Great location staff couldn't have been nicer🌸

It was pricey but what isn't these days. 🤷🏼‍♀️

A quirky little hotel which was right next to Fenway Park and had an underground station just minutes away. Staff were friendly. Liked the record player in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Location, convenience, unique.

Our Room was by an “emergency exit” door that connected to staff areas & it opened & slammed a lot . ( room #133) View was of staff scooters & bicycles & maintenance door, but a strategically place scrub helped.

Staff was very friendly and was surprise at the backstage area . Very nice place . Will recommend to others

The Verb is a very unique hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Lots for guests to do and see shown there and the staff are exceptional.

The vibe and overall decor was so unique and the staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and so friendly.

The decor was great. The restaurant was also really good. The staff really went out of their way to help.

No vending machine on site. Parking was convenient but expensive.

Breakfast was better than the regular old powdered eggs and cheap sausage, they had awesome pastries, waffles, smoothies, coffee, and live music!?

Bathroom needed some attention, the bar that holds the handheld was missing hardware and the shower was deficit to operate. I know that sounds funny but it was weird the way you had to change from the hand sprayer to the upper shower head and also wired how to adjust the temperature, no markings or instructions?

This was our favorite hotel stay in a 3 week US trip. Loved everything about it! The breakfast was an incredible inclusion. The staff were phenomenal, always so helpful. Was such a great location to explore Boston.

The hotel itself was such an experience. The records and record player in the room was an unexpected surprise! Proximity to Fenway can’t be beat!

This is the coolest place to stay if a rock n roll fan. Or baseball because it’s right at Fenway Park. Neighborhood is vibrant and busy all the time. Felt like home away from home.

Quirky, comfortable and clean. Liked that we were able to store our luggage prior to check in. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Especially the valet (who’s name I forgot to get) who not only called a taxi for us on the morning of our departure but followed up when it seemed like it was taking too long and let us know what was going on.

Fun, funky, well located. Record players in each room was a nice touch. Cold brew, water, good options for the coffee machine in the room and other touches were very good.

The staff were so welcoming. The breakfast was great and the nitro coffee on tap was fun. Room keys and records to play in the room were super cool for my teens.
