The attentiveness and hospitality of the hotel staff is next level. I have stayed in many premium luxury hotel and must admit that this hotel is amongst the best. The beach front location, Room size, upkeep of amenities was superb. Can't recall all the names of staff who always went out of the way for all we wanted. Very happy with our stay and highly recommended for the families.

The hotel did amazingly well. However if hard pressed for some suggestions to improve, the checkin time was slow in my case due to some computer failure but could be one off issue. Also there is some construction going on in the property which while drilling makes lot of sound. This was not informed prior to checkin.

The stay was lovely but the hotel is in need of a revamp. It is now looking battered and tired and old. But it cannot command 5 star prices because it really is a 3 - 4star now. But very nice if pitched at that level

Chair below mattress same color as carpet when you enter and when lights are deemed you don't notice it Therfore its hurts a lot in the legs when you heat it as very pointy not enough sponge to make it safer Also beds are very sharp on the corners the mattress does fit well so risky again had knocked myself at night

Lovely Hotel in a Great Location.

Everything. But we were super impressed by the staff. Beautiful people with genuine smiles caring for the guests. We had an accident with our 3 year old son jumping on the bed. Immediately manager and medical staff visited us in the room, providing first aid and arranged the visit to hospital in no time. Our son got well thought gifts on the to the hospital. After coming back we had a clean room with even more gifts. Their composure and professionalism was priceless. Thank you so much. ❤️🙏🏻

I got upgraded to one of the the top floors with amazing seaview. The room was also ready at 10.30am vs 15.00 which is check-in time.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Arts. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had our passports stolen in a Starbucks ( a common occurrence it appears) and had to stay an extra night but the hotel found us a room and were very supportive

Very well appointed property in a very good location, without being in a busy city Centre. We were upgraded to a suite and had the most beautiful views. Very comfortable suites.

It’s a great location. You are by the sea you can walk down the boulevard or rent A bike. In no time you are in the heart of the city. During the day there is a shuttle bus taking to plaza cataluña. Very easy. Loved the pools and the hotel facilities.

The breakfast was over priced in my opinion. Some corners of the hotel need refurbishment it’s starting to look a little run down.

Location great and service was exceptional. Except for - Maybe the night staff at the desk at the Marina could show the same friendly attention to all your guests as she showed to your white guests. Breakfast staff was absolutely fantastic - Kartik the waiter and Shayne at the front desk and Alex at the Concierge were all very good.

The room size was good ,breakfast was also good .

A well positioned hotel, a walk into the city centre. The views are spectacular, well positioned for bars and restaurants. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Facilities brilliant.

Bellboy service needs some enhancements, in 3 situations after a delay of few hours I had to call and ask for my stuff!

The service was excellent and the hotel has a great location. The young lady that checked me in was first class.

The room service food was not up to required standard, the burger was soggy in the bun at the base. Both room service meals did not feel like value for money especially considering they were basic choices.

Everything was great, even when you stay the whole day after checking out you can still take a shower before leaving

Great staff, great service and very clean!

Check in long queues but reception and concierge staff helpful. Have stayed before and a little dated now but for a family it is good and a great location/comfort. Buffet breakfast quite good, some kids activities although kids club only had a few kids. in it. Nice pool and good to be near a beach although the beach itself is not the cleanest.

I travel to BCN frequently, and every time I try a new Hotel—the experience I had in Arts Hotel with magnificent. I didn’t leave the hotel except for a few hours during three days. Everything is available, many good restaurants, a gym, a nice swimming pool, close to the sea. The quality of the food is outstanding, especially the breakfast. There are a huge diversity of food there. And what I like the most about this hotel is that they invest in youth and young people. As far as I understood, they are students from different countries and different universities; speak different languages. this is something that should be highly admired, as I can tell that those young people are well educated and trained to reflect a great picture of the hotel. I’ll definitely stay there again

The check-in was late, I arrived around 2 pm, and I did the check-in around 4:30 pm. Also, when I asked for a late checkout, I couldn’t get it, but anyway it’s worth it , as many new visitors arrived on the same day of my departure

Absolutely loved the friendly staff. They made our stay unforgettable. The penthouse we stayed at was very pretty. Many thanks to Viviane and everyone working at floor 33, compliments to the chef for the delicious food!

Room was very large and comfortable with an excellent view. It probably will need updating in the not too distant future. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Alfresco breakfast was a real treat.

It is a very large international conference hotel so inevitably it does have a rather corporate feel. Try to avoid sitting inside for breakfast. Very loud and frenetic.

View from the 25rh floor amazing. Room very comfortable, breakfast excellent.

Few things a bit run off. Maintenance service not very present. Some repairs are sloppy.
