Our room on the 3rd floor, nr. 314, had a fantastic large window with beautiful view on old roofs and sky, with trillions of swallows flying agains light blue background - amazing, this window right in front of the bed! The shower was great: strong water jet, no leaking into the bathroom. 'Real' soap. Breakfast on the roof: beautiful view, nice atmosphere, good food (self-made veggy juice appreciated) and sympathetic staff.

For two guests, not enough towels. Also, it would be nice to find Kleenex box and mineral water.

We wanted three single beds but ended up with a double and a single. The room was tight for three people

The hotel has nice design and interesting concept. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. Free infusion water at reception. It has a rooftop bar.

Sometimes I thought we spoke with the personnel on different languages, they seemed a bit laid-back and sometimes ignorant.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was a cool layout.

The entrance to the hotel felt a bit sketchy as there were lots of people just hanging around outside.

The lack of tables for having just a drink on the terrace. There were plenty of empty tables when we arrived, but the bar stools were empty. I understand that there were booking but it would have been better to allow us to use one until 5-10 mins before the booking arrived.

There was an issue with the lamps in the room where they suddenly started to blink non stop. Also, the sink at the shower was small and all the surrounding got wet when opening the tap

Nowhere to chill communally that wasn't sitting at a bar or table. No tea or coffee in room. Would've liked to feel more comfortable like at home.

Excellent location, room exactly as described. Chromecast very handy and easy to use. Great rooftop bar to have a drink or dinner in. Cool aesthetic throughout. Staff at front desk were very nice.

Breakfast was overpriced for what it was. Quite noisy from bar as we were on 4th floor, could have done with more soundproofing.

It’s a bit like RYANAIR, the tariff is low but they hit you hard with the extras. 6€ for a bottle of water…

Aircon in the original room stopped working, so we had to move to a different room. At least they had one available, although it was a smaller one than we had paid for. No problem getting a partial refund in the morning though.

The service in the restaurant could have been better.

Room was very small. We came with backpacks, if we had a luggage it would not have fit. Since our last stay here in 2021, they have cut back on toiletries provided and for shampoo they provided a bar of soap (previously normal shampoo and conditioner). This is all under the label of being eco but feels cheap. For the price paid, it is not impressive.

We liked that it was very central. The staff was friendly. The eoom was comfortable and clean.

There could be more towels. The overlookes a street which was a little noisy.

It's central and the staff is top notch.

Too much noise until nearly midnight coming from bars in front of tbe hotel. Carpet floors which are bad for people with allergies. There are 2 restaurants, one at the ground floor and another on the rooftop. There's a lot of non hotel guests transiting around, and that is bad for security. It's also not worth the price, the rooms are very basic and small.

Fabulous hotel. Excellent central location. Friendly helpful efficient staff. Great food & service. Clean room & very comfy bed.

The roof bar is fun with a good view. The restaurant had good offerings. We were able to park at a garage close by.
