Fun stay.
Great location, good vibe, comfy bed.
Nowhere to chill communally that wasn't sitting at a bar or table. No tea or coffee in room. Would've liked to feel more comfortable like at home.

Excellent location, lovely vibes.
Excellent location, room exactly as described. Chromecast very handy and easy to use. Great rooftop bar to have a drink or dinner in. Cool aesthetic throughout. Staff at front desk were very nice.
Breakfast was overpriced for what it was. Quite noisy from bar as we were on 4th floor, could have done with more soundproofing.

Great location, friendly helpful staff.
Very friendly and helpful staff, super location, very comfortable beds and a great shower. Nice big TV. Nice rooftop terrace.
Aircon in the original room stopped working, so we had to move to a different room. At least they had one available, although it was a smaller one than we had paid for. No problem getting a partial refund in the morning though.

Very good location
Room was very small. We came with backpacks, if we had a luggage it would not have fit. Since our last stay here in 2021, they have cut back on toiletries provided and for shampoo they provided a bar of soap (previously normal shampoo and conditioner). This is all under the label of being eco but feels cheap. For the price paid, it is not impressive.

It's central and the staff is top notch.
Too much noise until nearly midnight coming from bars in front of tbe hotel.
Carpet floors which are bad for people with allergies.
There are 2 restaurants, one at the ground floor and another on the rooftop. There's a lot of non hotel guests transiting around, and that is bad for security.
It's also not worth the price, the rooms are very basic and small.

Great stay in a fun comfortable room, walkable area with stores, cafes, restaurants.
The roof bar is fun with a good view. The restaurant had good offerings. We were able to park at a garage close by.
t.v. channels, not a huge concern. Room was small but very adequate.

MAGNIFICENT STAFF. Great vibe. Check in far too late at 3pm.
As many have said before, this hotel would be nothing without its incredible staff. I’ve yet to stay in a hotel in France with better staff. They are incredible. The music at night is superb. It’s funky with a great vibe.
The bathrooms are tired and showers need re-grouting. The bar service is painfully slow. To the point where we almost left, twice. For a 2/3 star it’s very overpriced. I’ve stayed in several places in Bordeaux now and you can get better deals at 4 star plus stays. Instead of the upgrade to an XL room (I had already paid for a large room) I would have preferred an earlier check in as we landed at 8.30am and had been up at 3.30am. So we had to wander Bordeaux until 3pm. We left early the next day so pretty pointless really.
