We stayed in the appointments, it was pretty and we like everything. Good for big family

We stayed in an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, terrace, and a living room. It was perfect for 3 adults (would easily fit 2 kids and 2 adults, maybe even a pull out sofa if needed). The location was great.

The apartments are across the street from the main hotel (as advertised), but for us it meant we didn’t use any of the facilities. We could have, but just not as convenient as the main building. Still overall very nice!

The room i got( junior suite) is quite spacious The spa is v nice and so is the location for shopping purposes; right in the center

1-The wifi was really really bad , 2-The receptionist guy who proposed the process of the upgrade was very rude and unprofessional ; as he tried to sell me the upgrade as if selling at a bazaar shop ( he tried to outsmart me and was like i gave you the cheapest price you can have for this category ; take it or leave it ) I showed him the price on booking and it was cheaper so he stood null and was like take it or leave it ; He was quite rude and not welcoming nor helpful nor professional; 3-as i took the upgrade i proposed to have a late check out by 2 pm he didn’t even take a moment to ask and the answer was right away no ( knowing that i am checking in at 7 pm) and so the bare minimum was like to understand More over the booking was made through my sisters credit card ;the moment he saw that he directly said no not possible as if he found a suspect of something , knowing that all the needed documents to prove that were available but the so called Receptionist didn’t ask plz sir can i double check with the manager or anything he was negative right away and refused to process my booking , so i asked for the manager on duty who came and asked politely for needed documents to prove it and i did ; so booking was made ; This Receptionist is really really rude and not professional at all ; I am a frequent traveler as you can see from my account here at booking ( i have never encountered such a behavior) i hope you can see the name of the receptionist on duty and take action ; The suite as well wasn’t welcoming at least they couldve put a fruit box or welcoming drink or even small message on the table nothing is done from that , The hotels Hospitality wasn’t professional nor welcoming , Last i forgot a shopping receipt in the room at the checkout,so I asked for it and they said it was not there just to cut short the rechecking in the room , Very bad experience

The hotel location is great. Hotel staff were amazing and always willing to help. A huge thank you to Laura the reception manager for arranging another room for us to use after Check out for many hours and not even charging us for it! I’ve been to many hotels around the world and this was a first so we really appreciated her generosity and definitely would love to stay here again!

The apartment was Really spacious & comfortable. It made for a great base for our city break. Even though it was separate to the hotel, it had the same feel of luxury. Great central location too.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had an amazing time at Majestic Hotel & Spa! The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The highlight for us was the sweet surprise for our son the a handwritten note and gummies waiting in our room. That personal touch meant the world to us.

Rooftop space is exceptional the views are unmatched. Staff are brilliant

The room service which is available all the time, the location, the access to the rooftop, the piano in the lobby, the food is good, the staff are friendly, the bathrooms are spacious and equipped with everything, the smell of the hotel and the room is super nice, everything was good. If I come to Barcelona this will bey no 1 option

The lady at the rooftop reception was rude

Exceptional Service right down to the bell man who called us a big taxi on a super busy time from the middle of the street. The hotel staff were friendly and they provided great fast service. And they have mini showers installed in their bathrooms which just takes them above and beyond any other hotel in Barcelona. Expensive though😄

Majestic is more than a luxurious % star hotel . It is a place where every detail is well studied and taken into a consideration. Love it since 2010 till today . Amazing Hotel and staff. Was upgraded to a Junior Suite . It was a fantastic surprise. Muchas Gracias Majestic Hotel.

The room was clean, spacious, bathroom perfect especially after a long day of exploring. Turn down service was nice.

Breakfast was very good. The motel is in the middle of downtown. It was easy to get a taxi. I felt very safe in the area.

Staff was super friendly as always. Great location. Delicious breakfast. Comfy bed. We were given the option of checking out a little later (probably because of those problems at check in).

This is our third stay in this hotel. Unfortunately, this time was not so ideal. The room was not ready on time at 3pm (and we waited at the hotel for more than 6h for it). Upon entering the room, the bed was not prepared so we had to call asking them to prepare it. Then we got a welcome drink with a letter but unfortunately addressed not in our name. Something did not go well here :) Besides that internet in our room has poor reception and one time house keeping opened our room but there was "do not disturb" info on our door.

Breakfast was very good and the location was great.

The location was near to every amenities..shopping coffee restaurants..the stuff was very friendly and kind specially Paula in the concierge she was amazing and recommended a nice places for dinner since i was celebrating my birthday..definitely i will come back to this hotel
