It was exactly like the pictures! The location was perfect!!

Not a lot of bathroom amenities.

Stylish decor, comfortable accommodation

The lack of wine glasses or ice bucket. Small items like this should surely be available at any hotel.

The location was great.

The rooms are a bit small and quite noisy from the street sounds and the train going past underneath. We don’t really get bothered by that but I can imagine some people would.

We were located on the lower floor and could hear and feel the underground train every time it went past. I don’t think this would be a problem for higher floors and not a problem the hotel could solve but if you are a sensitive sleeper this could be a problem. We didn’t mind at all and I guess it means you are very close to the station which was a plus for us.

Our room was very small and we didn’t have much space to unpack.

Bedding, floor and sink cleanliness.

Really clean and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient. Free water and coffee was a good addition.

The location is a little noisy and you can feel the trains running under the building but it is a really convenient location so if you don’t mind then it’s ok. I was able to sleep through the night but during the day the traffic is loud, if you are out exploring all day then it’s fine.

Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken during a part of our stay (2nd and 3rd day). May be a spared solution would be great.

Great location, a big part of the Barcelona views are in a walking distance, ie La Rambla, plus friendly staff.

Great room with comfortable bed and a large shower. The patio was an added bonus.

The patio could use some TLC. Better chairs and a sun umbrella. A few plants would spruce the place up. It looked neglected and it was a real asset. Could have warned us to take the elevator to the book in in the lobby. Humping the bags up the stairs was a pain.

Spectacular rooms, perfect location. 20 min from the airport by a direct train and you're in the heart of Barcelona, near Casa Battlo.

Breakfast options would be great

The location of the hotel is superb, near Casa Batllo and communication is amazing (the train from El Prat stops like 50 meters from the place). The room (for 2 guests) was clean and comfy. The hotel doesn't serve breakfasts, but there's free coffee, tea and water. Super nice people working in service and front desk.

The lifts should gave card key security so that only guests can enter the building. Surprised this wan't the case.
The bathroom would be perfect if there were more hooks, space to hang towels and some proper surface space for toiletries.

Most comfortable beds, it's like surrounded by cloud. Great location and value, being so strategically located in Passeig de Gracia. The room was kept clean and the fridge is fully stocked with water.

The room layout feels a bit awkward and the windows are quite small.

The hotel is super cute in a beautiful building. The location is superb, you’re steps away from transportation, shops and restaurants.

The room was a bit small, but nothing that compromises

The property was a solid value, comfortable and cozy. Our friend who stayed on the ground floor had some street noise, which didn't bother us on the third floor. The staff were helpful and efficient. The location was quite convenient for us. We were able to park a few blocks away and walk without difficulty to the hotel. Breakfast wasn't epic but was sufficient.

Bed super comfortable and huge, in the compless everything was really nice.

It felt like “bunker” if you don’t get the rooms with the view.

Perfect location, convenient to go anywhere. Lovely room with a balcony. Very comfortable shower facilities, we had a wonderful time here and would love to come back again.

the room was spacious and the decor elegant. The bed was so comfortable and cosy.
The only downfall was the room was located on the street front and the traffic was quite noisy until late in the night.
