Fantastic central location. Comfortable bed, powerful shower. Rooms very clean and serviced daily, cleaning staff friendly. Excellent reception staff service, helpful and professional - particularly Kate who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Welcoming of our infant. Able to organise airport transfer via the hotel. Good range of choice at breakfast. Very good value.

Woken on two nights due to persistent loud noise from other guests. Smell of cigarette smoke in corridors, stairways and in bedroom when window open - guest clearly seen smoking out of the window below despite it being advertised as non-smoking hotel. Breakfast area very crowded, had to ask for items to be replenished, plates cleared away from our table before we had finished.

The location couldn't be more excellent. Perfect for a getaway in the city, close to the underground, yet the street is a quiet one. The room design is really nice. You get some coffee and water as a welcome package. The breakfast had broad variety, from fruits and sweets to sausage and eggs. They even had glutenfree bread. You can try out some tipical Hungarian things for breakfast.

Location! Location! Location! Everything is right there: restaurants, shopping, public transportation.

The location was excellent for getting around the city. The room was a lovely size and very quiet. Breakfast was very nice!

Air con didn't seem to work particularly well. On the last morning breakfast seemed quite chaotic as there weren't enough tables.

- comfortable beds - cofee maker in the room - good breakfast (starting 7am) - very good location ( close to Elisabeth Bridge, very close to the shopping street, close to everything), easy to walk to Buda Castle

- maybe a negative point could be the view from the room , however we haven't spent time in the room during the day

It was great! Comfortable and friendly, clean, all the required facilities, great location. We will come back !

Edge of bed seemed to be slightly slamted so it felt like you were going to fall out if you were close to the edge. The beds were comfortable if you didn't roll over towards the edge.

Our room on the 4th floor was quiet and comfortable, with a view of the inner courtyard. The room had a small fridge, coffee maker and spacious wardrobe. The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options for everyone. The staff at reception were professional and helpful. The location is excellent for sightseeing in Budapest. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The room was a little warm as the heating/cooling unit was only slightly adjustable, so we slept with the window open, which obviously let in street noise. There is only one chair in the room.

Good hotel in the heart of Budapest. We had a suite, and the size of the room is impressive, as well as the setup. Downstairs you have a fully functional office space for meetings, and a bedroom, bathroom and a hall upstairs. Very convenient!

All was good, only wifi did not work upstairs, so we had to always work downstairs. Also the shower drainage system did not work well, and we always ended up with a flood in the nearby space.

The breakfast room was too small/crowded. Sometimes there were no tables available.

Room was clean and well appointed. Location was excellent for metro and local cafe and restaurants. 5-8 mins walk from Boat cruise docks. Staff were always on hand, courteous and helpful, booking Thermal Baths and River Cruise for us. There was lots of choice in the buffet breakfast with plenty of options for all tastes and some day to to day variation.

I am nit picking, but we would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than the fancy coffee pod machine supplied , simply because we prefer decaffeinated tea and coffee particularly when we come back to the room after a day out sightseeing. Although to be fair we didn't ask the staff if one could be made available. There is a coffee machine which gave multiple choices in the breakfast room, decaffeinated was not available. No great problem as I carried my own little pot but a jar of Nescafe Decaff ( other brands are available) beside the machine would cater for everyone....

My only issue was the shower which was too tight for me and the shower head had some problems.

That was a nice hotel for a fair price. I couldn't understand the humidity in the room 🤔 But the room was clean , the bed was comfortable, only the shower place was a bit strange without a proper door so all the bathroom floor was in water. The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast is simple but it's enough. The reception guys were very helpful.

I was there for a week, every day the room was cleaned, air conditioning worked well and except on Saturday evening it was quiet

Fantastic location. Spacious room which had everything we needed and was cool and comfortable.

Eggs at breakfast were overdone.

Location was good for shopping high street fashion. It was also only 8-10 minutes walk towards the dinner cruise ports. Most of the other popular locations in Pest are also a few minutes walk away.

We didn't expect that the interconnecting rooms would have doors that would be hard to leave open. It might work for some groups just not for our family.

The location is amazing, as well the stuff. The bedroom was absolutely cleaned and the breakfast team was so kind to us, especially Leonardo who supported us from the begging to the end. I´ll definetely go back to La Prima Hotel when I return to Budapest. I recommend it.

Very well taken care of hotel and pleasant and helpful personell. The hotel is located near the local market and you can access public transport and tour the city really easilly.

I expected a bit more variety at the breakfast but it was adequate.

Great amenities and a great Italian bar/cafe/restaurant a very short walk away. A nice outdoor area to sit in the shade.

No Manager on site. We couldn’t prepay as had no wifi, so therefore didn’t receive the instruction to enter the property. But our lovely taxi driver phoned the property manager and she came down to sort it all out for us, great service.

The hotel is very well located, right in the city center. Close to everything, from restaurants to metro, tram and bus stations. Very close to Danube bank. Only good words for this hotel. We highly appreciated that they had gluten free options at the breakfast buffet, very well suited for celiac people. We arrived in the morning so few hours before the normal check in time, but we received the rooms right away which was a great plus. We recommend it!

The location was perfect! The breakfast was diverse and contained vegetables.. The room was cleaned and orgenized every day and the staff was attentive. Very recommended!
