Nice Hotel Helpful staff Large, comfortable room

Very good location close to everything. Rooms were spacious and modern.

The extractor in the bathroom was not not effective.

I loved the room, and the staff service, especially the people behind the front desk! :)

The room was amazing, at the 8th floor, with the most beautiful terrace and view. We really enjoyed everything and we could have not asked for more. It was wow.

Maybe the fact that there's only one elevator for the entire building. It can be uncomfortable to wait some time for it, after breakfast, when everyone wants to go to their rooms, but overall, it was nothing that the staff could do, since that is the way the building is built. And, btw, the elevator looks really fancy :)

There was some fire nearby and the staff was not very helpful with information during this panic. Keeping in mind that this is an extraordinary circumstance, all else was great!

The hotel is located close to good shopping and easy public transport from Brussel Central Station. Beautifully decorated and delicious breakfast. The rooms have a smart TV, which was great for casting.

There was a little noise outside our window at night with groups drinking in the park and noisy cars. But it was a Friday and Saturday night! The shower tiles needed a good scrub as they had a little mold on them. No shelves or storage in the bathroom for our toiletries bags. An oversight in many hotels. There was no fridge in the room either and the coffee pods were not refilled.

+location just outside of the inner ring, perfect for my taste as you could see some places outside of the casual tourist spots. +bar, where you can get something to drink for a decent price, especially useful if other restaurants and bars nearby are closed and affordable as well +comfy bed, even if my friend had a rough sleep I enjoyed my single bed (twin room)

-room could be a bit larger, especially if you stay with a friend and not your partner or by yourself -hot, tropical like climate in the bathroom, even if the temperature were just around 15°C outside and the temperature was fine

Really generous sized room with large openings windows and lovely aspect overlooking a little park area. It was nice and quiet. The rooms were really well appointed and beautifully maintained. There was a desk in the room and sufficient room to get some online work done. The location was good with a short walk to two different Metro stations. The staff were friendly.

There wasn't a gym.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom was really nice as well. Location was quite good, there's a metro station a few blocks away and it's relatively close to the Brussels Midi/Zuid station.

There was only one lift and it was small so there we had to wait some time in order to use it.

Stylish hotel in a nice area

The room was really big & the bed was so comfortable. A good value for the money I paid for. The sitting area was nice but there was no view because they gave me the room that was -1 underground. Maybe because we were with 4. I guess the rooms upstairs in the building can only accommodate 2. The min point also was the tiny stairs to go downstairs to the room which was a bit difficult to carry our baggages downstairs. But all in all I liked the room & the bathroom was really nice & new. Also within walking distance were coffee shops & restaurants.

Decoration in the hotel.

Only one lift for many floors. Room smaller than what it looks on the photos. The view from the windows was ugly, internal walls and stairs.

Had a wonderful stay, very helpful staff, super comfortable bed - with different pillows based on the individual needs, excellent wifi

Room was a bit small with a window to a lightwell.

Excellent staff at the reception Very welcoming and accomodated our requests especially for a late check out. Breakfast was diverse and good.

Nothing

We booked the cheapest room, without balcony. When we arrived, we could not believe our eyes: it was LARGE, with a huge bed, and also a couch, lot of space in the room, large toilet, and an area for our cloths... and carpet around the bed. coffee and tea machine in the room, free water, nice furniture, flat tv, high speed wireless internet, soft bad and so on. They changed our towels every day (OAU). The breakfast is clearly that of a 4 star hotel, not just for 3 stars :) We have eaten at 5 star hotels that did not offer such a variety at breakfast! Every day, there were 6 types of hot foods available; the cold ones were over 20 types... many vegetarian options were available, row vegan people also could find food, gluten-free food was also there, lactose-free and so on... I enjoyed the pineapple juice (they also had orange and apple and waters) and the cappuccino :) So, anyway, a delicious and abundant breakfast. The staff at the reception were especially friendly. They give us details about the city and many more... i loved that they spoke our language! OAU. I think there is some sort of floor heating, since the room was always hot :) The heating system might not have enough power during summer. The bathroom was especially hot, too hot i may say... and the ventilation in the bathroom could be improved :) The hotel is located just 4 minutes walking distance from the Metro station. It was easy to carry the check-in luggage. Regarding the price... of cours it is expensive, it is located in the center and they offer so many :) When we return to Brusseles, we will try to check-in at The Scott again...

1. Just one elevator, max 3 people, and i think it is not ventilated. I got scared, when it stopped between floors, due to overweight :) 2. i wonder why they don't offer some sort of dinner :) we had to search for restaurants nearby, and what we found was not always pleasant: either too expensive, either not of good quality... 3. the room didn't have a refrigerator. it can be useful, especially during summer. 4. near the Metro station, there are homeless people, sleeping on the sidewalk, during the night. The police are allowing this ??
