Location is great, coffee and water is provided in the small lounge. Staff is very friendly.

Location was excellent. Room was comfortable and roomy. Bathroom modern and a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee facilities in the sala were plentiful. The bed and linen were very comfortable.

The rumble of the underground metro at certain times.

The location of the Hotel was more then perfect. The room was very clean and quite. I would love to stay in the hotel whenever I get back to Barcelona. Ideal place for tourist!

Had an overnight stay before a cruise. Hotel was perfect spotless cosy and ideal for going out and about. I would stay again.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the incredible decoration. It was evident that a lot of thought and care had gone into creating a visually stunning atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor was remarkable, and it added a touch of elegance to the entire dining experience. However, what truly made my visit exceptional was the staff. The service was impeccable, and the staff members were incredibly nice and attentive throughout the entire meal. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were genuinely warm and welcoming. Their professionalism and friendliness added a special touch to the overall dining experience.

While I appreciate the effort put into creating a unique experience at this hotel, I did notice that the room I stayed in had a rather quaint and cozy feel. Some travelers may appreciate a more spacious environment, but the room had its own charm for those who don't mind a snug setting.

Staff was fun and helpful. Room was wonderful--quiet, great art, high ceiling, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, and the location was perfect.

Reception area is small/cramped and became quickly congested when a number of us arrived at once.

Great location! It’s very close to Casa Batllo, just 2 minutes walk. But no free bottled water and no kettle, coffee, or tea in the room. You had to buy water from the shop next to the hotel.

A lovely hotel

Location is fabulous. A really nice part of Barcelona & very walkable. Literally 3 min walk from the train to get to & from the airport. Beds are really comfortable and the shower was great. Always plenty of hot water and strong.

We stayed on 2 different occasions during the one week and had to keep asking for 2 beds ( even though a twin was booked on both occasions).

Super clean, updated and very nice!

Our flight was later in the evening, so we came after hours. The doors were locked and there was no where we could buzz in or talk to the front desk. We stood outside for 15 mins at 1:30am. We were traveling from the US, so we did not have phone service or Wi-Fi. If another couple did not show up to go back to their room, we don’t know how long we would have waited outside. Not a good experience there - definitely need to improve on this going forward

An old, artfully restored building, with big comfortable beds, lots of pillows and decent space in the room. It’s located in the best area, within a 20-30min walkable distance of the main touristic points. The train station is just 2 min away and has direct links to the airport. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms but there was free coffee/tea downstairs with a sitting down area and they can hold the luggage if you’re early or need to kill time before your flight. T The staff was really friendly and helpful!

It’s seems they gave up on the high decor standards at some point and started to do some patchy jobs in our room, which was a bit sad to see. This didn’t impact on our stay in anyway, just stands out when the rest of the room is so we’ll made!

Great location. Very accessible to metro and or walking to points of interest. We upgraded our room( as the one we booked was really small when we actually saw it) The upgrade had a deck which was great. I had booked a twin room but when we arrived it was a double....we needed 2 beds. Bathroom was great, shower & plenty of hot water.

Fridge didnt work & we couldnt connect the tv to our devices so gave up.

The location is very good, right next to Casa Batlló, and there are many restaurants nearby. Free luggage storage. The space is a bit small, our two suitcases felt very cramped
