Hotel The Pantone, Brussels

Very kind stuff. I was traveling with my daughter, personal was very friendly and pay a lot of attention for our requests.

Welcoming, helpful staff, clean, modern rooms with comfy beds and plenty of choice for breakfast. Enjoyed the location, nice shops and restaurants nearby.

Staff were excellent and friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless and spacious. Also it came with a pod coffee machine with coffee pods which was really convenient

Only thing that stopped it being perfect was it was two single beds put together. Although they were very comfortable

Staff were friendly, the beds comfortable, the showers hot and the rooms modern and clean

The rooms are small, but comfortable. Ideal if you're going to be out exploring the city.

Customer service was excellent. Especially the gentleman that works the later shift.

Elevator operations, super slow. We had to run up the stairs a few times.

The rooms were clean and the the stuff very hepful. The breakfast hours extensive and menu very satisfying. The overall appearance of everything was good. The hotel is nicely situated even if not so centrally. We appreciated the late checkout option.

The room was super small and basic, you could barely move between the 2 beds. There was no real wardrobe or even a small fridge. All decoration and offering (like soap) was mainstream, basic and simple, nothing impressive. Comfort was overall not their strongest suit, as the restaurant was also packed and the seating uncomfortable. We cannot figure out how they justify such premiun in the price.

Great location

Lovely interior design, felt like I had taken a Time Machine to The Great Gatsby. Had a fabulous room with a corner view and curved windows and a little private balcony.

The rooms are quite noisy, I could even hear my neighbours snore next door - the hotel acknowledges that and kindly provides ear plugs.

Location is great. I have a 7 year old boy, even he likes the location because it is very easy to walk Grand Place (app 15 mins) It was very close to big avenue with a lot of grat restaurants and shops. The bed for my kid was very big, he didnt bother us. I would recommend this place.

The hotel was nicely decorated with a Scott Fitzgerald/The Great Gatsby theme. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also nice, with enough choices. The location was great, being located in Saint-Gilles, a beautiful neighborhood with amazing architecture (lots of Art Nouveau buildings), lots of bars and restaurants, and plenty of lively as well as quiet streets.

The only negative thing I can mention is the fact that the room was generally quite warm, even though the heating was off. We had to keep the window open when in the room. Furthermore, while we enjoyed the floor heating in the bathroom, the heating could have been at a lower setting, as the bathroom got very warm (and there was no way for us to control the heating). However, this had little impact on our stay which was overall very good.

Beyond the amazing location, the room I stayed in was amazing! It had a nice shared balcony overlooking the beautiful neighbourhood. The room was also clean and spacious - it really is value for money. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Very comfortable bedroom, great location , 10 minute walk to Louisa which is similar to Oxford Street but not so busy. They booked us a taxi back to Gare Midi, arrived in 2 minutes, only 10 euros. Generally all good. Brussels was marvellous on many levels.

They should offer a small cheap breakfast, just a coffee and croissant. The breakfast is 16 euros per person we didn't have it. The shower leaked, but no big deal.

FYI if you are a bigger human some of the rooms are a little small and so are some of the corridors.

This is the third time I have visited Brussels and this is the second time when I have stayed at this hotel. I enjoyed staying here the first time and when I found out I had a work trip to Brussels, I already knew I wanted to stay at this hotel. The beds are very comfy, the rooms are clean, the overall "vibe" of the hotel is great and it is located in a quiet area, so you can get a good night's sleep. The breakfast is great as the choice is a lot and varied! I already look forward to coming back and staying here again.

The staff was great and so was the room. The heated floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise !

Room was nice and clean, staff was very helpful, breakfast was also very good.

Friendly staff that were available to talk to and helpful, short walk into the city centre meant we didn’t feel crammed and was able to see a little more of Brussels than if we was to stay in the centre. Breakfast was of good quality

The room was very nice, spacious and quite. Big bed and comfortable. Big bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Wi-fi connection was excellent.

Everything was great! The room is very nice, everything is clean and comfortable! There is a coffee set which was very refreshing for us after the long journey! The location is very good, close to the sights we wanted to see. Friendly and welcoming staff. We would happily stay again! Thank you!

The only thing we were missing were hangers in the bathroom to hang our towels
