Some small inconveniences with check in check out

The service was excellent and the hotel has a great location. The young lady that checked me in was first class.

The room service food was not up to required standard, the burger was soggy in the bun at the base. Both room service meals did not feel like value for money especially considering they were basic choices.

Everything was great, even when you stay the whole day after checking out you can still take a shower before leaving

Check in long queues but reception and concierge staff helpful. Have stayed before and a little dated now but for a family it is good and a great location/comfort. Buffet breakfast quite good, some kids activities although kids club only had a few kids. in it. Nice pool and good to be near a beach although the beach itself is not the cleanest.

Tall line to check in,everything goes so slowly

I travel to BCN frequently, and every time I try a new Hotel—the experience I had in Arts Hotel with magnificent. I didn’t leave the hotel except for a few hours during three days. Everything is available, many good restaurants, a gym, a nice swimming pool, close to the sea. The quality of the food is outstanding, especially the breakfast. There are a huge diversity of food there. And what I like the most about this hotel is that they invest in youth and young people. As far as I understood, they are students from different countries and different universities; speak different languages. this is something that should be highly admired, as I can tell that those young people are well educated and trained to reflect a great picture of the hotel. I’ll definitely stay there again

The check-in was late, I arrived around 2 pm, and I did the check-in around 4:30 pm. Also, when I asked for a late checkout, I couldn’t get it, but anyway it’s worth it , as many new visitors arrived on the same day of my departure

Room was very large and comfortable with an excellent view. It probably will need updating in the not too distant future. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Alfresco breakfast was a real treat.

It is a very large international conference hotel so inevitably it does have a rather corporate feel. Try to avoid sitting inside for breakfast. Very loud and frenetic.

View from the 25rh floor amazing. Room very comfortable, breakfast excellent.

Few things a bit run off. Maintenance service not very present. Some repairs are sloppy.

Everything was nice

It’s a bit old. Some carpets need to be replaced or deeply steam cleaned.

we have stayed a number of times over the years and the location and pools are lovely.

There was a mix up with our luggage on arrival and it took ages to locate it. Long lines to speak to a member of staff so you were pretty much left to fend for yourself.

Old style five star hotel, like being back in the 90s. Parking is good. Staff are trained ti be good.

the area feels rough, with dodgy night clubs and questionable restaurants, but with sea view!

Great view, great room and breakfast was wonderful. One of the staff, Flor, was a big bonsus when you checked in for breakfast

The room was great, decor is lovely and it was clean. Staff very accomodating and made an extra effort for my birthday

We didn't even try the breakfast as heard it was £40 per person. Would have been nice to have more reasonable options or raise awareness over the options available

Room was not the cleanest Hotel is getting a bit old WiFi very very expensive - come on we are in 2023!!! to be fair we are Marriott member and we got it for free.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Fantastic breakfast!!

Opposite of our hotel room 506 was a maintenance door. Every time when the employees opened this door it shut with a bang. This happened day and night. When I made a complaint about there was still no solution the next night. This was very unfortunate especially since the amount of money you pay.
