The room and the bed was so good

The room is small for two people

Really convenient for the city, great location, not far from a metro either. Staff really helpful and friendly, rooms nice and clean. Was slightly on the small side but didn’t matter that much as we were out all day for as long as we could be.

The only thing I would say is there was underfloor heating in the bathroom that was permanently on, we didn’t know how to turn it off or if you could so we got out of the shower sweatier than when we went in

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check-in process was very easy and smooth, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, modern, and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a great place and a very good option if you’re staying in Brussels for just a few days. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — it was wonderful and exceeded my expectations.

The only small downside was that the shower was a bit small, but it wasn’t a big issue at all and did not affect the overall experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

a very nice location in a quite neighborhood. the rooms are spacious and comfy, although they are a little bit cold, even if the heater was on. One important missing thing is the toilet brush. wide variety of food for breakfast.

Only get one days coffee for your room, refills are available from reception and only 50 cents each however so not a massive criticism.

Fancy hotel, close to a vibrant district of Brussels and with good breakfast.

The location was good, fairly close to the centre, close to metro etc. Room a little small but adequate. Close to some nice restaurants. Receptionists all very helpful and friendly. Beds comfy.

The carpets were dirty in the corridors. Needs a bit of a clean up, seemed 'tired'. The heating was way too hot

There is not enough like in the room and the main train station was pretty far by foot. Same goes to go to the center of the city.

Staff very polite and helpful... Room a good size. Bathroom also, very clean, had a room with a balcony which was great to have that bit of outdoor space. Beds and pillows comfy. The fact that despite a coffee machine in room only had 4 pods of coffee and 2 tea bags...NOT REPLENISHED DAILY... WE WERE STAYING FOR 5 DAYS. After day 2, I asked at reception to be told it was complimentary and pods could be purchased at 50 cents... ok cheap enough BUT also cheap enough to replenish especially for how much the room cost. Also information on this would have been useful when we checked in or in the room itself.

The ventilation system was extremely loud throughout the night. Even after turning it off from the control panel, the noise continued. It made it difficult to stay asleep.

The rooms was clean and generally everything was okay but nothing exceptional.

The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing to me, I had chosen this hotel over others at it said there was very good breakfast, but I found the selection quite limited, and the scrambled eggs had no taste.

The heating radiator was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep without earplugs.

We booked a Deluxe double room with balcony and we ended up with 2 single beds side by side (not even attached) - very disappointing. The bathroom was large but the shower super narrow.

End of October, and the heating system all day long wasn t functioning in my roof top room. Only at night the room started getting warmer. I asked what was happening but didn t get a clear answer. Only one elavator for 8 floors and people going up and down all the time , isn t enough Dark and narrow corridors , on each floor , leading to the rooms.

Nice location for the south of Brussels and to see some of the art nouveau stuff. Clean, comfy bed, nice smelling shower gels and friendly staff. Decent breakfast and fun decor.

One slow tiny lift for 8 floors of hotel is really not enough.

the bed was broken and the mattress was too soft. The room is very small but has everything in it😊 It was too warm in the room.

There was no fridge in the room and no ice in the hotel at all, no milk for the coffee. The coffee was not refilled after the first day, the staff at the front desk weren’t particularly helpful. The hotel feels a bit run down.

The location was very good and the view from the terrace suit was really nice. The hotel itself was ok, just not great.

I specifically asked for a double bed, not two singles. If they had told us sooner that there was no availability, I could have changed rooms or changed hotel. The hotel itself is ok. Only one slow lift. Paint and floors on the corridors not great. Same with our bathroom which clearly needed some upkeep.

The people in the reception desk was very kind and helpful, and eager to solve problems. Moreover, they offered a free upgrade, possibly related to my birthday happening during the stay.

The heating system was too high and not possible to regulate, so although it was useful for not feeling cold during autumn, it was a bit excessive (nothing difficult to solve by opening the window, though).

Housekeeping staff should replenish water and tea/coffee ingredients for each day of the stay

I stayed at a room with balcony, at 5th floor. The room itself was amazing, I absolutely loved it! Nice and clean, with a lot of space and a cozy balcony with great view. Pretty decent breakfast as well! The location was good too. Felt safer than some parts around the center of Brussels. There is a parking for bikes and scooters in front of the Hotel, which is is really convenient to move around the city. Overall, regarding the hotel, everything was good!

The staff were really kind, helpful, and super flexible. It made my stay easy and comfortable.

Very clean. Friendly hosts. Only 15 minutes stroll to centre of City. Lots of restaurants within 3 minutes walk. Pizza place just across road is actually very good.

Our room was in the section behind the bar. It was cramped and windows looked out onto a wall. It was a bit dark and the TV stuck out into the middle of room so you had to duck under it. Room nothing like the photos of outside of hotel which all looked iver the square. Not sure if this was a special room for Booking.com but bit disappointing. However it was very clean and we were only there for one night.

We stayed at a small boutique-style hotel and really enjoyed our time there. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping came every day to tidy up, change the bed linen, and replace the towels, which was much appreciated. The location was not bad — we could walk to the city center, though the walk could be a bit tiring at times. The metro station is about 500 meters away, which made getting around the city easier. Breakfast was very good, with options also suitable for children, which made it convenient for families. Overall, a comfortable stay with good service and cleanliness.

I like the breakfast food. My room was very quiet!

I didn’t like how cramped the breakfast room felt. I would explore other layout options to make the room easier to navigate with a lot of people in it.
