The service is absolutely incredible and the location is perfect. The rooftop restaurant is outstanding, and the waiters are extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned twice a day, which really shows the high level of care and attention to detail Everything was excellent

Majestic Hotel & SPA offers The Best breakfast , with the variety of the most delicious pastries, hot and cold items with the freshest ingredients. Also, if I wish I could give 10 star rating for Majestic Hotel guests service. From the entrance, concierge, front desk, breakfast, restaurant…. all go above and beyond to help the their guests. We already miss the staff , the beautiful Majestic Hotel in the city center and walking to the great shopping district.

Many thanks to the entire G/R team, the booking team, and the driver, Miquel Ubeda Soler. They were very attentive throughout my stay. The roommaids also did a fantastic job. This was my second visit and I’m thinking of coming back again. The room, especially the jacuzzi on the terrace, was wonderful.

The Smart TV when we tried connecting via chromecast glitches and was so very slow that we ended up using our laptop to watch the shows we wanted. Pity as I thought this wifi issue was fixed from previous reviews. We were out most days so it was not a big problem but for a 5 star hotel, this should be something that could be fixed easily nowadays.

Everything was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and very supportive throughout our stay. The location was perfect — central, convenient, and close to everything, which made our trip very enjoyable.

The location was excellent … close to lots of different things. We didn’t try the breakfast or use the hotel services so can’t comment on that. Our stay was very comfortable and hotel staff was more than happy to help with anything we needed.

We were staying at the Residence apartments. It wdve been nice if the basic cleaning included the bathrooms as well. It only included making beds, changing towels and emptying bins.

That i had an incidence with room service, they were too late till 5 pm but the guest relation did the job to me but the question is why?

The staff at the front desk is absolutely amazing and their hospitality is top level, specially Aleksija and Abdel.

The hotel was wonderful, and the staff were very friendly.

We had a minor issue with the room - the service team responded immediately to my simply survey answer and offered to change our room and extended additional care - very nice of them and amazing service

Be aware that you need to book your time in the pool in advance - which is great because you have an almost private pool and jacuzzi :)

We were at Barcelona for my son's wedding. Most of our guests were staying there as well. We were all very happy with the hotel services. The staff were amazing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. After the wedding my husband and I decided to extend our stay, and the front desk was very helpful and easily accommodated our request. Very happy and satisfied with everything. Thank you Majestic. For sure we'll be back.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Toiletry needs revamp, no bar soap , hate the liquid gel, appears more to be the standard in lesser quality hotels. Have stayed in this hotel many times for the last 20 yrs while visiting my relatives and throughout the years this particular issue has in my opinion diminished in quality specially when everything is placed in this plastic bottles.

The 'superior family room' we booked was delightful, being both big, well decorated, well equipped and very quiet, as it opens on a back yard rather than the very busy boulevards in front of the hotel. This is an old 'belle epoque' palace but has been well and truly modernised and must have been extensively refurbished at some point in the relatively recent past. The rooftop terrace is a delight and so is 'SOLC'. the hotel restaurant. All staff were friendly and efficient and when needed, went way above the call of duty to solve an issue we faced. On the whole although palatial in ways more modern (and more expensive) 5 star hotels in Barcelona cannot match, the hotel is full of character and its staff refreshingly devoid of the snobbery one sometimes encounters in such places.

Splitting the Spa into a pool and gym and then a sauna/hammam/jacuzzi literally 10 floors apart was something of a disappointment and the pricing for these amenities, ranging from free to very expensive can be confusing.
