A top end hotel whose staff enhanced guest experience. It’s building design and courtyard v Good.
Breakfast was very good but at top end of price range.
Staff at reception and dining room were first class, we had a cancelled flight and they went the extra mile for us.
Location not the most central but the city centre was walkable for younger guests.
Dietary food requirement not passed on to chef for evening meal or breakfast Menus lacked flexibility or options.

Execent Accomodaion close to the Centre
it was very comfortable and fairly close to the center (15 mins walk). The staff were very friendly and were very welcoming.
We nearly felt obliged to have the breakfast and dinner which was promoted, and the breakfast was great but fairly expensive. The dinner is only offered t guests, and we were too busy on tours to indulge but would have been pretty exy as the wine list is amazing and I'm sure the chef is too.

Great property from which to visit Bordeaux. Easy walking to key sights, but with good access to trams also.
Excellent location. Close to major hubs and tram lines yet in a quiet setting.Great room (they called it ‘cosy’, but it was a good size).
Would have appreciated a kettle to accompany the coffee machine.

It wasn’t made clear that we didn’t have breakfast included and we had to pay €34 for a piece of avo toast & coffee.

A wonderful quiet getaway in middle of town
Everything was perfect -- We were greeted with a smile and helped with everything before we even asked. Rooms were delightful and comfortable. Bathroom was sizable and toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/ soap/ lotion) were a fantastic smell, great quality and generous amounts. The breakfast was a treat - coffee was quick and delicious and the bread basket was incredible and tasty. Recommend everything about this place!!!

Amazing little 5 star hotel, 5 mins walk from Bordeaux shops. Would definitely visit again.
Friendly welcome when we entered the hotel and every time we saw someone who worked there. Large room for the area, loved the boutique feel of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and I appreciated the gluten free chocolate bread!
Nothing to say, it was all fantastic, would visit again for sure.

Incredible luxurious experience in a boutique hotel setting
everything, the design, the eclectic decor, the staff, the food, the whole experience. it’s a small boutique hotel where the staff knows you by name. the lobby with its multiple sitting areas that are impeccably designed, the dining area, the breakfast area. the owner is there all the time and we got to meet her and talk about it she art that she acquired for the hotel. she even cooks dinner in the hotel. the experience is top notch. A special thank you to Gregory who was instrumental in making our stay incredible. I happen to have gotten a bit Ill during my stay and he got me an appointment with the doctor the same day and recommended a pharmacy to buy medication. that was extremely appreciated. He has an infectious personality and is an amazing host.

Luxurious home away from home
Divine boutique hotel. Bordeaux is a beautiful city and staying at Yndo Hotel makes it an experience you'll want to do again and again. Agnes and her staff are exceptional. Every request was catered to with a smile and professionalism and their suggestions for restaurants were fantastic. If you want to ensure a great stay in Bordeaux you should definitely stay at Yndo. And if you do stay make sure you start your day with their breakfast - best selection of home baked breads, croissants, cakes and probably my favourite granola ever and that's not even all that's on offer. So glad we stayed at Yndo - hoping to return and wouldn't even contemplate staying anywhere else.
