Location was perfect; 24 hour store is next door. Room had everything including some small size travel necessities that sometimes you forget to pack (toothpaste and toothbrush, razors, Kleenex, cotton rounds 🙂,). Free coffee pretty much the whole day. Rooms are cleaned daily if needed

The staff is very friendly, super helpful. Everyone is excellent. Thank you so much for your help! During our stay, my husband had a bad stomach issue, and we got fully support from the staffs whom help us tremendously with going through the difficult time. We appreciate all your help!!!

Very clean nice staff comfortable good place

Nothing in particular everything was up to standard and well presented.

The location of the hotel is superb, near Casa Batllo and communication is amazing (the train from El Prat stops like 50 meters from the place). The room (for 2 guests) was clean and comfy. The hotel doesn't serve breakfasts, but there's free coffee, tea and water. Super nice people working in service and front desk.

The lifts should gave card key security so that only guests can enter the building. Surprised this wan't the case. The bathroom would be perfect if there were more hooks, space to hang towels and some proper surface space for toiletries.

Most comfortable beds, it's like surrounded by cloud. Great location and value, being so strategically located in Passeig de Gracia. The room was kept clean and the fridge is fully stocked with water.

The room layout feels a bit awkward and the windows are quite small.

We loved One Shot Arago. The hotel is in a lovely historic building just around the corner from Gaudi's Casa Batllo. With a Metro stop less than half a block away, the location is convenient to almost everything and is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. The building is beautiful and our room was painted a saturated green that was rich and soothing. Loved having interesting art on the walls. The bathroom is wonderful with luxurious finishes and a separate sink area. Shower is huge, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Products provided were very nice. Beds were beyond comfortable with several pillows and high quality linens. We had an enclosed balcony overlooking Arago Street and while we would have liked a second chair and a little table out there, it added a lot to the room and provided great views of the busy street. The hotel also has a spacious coffee-tea area on the first floor near the reception desk, which is available 24 hours. Self-serve coffee is from a machine but very good, and there are tables and chairs. Wifi in the hotel was super fast. The staff members we encountered were kind, welcoming and helpful. This hotel was a splurge from our usual budget and we felt that it was worth the extra expense to be in such a wonderful place.

The hotel has an excellent location. It is located in the posh district of Eixample on the prominent road Carrer de Arrago between the roads Rambla de catalunya and Pg. de Gracia. Palace de catalunya is just 900 meters away. The hoho Bus stop is just 200 meters away. Though exterior may appear old and traditional but interiors are modern and well designed. The check in process was smooth. The staff at the reception was extremely courteous. We had booked an economy room but to our pleasant surprise they upgraded us to the superior room on a complementary basis. The room was spacious and with very well designed interior. There was a spacious covered balcony overlooking the rear open area. The room has a study table and two side tables. There was sufficient light fixtures and electric sockets. There was a safe as well inside the cupboard. The Ac and heating was perfect. The bathroom is nice and compact with best fixtures and accessories. The hotel also offers complimentary tea / coffee in the morning hours in the cafeteria on the reception floor. The cleanliness and housekeeping is of top order. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The only little problem was that the bed height is too much because of the extra thick mattress.

Perfect people and location

The hotel is super cute in a beautiful building. The location is superb, you’re steps away from transportation, shops and restaurants.

The room was a bit small, but nothing that compromises

The property was a solid value, comfortable and cozy. Our friend who stayed on the ground floor had some street noise, which didn't bother us on the third floor. The staff were helpful and efficient. The location was quite convenient for us. We were able to park a few blocks away and walk without difficulty to the hotel. Breakfast wasn't epic but was sufficient.

Perfect location, convenient to go anywhere. Lovely room with a balcony. Very comfortable shower facilities, we had a wonderful time here and would love to come back again.

Amenities and complementaries. No tissue in the room other than for toilet paper. No water in the room, water/coffee/tea was only said to be available in the “common room” yet whenever we went they weren’t available except for coffee. The cleaning services was not the best, the floor was still grainy and dirty after the cleaning team passed by. Sound proofing was also horrible. You could hear everything. And the metro passed under the hotel so the whole room would shake aggressively every 15 minutes. Don’t get me wrong it’s not a bad hotel, but when you around 200$ a night you expect better.

the room was spacious and the decor elegant. The bed was so comfortable and cosy. The only downfall was the room was located on the street front and the traffic was quite noisy until late in the night.

In a central location. the hotel is in a central location and it is easy to get around because it is next to bus stops, near hop on and hop off bus stop and subway station. coffee machine and biscuits in common area is handy. air-condition works well and there was no bed bugs. we were able to store our bags with the reception and the staff was very friendly.

They have hot water/tea/coffee available in the common area but no cold water. The room was clean but there is dust on the picture frames, bed heads. there is no tea or coffee facilities in the room, no iron or cupboards in the room. The hotel front door glass is broken which makes the place look run down. during our stay the alarm went off the first day and could not be turned off for a long time. and the next night there was no water in the rooms as the cold water was broken.

Location was PERFECT! Room was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately could hear the metro rumble, luckily our travel sound machine covered it. Room was also VERY TINY, but we were only there one night so it was fine.

The staff were so helpful with suggestions for dinner, places to see and booking taxis. We had the best time. Thank you.

The hotel has beautifully appointed rooms and is in a fabulous location.

The property is beautiful! The room was stylish and we were surprised to find we had a private little terrace. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and accommodating!

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Friendly staff. Delicious coffee machine available in lounge. Things to note- if you’re a light sleeper you can hear the humming of the underground train and the glass door to the bathroom doesn’t provide much privacy (there is a toilet in the lobby if you need), and no space between twin bed. All not an issue to us but just to note for your booking.

As many buildings in the town, we struggled a bit with the smell that comes of the bathroom tubes especially if you don’t open the room’s window. Also, there is not super free space for your luggage if you are staying for multiple days. Both points I consider minor bs the full offered package. Still, what I consider important is the price. This is an area where overall Barcelona accommodation owners need to revisit as it is highly overrated compared to other cities in Spain.

The room was lovely and spacious - we loved the terrace! Location was absolutely amazing! We recommend anyone to stay here!

The only issue was the bathroom did have a slightly damp/strange smell at times but was not a massive problem.

Expensive for what we got

Fantastic for being so close (1min walk) to Passeig de Gracia station for the train to the airport early in the morning and being in an area with nice shops and restaurants with a feel like the Ramblas, but not as busy. Just around the corner from the beautiful Casa Batlló.

Penalty is that there is a quiet rumble heard in the room (front facing) from the trains running underground nearby. Didn't bother me, but if a poor sleeper, may want to consider.

Very good location, most of the major sights can be reached on foot. Beautiful old, restored building, Comfortable beds & nice shower.

Extremely inefficient check-in process - we had to wait approx. 30 minutes, eventhough there were only 4 parties before us, and sign 3 paper forms before we got the key card. In our 1st floor room, we could hear a rumbling sound whenever a train was passing below the building. Coffe was for free, but only decaf available. I booked two separate beds, but we got a double instead.

Location was very good. Near public transportation and places of interests. Friendly staff.
