W Hotel, Bangkok

Breakfast was superb. The location is very convenient, right on the bts line. The staff were excellent and extremely friendly. I loved staying there.

There is nothing that I didn't like. Everything was prefect.

Great, immaculaty clean room. Great additional items in there also, very impressive mini bar etc. Great atmosphere in the hotel in general... and staff couldnt be better.

Felt a bit put off by the huge party on the ground floor, the guests for it were quite badly behaved. Music was very loud but notjhing could be heard in the rooms at all. :)

Well located and the meal at the House at Sathorn was exceptional.

It’s not a quiet hotel

Staff were all incredible and their attention to all the small details really left a lasting impression.

The bed and sheets are exceptionally delicious here. The staff were very friendly and lovely too, and the breakfast is great! Location fantastic, walking around the area was so pleasant and I found loads of cute cafes and there is the best Japanese onsen right next door.

One of eight different W hotels I’ve stayed in around the world… it was very typical W but the fit and finish with the rooms and Hotel unfortunately had a bit of a Thai quality to them and they weren’t up to standard but you would expect for a five star hotel… a few weeks after staying here for three nights we ended up staying for a week at the standard next door which was in a different league to this W.

The poor quality fit out. It wasn’t bad per se., but only a design and build company means I pick up with cut corners and the fit and finish just wasn’t up to scratch for a five star hotel

Beautiful hotel, great location and facilities and friendly staff

We pre-paid for our booking through booking.com a few weeks in advance to staying here however, when we checked out we then had to pay the full price of the hotel again! There was a language barrier with the reception staff so did not understand what we were trying to say.. wouldn’t stay at this hotel again because of this!

Beautiful facilities and lovely staff

The pool and spa facilities are wonderful but it’s a bit uncomfortable having female staff wander into the men’s spa rooms/changing facilities on frequent occasions. Also the access cards for the lifts seem to be very temperamental meaning they often don’t work and you end up on the wrong floor or need to get out to call another lift. I saw many people struggle with this and my cards needed to be reset at least once.

Great experience The staff are so wonderful We had a medical issue and all the staff was very supportive. I want to make a especial mention to Anya, she is the Guest Relations Manager for her support and her hospitality.

Great rooms. Spacious and bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant/bar was waiting staff was not good. Sat there for a 20 minutes before and on came to the table. They then proceeded to leave a menus and left again for 15-10 minutes. They finally came took the menus and told us kitchen was closed.

The size of the pool area was not like other W hotels

From the moment my niece and I stepped out of the taxi after a rather enduring journey from Pattaya we were treated like VIPs. This special treatment then continued for the full duration of our stay.  It was an absolute delight throughout. We can't thank the staff enough - they are the most lovely people imaginable - and truly made our holiday extra special. Massive shout to Sen and DoDo would looked after us every morning for breakfast, always with a smile and great humour, and Pinny performing concierge duties with happy enthusiasm.  The hotel itself is magnificent - the most comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, all of the amenities you could possibly need, oh, and a magnificent breakfast buffet - top quality all the way. Two BTS stations are very close to the hotel .. as is Arabica coffee on the 55th floor of the Empire Building, be sure to check it out. We can't wait to return - we absolutely wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in BKK now .. W is Welcoming, Wonderful, Wholesome hotel perfection. Thank you .. WOW :))

the room, and hotel through out, is very well designed and has many items available at the counter and minibar of the room. Breakfast was great and the staff all around do their utmost to make sure your expectations are met and more.

The price is much higher than at other hotels at similar level and am not sure if that extra splash of style and splendor is really worth it! My son used the fitness but mentioned it was a bit small for such a big hotel with many guests. But enjoyed every minute of it....

What a difference to the hotels i was before on this trip. Coming from Philipines before, this hotel was an amazing display on professionallity, diversity, and hospitality. Big shoutout to them.

The neighborhood is a bit sterile, i was expecting a bit more lively restaurant / club / park scene from the description.

Wonderful large room. Was moved to a higher floor with a room looking out the back of the hotel. Best outlook as front side has an office building.

Can't fault anything except best if you are not looking directly at the office building as room has wonderful large full room width glass window.
