reason that the building design is too old but renovated. an incident happened with me which i didn't like that i asked one of the staff (lady) was on the reception for contact number of a beauty center as personal favour, and she recommended me to a beauty center which I understand from her that the hotel depends on them for reason that the hotel don't have a beauty center or hair stylist, and she said (you can go back to your room and call the reception, and directly we'll connect you with them), and I did. But while the checkout i was shocked that I was charged for the phone connection which i made. It was a small amount but the staff should be clear from the beginning, in addition I had a sim card during my stay and could do it from my personal phone

The pool we didn't like it beacuse it very small only 9 deckchairs you have to lucky to find one in the morning. Loaction is not the best we didn't like it where the hotel is Loacted..

The breakfast was varied and the staff members were very attentive. A great place to escape from the City.

one aspect to consider is the pool area, it can feel a bit small, especially during peak times. Additionally, there were instances where available sunbeds by the pool were limited, which didn’t quite match the images online that showcase a more spacious and accommodating setting. Despite this, the overall ambiance and service at the hotel make it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Egypt.

The Junior Suite we were in was a great size with a separate lounge room

We expected a “Kempinski” hotel to be more elegant than what this was. It was disappointing compared to the ones we have stayed at in Nusa Dua and Bangkok

The location was superb- sitting on the rooftop and watching the city lights and Nile River will be a life memory. The staff throughout were excellent, their courtesy was without compare.

Good proximity for tourist itinerary.

I am a non-smoker and although in a non-smoking room all the corridors smelt of smoke. We ate at the restaurant one night and the staff provided very good service however the main chicken dish was not edible( extremely dry in texture and grey in colour) . We provided feedback and the chef addressed this removed item from our bill however I would hope that the standard of food would be higher. The menu online which we had looked at and chosen items we would like to eat, was not available as they told us in the restaurant they had changed the menu a couple of months ago. It is important that online reflects current menu.

It was in a wonderful location, elegant and comfortable.

The breakfast was superb, highly recommended with a great selection to choose from. The staff were great and the location was perfect. Great views of the river. The Osmanly restaurant was also superb as was the service and choice at the Roof Top area.

Everything was on top! Rooms very clean and facilities modern. Hotel location was mid town close to everything and with stunning view at river nile. The best thing was the staff, they were the most professional, kind hearted staff that will always have you’re back for everything i can guarantee you 24/7, and the security was on top. I’ll come back again to that hotel in the future definitely, Recommend it to everybody.

Very comfortable hotel with lovely staff, nicely positioned only a short taxi ride away from many of the main sights in the centre of Cairo. Both restaurants are great, with excellent understanding of gluten free and food allergy requirements.
