The location, cleanliness and the bath products they carried. Staff were overall polite and helpful!

Room was small and very dark. There was only one mirror in the bathroom ( and a black pseudo-mirror in the room) which made getting ready quite difficult for two women. The were no amenities in the bathroom ( i.e. small toiletries, shower cap etc) so we had to request those ( kind of annoying and they should have been provided from the start and restocked everyday by the maids). Very limited choices at breakfast( barely any fruit), aside from the a la carte menu, which would take a long time to order and arrive. Staff were slow at breakfast.

Room was rather small. Staff members indifferent and unprofessional. Seemed like Reception didn’t understand a word we tried to communicate, rude. Room service send us wrong dish, forget cutlery. Not what you expect from a Marriott hotel. Check out process was a mess.

The breakfast was very good.

We were there during the renovation, no one told me about impossibility of parking and restaurant, during reservation. I paid regular price for the hotel without parking and restaurant!!!

Size of room definitely, One surface only, a table with 3 sockets ridiculously placed and not enough room to put devices for 2 people to charge or anything else. The corner of the cupboard above was placed in such a way, one could easily hurt one’s head, the Bathroom was far too small , altogether extremely impractical and frustrating. Shelving impossible to reach. Wrong room choice on our part. There are other, more spacious rooms available, which we will choose next time.

Tidy hotel and rooms. Stuff are very nice and helpful. Room is stylish and quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was nice!

Horrible lunch, everything was too salty to eat, so i didn’t eat anything by i have been charged 30€. Was Missing bathroom set (cotton etc) It doesn’t seems like 5 star hotel in general, more like 4+ stars, But good 4 stars hotel. So i think it’s a bit overpriced. I don’t think i will come back here for this price.

Absolutely superb, excellent customer service from all staff . The bar staff were exceptional, will book again next year :)

- rooms felt dated - no desk in the room, I had to pull over a massive and heavy chair to a side table which ended up blocking the passage to the door. Super annoying. -peep hole on the door was electronic for some reason and didn’t work (out of batteries?) - the cleaning staff left a soaking wet shower mat on the floor of the bathroom (which I hadn’t put there). I proceeded to step on it with socks on and as a result soak those - the door would lock when you pulled the key card out of the holder for electricity, resulting in the door not shutting properly unless you unlocked it again and were paying attention - 1 of 2 elevators broken, so very slow to get to your room, especially because you couldn’t take the stairs (doors locked from the inside and not key card accessible) - my colleague slipped and fell on the ice on the front stairs, which hadn’t been adequately salted - water bottles required a bottle opener - annoying - just so many things wrong for what is meant to be a luxury hotel

The room size was excellent. The shower fabulous. And the bed was bery comfortable. Having a desk was a bonus.

Morning breakfast location and choices of food were superb. Very good quality. We ate very well. Coffee was great. That's always important! The room was spacious, gorgeous shower, very comfy bed, very quiet room, Location was a calm, pretty area of the city. Lots of super restaurants. Within walking distance of the Berlin Bus stops so that we could easily get to places further afield, such as Alexanderplatz.

Air con in room was a bit noisy if you wanted a higher setting.

A lovely boutique hotel with nice rooms and pleasant staff. The location in Charlottenberg is lovey.

It is situated at a good location. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was also excellent , offering organic products from the region.

The interior design is cheap-chic mediocre hotel design (in taste, not value - everything was high quality). This historic building deserves better!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything was incredible. The quality of the food but also the room. But what made our stay exceptional was by far the staff. We sometimes feel like we don't belong in these exclusive places. But the staff made us feel included and welcome every step of the way. They allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience and we are incredibly grateful for that. Thank you so much for making our stay special.

Loved this hotel. Really cozy, great services and super clean. Good food for any part of the day: breakfast, lunch or dinner. Good location as well. Charlotenburg is my fav area, central enough but not in Mitte. Super nice rooms, great height. We will definitely stay again here.

I booked a room with balcony and nxt time I will book an ordinary one. The balcony did not bring any extra but was more expensive. Also, it was not properly clean on the balcony a bit dusty.
