It was very clean

The shower situation was a bit odd. Very small. I am very small and I found it pretty tight and there is no shower head, only a hand held shower and so water would spray everywhere.

The location of the hotel was great - such a central location. It was really easy to get to from the airport (100E airport express bus). The staff were friendly. The room was clean and spacious - definitely bigger than most city hotels I've stayed in. My only niggle was that the curtains didn't fit the window properly which was slightly annoying - especially when wanting to get changed. Breakfast was slightly disappointing - I chose the hotel as many reviews said it was great but it wasn't. It had everything you needed - just not a lot of choice compared to other places I've been to. However, the hot food was never hot and the bread rolls and cake were never covered so the bread and cake that had been there since 7am had gone stale and it was difficult to find a fresh roll and I had to avoid the cake as it was always stale/hard. I'm not sure what happened to the strawberry jam - it just looked awful. Besides breakfast, everything was great. We never had to use public transport as the hotel was within walking distance to pretty much everything.

Our room had a double bed at 2nd floor. The window was interior to a wide skylight. The room was clean and quite comfortable. I would like addionally an arm chair instead of a chair. The breakfast was complete, nothing was missing and it was served until 10:30. Wi-Fi was good, we used TV streaming. The place is strategic. 2 minutes walk away from Danuby river. 5 minutes walk away from central plaza. In any case you can walk to all famous sights.

Everything was fine.

The hotel was in a good neighbourhood and breakfast was very good too. Room was clean. I am returning to that hotel soon.

Location, location, location.

The location of this hotel is the highlight. It is very well centered and close to everything even by walking only.

The room and hotel is mostly basic and therefore I could not recommend it as romantic. The breakfast felt to me as not as clean and fresh - I think it is due to the reason its a Buffet and therefore people ruin its look while service people are not dedicated to tidy its appearance 100% of the time - still, it is a good breakfast.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We asked for a twin room and this was fulfilled. Breakfast was lovely offering a large variety and there was a 10% discount for the restaurant next door.

Excellent location, close to the Danube. Easy to reach on foot the most important tourist attractions. Tasty and varied breakfast. Friendly staff. Well equipped rooms. Comfortable mattresses. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.

For a couple of hours there was no warm water.

the room is not big, but comfortable. the staff is great. very helpful and responsive. the location is great.

there is a coffee machine in the room, but you have to buy the capsules........ come to stay with a sleeve of nespresso capsules.... the restaurant for dinner is awful. don't get near it.

Hotel location was superb, almost in the hub, but far enough out to be quiet and easy to walk in any direction. Lots of good restaurants within 10 mins walk. Breakfast had a great selection, both hot or cold and was very tasty. The room was spacious and stylish

There is more to be desired from the breakfast selection but not below average in any case.

A very nice hotel but friendly and helpful staff and a perfect location. During our stay one of the elevators was out of order which caused some waiting time for everyone at the elevators. Once both elevators are in operation the experience will be even better.

Breakfast was ok at best. Little variety, packed with people in a hot room. Staff maintained its cleanliness well though. Having to purchase replenishments of coffee for the number of days of our stay. Went to restaurant next door as hotel gave us coupon for 10%off- they would not accept it.

Close to everything

They only give you 2 pods of coffee in the room on your first day then you need to buy extra if you want more , never had this in other hotels it was always replenish every day at no extra cost

The breakfast is really nice thanks. Location is the best.

The carpet is needed revised. One of the lift is work out.

Fantastic central location. Comfortable bed, powerful shower. Rooms very clean and serviced daily, cleaning staff friendly. Excellent reception staff service, helpful and professional - particularly Kate who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Welcoming of our infant. Able to organise airport transfer via the hotel. Good range of choice at breakfast. Very good value.

Woken on two nights due to persistent loud noise from other guests. Smell of cigarette smoke in corridors, stairways and in bedroom when window open - guest clearly seen smoking out of the window below despite it being advertised as non-smoking hotel. Breakfast area very crowded, had to ask for items to be replenished, plates cleared away from our table before we had finished.

The location couldn't be more excellent. Perfect for a getaway in the city, close to the underground, yet the street is a quiet one. The room design is really nice. You get some coffee and water as a welcome package. The breakfast had broad variety, from fruits and sweets to sausage and eggs. They even had glutenfree bread. You can try out some tipical Hungarian things for breakfast.

Location! Location! Location! Everything is right there: restaurants, shopping, public transportation.

The location was excellent for getting around the city. The room was a lovely size and very quiet. Breakfast was very nice!

Air con didn't seem to work particularly well. On the last morning breakfast seemed quite chaotic as there weren't enough tables.

- comfortable beds - cofee maker in the room - good breakfast (starting 7am) - very good location ( close to Elisabeth Bridge, very close to the shopping street, close to everything), easy to walk to Buda Castle

- maybe a negative point could be the view from the room , however we haven't spent time in the room during the day
