Hotel Casa Camper, Berlin

A well located hotel in the middle of a beautiful neighbourhood. The clean was spacious, clean and with a nice view. Stuff was helpful with all our questions. Highly recommended !!

I liked the location, the view, and the shower and tub. Very nice bathroom. I loved the coffee and water availability on the 7th-floor lounge — a really nice perk

Room service was very late in the day. Also the room was oddly shaped and the red decor was a tad overdone.

A very comfortable hotel in a central location (for East Berlin).

There's not much to not like about this hotel. My only quibble is that there was no milk in the coffee machine. Told the staff a couple of times about it but they were too busy to replace it.

Beautiful interior designs, lounge floor with beautiful view and nice staffs.

Coffee machine at the lounge floor was broken whole time during my stay.

The location is fantastic! Could not be any better. Restaurants, cafes and shops all around. Property is very modern and well maintained. Bed was super comfortable.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that the sink and shower and toilet were separated from the bed by a curtain. No wall or door do if one person was using any of these, the other person could hear everything. I personally don’t find this convenient.

There is no possibility to open the window in the room, but the air comes from the air conditioner. The room is hermetically sealed and can cause claustrophobia and anxiety in some people, which was my case until I adapted.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Quiet and very clean.

Breakfast was included but very limited options (i.e., no fruits), which were a la cart only. Guests with breakfast included have a poor menu as compared to those without breakfast included and paying extra. For instance, orange juice was from concentrate for those with breakfast included but freshly squeezed for those with breakfast not included, which didn't make sense given that we have paid for it as well. Water, tea, and coffee are available for free on the 7 floor. However, water and coffee machines were frequently out of order.

The location and the view

Walking distance to public transportation, restaurants and good coffee shops. Very nice breakfast (option for a la carte or set menu). The shared upstairs facility offering free coffee, tea and a trust system for alcohol and cocktails was a nice extra and had pretty views. Staff were great.

The bathroom shower and toilet had a floor to ceiling window to the street, there was a shower curtain but it was a little exposed. The shower and toilet were only separated by a shower curtain, so water sprayed everywhere.

Perfect location, the room size, efficiency of the room, wonderful shower, new water bottle complimentary in the room every day. The 7th floor roof with free coffee and tea 24 hours.

Fantastic location, right next to the train station and central enough to walk as well. It was very quiet and the staff were very nice.

The air conditioning was really drying the room. Wish you could open a window to make some oxygen flow in.

Great location, nice room with a lot of natural light. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Also, I liked the 24/7 coffee and tea lounge. Breakfast is good, and you can order it "a la carte".

Although the bathroom is different, it was fine for me - the toilet has a door, the shower is separate and has a glass door, and the bathroom sink is in the main room.

It’s not possible to turn of the airflow of the ventilation system. It’s louder than the sound of air conditioning Apparently a German rule if the window can’t open but for people that are sensitive to sounds this is discomforting. The sound is quite intense in my opinion.

Really nice hotel with amazing location. So many shops and restaurants around. Good quality coffee and tea in the lounge. Adorable breakfasts.

Second time in this hotel, and it was great from all aspects- great location in the heart of Mitte close to al transportation needed. The lounge is great solution and the rooms are large and nicely designed.

Great location, multiple restaurants and bars nearby. Shopping and tourist attractions within walking distance. Great connection with rest of the city, since the U-Bahn station is next to the building. The 24/7 lounge is nice, snacks are always available.

The ventilation in the room was a little bit too loud, the fan speed control was not working 100% properly, making it difficult to turn off completely.

Excellent location! We loved the 7th-floor lounge, the staff was incredibly kind, and the room was spacious and thoughtfully designed. The prices were very reasonable, making it a great value overall.

The only downside was that the mattress and pillows were not to our liking.

Some free food in the lounge, the lounge with chargers and a nice view, the fact that we could make our own drinks. The shower had exceptionally good water pressure.

One room was towards the tram tracks and you could definitely hear it.

Best location, helpful and very nice staff. Execelent shower and very clean room. The lounge floor was great to start the morning with or have coffee/tea time whenever we wanted. We prefered to have our breakfast outside as there were so many options.

Cleanliness, Comfort.

The breakfast was decent but a bit monotonous and expensive—after three days, we decided to skip it. The café next door had more variety and lower prices. The waitresses messed up our order every single time (!) or forgot something, like coffee or a sandwich. They were inattentive, though very polite and friendly. It's a small thing, but it left an unpleasant impression.

Unfortunately, the Northern German breakfast preference is not suitable for guests from Southern countries.

I would like the option to make the room a bit brighter. Even, with all the lights on, it can be a little dark.

Loved the big bedroom and bathroom. Lighting was good. Great breakfast options on level 7 but would have liked cookies to have with coffee (to pay for).

Cleaner outside on the street. Cigarette butts and rubbish everywhere because of the construction of course.

Staff were absolutely delightful and made us feel very welcome and like nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, including perfectly cooked poached eggs, and everything was beautifully presented. Lovely large room, comfy bed, fab shower and all spotlessly clean. Loved the top floor lounge with free tea, coffee etc., honesty bar and chess set! Great location in very pleasant, peaceful neighbourhood but close to transport links, shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect for our 3 night stay in Berlin.
