Perfect location, our room was small but really nice. I really appreciated the room service and how clean it was. The only extra thing I would want is a coffee and tea station inside the room but other than that everything was really good

Overall a memorable stay, beautiful room - would definitely go back.
The room was amazing/beautiful and had everything we needed.
The pillows were slightly uncomfortable.
Room didn’t seem to be thoroughly cleaned. We found a gum stuck on the lamp by the bed.

Strongly suggested, the location is amazing
The location of the hotel was amazing, room service, bed, and bathroom were super good.
There were 2 small LEDs related to (probably) smoke detectors and something else. It affects badly on my sleep and I can do nothing about it

A bit imperfection in reception service
Great central location
Staff didn’t actively mention hot water was being fixed when first check in. Learned about this because a customer came by to inquire about the fix.
At checkout at 430 am, even though staff confirmed there would be someone, turned out no one was there right at the time. Left my keys at the counter, which ended up okay regardless.

Lovely Stay one block away from Casa Batló
Very well decorated. The shower is perfect! Wonderful bed. They have a coffee machine with hot chocolate , cappuccino, tea, etc, available for free at the reception. Perfect location.
I just missed a place to put my luggage (I let it in a chair).

Great hotel, good location.
Great room decor, very comfortable clean bed & pillows, good location in the city, friendly staff. Rainforest shower is excellent & bathroom nice. Highly recommend ‘madrid-barcelona’ tapas restaurant nearby. Supermarket & burger king next door very handy on way home to bed.
No free drinks in bedroom . Free coffee machine near reception was good however as had excellent quality espressos.

Location was excellent. Room was comfortable and roomy. Bathroom modern and a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee facilities in the sala were plentiful. The bed and linen were very comfortable.
