It was our personal best hotel experience in China, 10/10 would come back again.
Starting with the room itself, spacious and clean, the Four Seasons Room has a beautiful interior design that did not lose any functionality as a tradeoff. In addition, from the professional and accommodating concierge to the friendly and patient cleaning staff, the staff at the hotel treated its guests with respect and kindness. It was a flawless hotel experience as a whole. Special shoutout to the Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Carrie, for her involvement in creating a customized and comfortable experience before, during, and after the check-in process. Her hospitality and attention to detail have made our long-weekend stay truly enjoyable and exceptional.

Overall it is good for never staying with four seasons.
The decoration totally meet the imagination. Pillow super comfortable.
The car parking venue is far and not easy to find the access way to the hotel.
I cannot believe a can of Coke charge ￥58 when you have paid more than ￥1500 for the accommodation fee.

I really have to thanks Luxin for her professionalism. She handled our check in smoothly and was always lurking in every corner of the hotel to offer any assistance! She's like batman!
Also a big thank you to Sebastien! Without you our stay definitely would have been as dull as Beijing! It was too much to compare your establishment with the four seasons in Seychelles, but I give you 10/10 for the excellent effort to make us feel comfortable and pampered! Though we don't have plans for Beijing soon, but for the warmth given by the whole staff of the 4 seasons, we would definitely return!

Always exceptional
I absolutely love this hotel and all the staff associated. Everyone is so kind and polite and helpful. It’s my third or fourth stay since January… Little staycations in the city… And I had a lovely card waiting for me when I checked into the room. Obviously you’re going to expect everything to be at a high caliber at a Four Seasons. But the bedding is some of the best I’ve ever slept in. I want some of those pillows for my own! LOL! The spa treatments, while expensive of course as would be expected at a hotel again and are absolutely what makes this a wonderful Spacaytion☺️ It’s how I’ve been treating myself since I’ve been unable to travel home during summer and Christmas.

Everything, Exec Club was nicely setup , good food, nice drinks - We had a couples Spa treatment which was amazing.I was celebrating my 50th Birthday and it was included in all aspects of our stay .

Excellent staff. Comfortable bedding, great view
Well this is my second stay and I also book a Fourseason spa treatment. Both times there were women talking on their telephones. Spas are quiet places. The spa staff needs to enforce this policy or have those clients leave the spa. While I was compensated for my trouble, it’s really irritating to have to attend a quiet expensive spa with people talking on their telephones.
