Hotel room a bit dark.

Well maintained beautiful heritage

The location is absolutely perfect, close to amazing attractions, shopping, restaurants and fantastic for walking. The room was wonderful, elegant, comfortable, very well equipped and it was clean wonderfully every day and had turn-down service every evening. The staff at the hotel is the best part: Every single person with whom I interacted went above and beyond to make us feel like we were VIP. I have never had such a high level of hospitality, warmth, attention to detail and staff that so effortlessly made me feel even better than at home. The food was delicious and the perfect balance of Spanish cuisine and other continental dishes for all palates. The bar of the hotel was wonderful too and it was so great to end every day at the bar to listen to the piano and get a glass of Cava before ending the day. I dream of returning to Casa Fuster. We left the hotel with a very full heart from such a wonderful experience at the hotel.

Very conveniently located

Gorgeous hotel. I was very spoiled with how well I was treated. Seeing Elena's face at breakfast and all other people whose names I don't remember was a treat. I didn't get the original room earmarked for me but it ended up being fine. My plane was extra speedy and I breezed through everything so I ended up getting there before 10am so it was a blessing having the room ready. The location was good and walkable to some sites but very close to public transportation.

There isn't much but I would say the beds are horribly uncomfortable-think so firm you might as well throw the blanket and pillow on the wood floor. There were some temperature control issues-not sure if it was to save electricity? Good there were thick blankets in the winter. Would love to see the tvs upgraded. Overall a pleasant experience. I would have to think if I wanted to book here again-I mostly loved it but the beds are a major issue.

The building looks nice. The staff was very friendly.

The chairs in the Salon Vienes were not very comfortable. They are not meant for tall or big people. Fancy but uncomfortable. Also, the temperature of the room couldn't be brought up regardless of multiple tries throughout my stay adjusting the target temperature on the display of the thermostat. I think that was set to work that way by design to save on the electric bill? So not good at all. It was very cold at night.

Location, quality of the hotel and excellent staff 👌.

Amazing location, hospitality and quality. Great breakfast (totally worth the money especially if you head for a long trip after checkout), convenient parking service (no headache for you with finding a parking place - hotel takes care of it from the second you show up near the entrance), nice entertainment in the evenings with live music. And you feel absolutely safe at Casa Fuster! We absolutely loved our stay, must visit!

Location, staff, comfort

I spent 10 wonderful days here alone. All hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The historical structure, story and location of the hotel are magnificent. I will come again as soon as possible.

Location is the best. And the staff is very helpful in general.

Great location. If you are ok walking 30-60mins this property will have you accessible to all the attractions.

Unfortunately it’s a bit noisy. They did offer me an alternative room when this was raised with them. It’s hard to be central and quiet.

The location on the Passeig de Gràcia, a short walk from Gaudí's iconic Casa Milà and even more extravagant Casa Batlló, is ideal, the room overlooking the street, quiet and relaxing. But what truly was exceptional was the breakfast. Served below a golden ceiling supported by sturdy columns, the offerings (eggs and omelets, cheeses and cold cuts, breads and pastries, fresh fruits and juices) at times simply overwhelmed. The rooftop terrace also offered a wonderful view, especially at sunset.

A few things needed to be adjusted upon arrival but they were quickly rectified. Not that anyone swam in mid-November, the hotel's mention of a rooftop pool is somewhat a misnomer, as it is more a decorative element.
