The location for sure. In general they have very good service all around.

The room is too small for a king-size bed. If they have used a smaller bed, it would have been better. Also, why a couple of steps / stairs in the room which I found very weird 🤔

This was my 3 rd time in majestic and never before complain The lady that received me in check in ( 04-10-24 ) not were nothing cordially The wifi terrible very bad signal

The room and bath were large enough, but there were quirks to the layout. Light switches were not always well palced. Plugs were an issue: no North American style plugs, and few near the bed. Wardrobe area was nice, but may be too small for more than a few day stay.

The hotel was done to a high standard. The room had everything that you needed. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The location. The parking was not easy to find. Some information should be provided before arrival.

The Majestic Hotel is a five star experience! From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP customers. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival and to get us into our room well before the stated check in time. In addition, the location of this hotel couldn’t be better! It is located within easy walking distance to most of Barcelona’s most iconic attractions. The rooftop terrace and bar are not to be missed! The views of the city are breathtaking. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Barcelona.

We did not know that Housekeeping is chargeable for the apartment, also we had to pay for using the spa swimming pool but its free for room guests !!!

Great location, very comfortable, excellent facilities including rooftop bar, fine dining and spa. The staff are very helpful and professional.

The breakfast options were very limited. Not in terms of selection of foods which was plentiful and of high quality but in terms of price. To utilise the very stylish restaurant the only option is a 42 euro per person all you can eat. Quite expensive if all you need is a couple of boiled eggs and a cup of coffee.

Additional breakfast was expensive.

The room was well sized (considering my travel partners had no room to swing a cat, let alone move the suitcases). The cocktails up the rooftop bar were fantastic and loved the DJ playing up there too. Location, second to none. Everything is on your doorstep or within a short-ish walk.

The location is fantastic and the staff at the hotel are absolutely wonderful.

When the hotel is full it fires take a bit to get an elevator out enter the wellness area.

Everything! We arrived early (8am after a 24 hr flight) and while we were not able to access our room we had full access to the hotel rooftop (from opening at 11) and the spa. They were able to get us into our room before check in. A fabulous 5 star hotel in an equally fabulous location. We were able to open our windows over the one of the main streets. Stayed for 4 nights with our two children aged 8 and 10 and the room was very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with lovely amenities and lots of towels. The cava gift and personalised message from the manager was a kind and generous touch. Access to the rooftop bar as an in house guest was great. The view from the bar and food were amazing. It is open to the public and very popular so it was nice to have access whenever we wanted to visit without a booking. Our room was always made up by the time we got back to it after leaving in the morning and the turn down service never missed - every 5 star hotel should have one - the kids loved the chocolate. The front door attendants were always too happy to hail us a cab. Thank you to all for making our stay so wonderful - we hope to return soon.

Long check in, mistake was done and I was charged double for the room, problem resolved but lost time to resolve it. Holes in pillow covers. No coffee the second day in the room.

Location: Excellent for shopping enthusiasts, with many retail options nearby. Roof Restaurant: Wonderful, offering panoramic views of Barcelona, perfect for watching the sunset. Staff: The staff were nice and respectful, adding a positive note to my stay.

Room: Unfortunately, the room was quite dark, and the view was disappointing.
