Everything went fantastic! We splurged and upgraded to a junior suite and it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful…especially Haluk Sahin, the Assistant Head Concierge. Our next stop was Amsterdam by train and he made all the arrangements for us…he was extremely helpful. Thank you again Haluk for your kindness! Also, the breakfast was very good with an excellent selection.

The welcome we received on arrival - friendly, professional and helpful. We were taken to our room which was cosy but plenty big enough with a lovely large bathroom. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The lounge bar was excellent with attentive service. The hotel couldn't do enough for us with any queries or booking taxis. The was a good choice for breakfast with lots of fresh foods and fruit as a buffet. An excellent stay all round and we will certainly book the Amigo again.

Perfect room size, amazing and helpful staff, attention to details and most of all the location. Its located in the dead center of the city and everything is in walking distance. For first time visitors this is perfect perfect choice. Staff took care of all our needs and helped us with everything. The bar at the reception is very comfortable for a late evening sit-in for tea and just a wind down. Highly recommended

The hotel was located in the center so a short walking distance to the shopping district. The room was really spacious and clean, also a lot of amenities. The real stars of the property were the staff, they really give the wow factor during your stay and make sure you are taken care of. Will definitely stay here again!

The room was very nice, comfortable provided with a bath robe and lovely slippers too. The location of the hotel was very well placed as we could walk to most of the sights we wanted to see. The concierge were very helpful with some of the travel arrangements to go to Fleurilies for example. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but we had dinner one evening which was very good.

Best location in town. Anything can be done walking. Amazing amenities and staff. Especially Joana from the bar! :)

Location is the best out of all hotels. You cannot be more central.

Rooms were not that big and no views…at least not from our Superior room category. Although, the staff did make the effort to give us the “best” view for our room category.

What an amazing hotel! The service is the absolute best we’ve ever experienced - friendly and efficient. The room was very elegant and the turn down service in the evening was outstanding. Dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was one of the highlights of our trip.

Breakfast service was disorganized

The 5 star treatment right from alighting from the airport taxi was top notch. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel gives the impression of a very well furnished and maintained property. The decor was also 5-star with antique furniture.

The Staff at the breakfast seemed overwhelmed and kept us waiting for 15 minutes more than necessary. That put me under pressure as I had a train to catch and therefore, did not enjoy the meal. The waffle was also dry and cold. Of cause, the supervisor apologised but the deed had been done.

Emmanuel was wonderful. He helped me with my bags and his kindness was a heartwarming beginning to my stay there.

Great location close to the main Square and old city. Wonderful bar with small casual meals available and a great arty vibe. (Margritte). Live music weekend evenings.

The plumbing needs attention . Our bathroom and room smelled stuffy and slightly septic the whole time we were there. Advised reception . Not able to make a cup of tea in the room, and to get one from the bar cost 8 euro. (2 cups, 2 teabags , one small pot of hot water. ) The restaurant is very expensive. Many good dining options close to the hotel. Hotel held our credit card which is expected, but what we didn’t expect was that they took money every day we were there .

Unbelievably great 5 star staff. And it is in the Center of town-steps to the guild houses and the market. There is not a better location in Brussels.

We liked everything. Before breakfast everyday, we ordered coffee. Along with the perfectly brewed coffee, the hotel supplied fresh French pastries. Perfect mornings!
