Comfortable, convenient and exceptional service.
Breakfast and dinner were great. The cook shopped especially for us since we were craving vegetables. Estelle and Roman deserve accoladesfor exceptional service.

We felt like we had uncovered an absolutely gem, loved everything.
What’s not to like, everything was incredible, beautiful furnishings, artwork and books, fantastic staff, delicious food and impressive wine list.

Loved it , new and what the owner has done to bring it back to its former state
One staff member that couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful but when next time we saw him he hardly knew us. Kept saying I’ll do this, I’ll do that and then nothing happened. However he was very nice

Because of the limited number of rooms, the attention to detail and our needs was very impressive. Great location, great people. Neighbourhood appeared to be safe and inviting. Front bar and sitting area was a real bonus

A top end hotel whose staff enhanced guest experience. It’s building design and courtyard v Good.
Breakfast was very good but at top end of price range.
Staff at reception and dining room were first class, we had a cancelled flight and they went the extra mile for us.
Location not the most central but the city centre was walkable for younger guests.
Dietary food requirement not passed on to chef for evening meal or breakfast Menus lacked flexibility or options.

Execent Accomodaion close to the Centre
it was very comfortable and fairly close to the center (15 mins walk). The staff were very friendly and were very welcoming.
We nearly felt obliged to have the breakfast and dinner which was promoted, and the breakfast was great but fairly expensive. The dinner is only offered t guests, and we were too busy on tours to indulge but would have been pretty exy as the wine list is amazing and I'm sure the chef is too.

Great property from which to visit Bordeaux. Easy walking to key sights, but with good access to trams also.
Excellent location. Close to major hubs and tram lines yet in a quiet setting.Great room (they called it ‘cosy’, but it was a good size).
Would have appreciated a kettle to accompany the coffee machine.

Ideally situated to discover the city.
Excellent shower.
Bed & pillows v comfy.
It wasn’t made clear that we didn’t have breakfast included and we had to pay €34 for a piece of avo toast & coffee.
