Mattress and bedsheets were not quality for the prices paid . Cleaning service was not included and was charged extra and even then it was done well enough as a charged service .

Amazing location and the apartment was more than enough space for two adult and two kids, with a well equipped kitchen.

The building was over the road from the main hotel, so it made using the spa facilities less appealing. Price of breakfast at the hotel was far too high.

All personel of hotel is very helpful.

There was a smell in the morning coming from the a/c or ventilation. Kitchen cooking smell.

Staff were wonderful ! Location was perfect and room was clean, comfortable and well maintained with just the right amount of luxury .

The mirrors … it was confusing at times, but they did provide such a lovely ambience in the bar lounge area

-The location is perfect . -Every thing you need in the apartment . -there is ac . -two twin beds in the other room . -there is no too much noise even if the apartment on the Main Street . - the beds is so comfortable. - good security. - good customer service. - they send us a gift when we came .

-The apartment in other building not in the same hotel building you need to go across the street. We need shattaf. - two elevator to reach your apartment.

The location is just perfect, the staff were super nice and professional. I would like to thank Sofia at the front disk, she was super nice and helpful, one of the best front disk i ever deal with, well educated, respectful, nice and polite, she finished check in in a minute, she answered all questions about the city and recommended nice places to go, sent me complementary choclate 2 times. First time for me here but i felt home and i extended my stay because of her nice treatment, i will stay at majestic everytime i come to berchalona,

Water in bathroom is warm not hot. Elevator is slow sometimes.
