Wow what a great hotel! Large rooms, great ambiance at the pool with DJ's playing in the evening. The buffet is incredible, really unique options available and would satiate a foodie looking for a bit of difference. An extra indulgence at breakfast was both the buffet, and ala carte menu included in the price. The bathroom supplies and extra touches were lovely.

I loved everything! The decor was a little loud but thats not really a negative, its actually very quirky. Maybe I would have liked the pool to be bigger?

It's a glorious hotel, the staff are very helpful, the facilities are exceptional, the room is gorgeous.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. The coconut water and Chinese savoury food in particular. Having said that, it was pretty expensive at around 15 USD I really appreciated the gym being open all night because of my jet kag

My family and I had a bad experience at a previous hotel in the area. We decided to go with the W for the second part of our trip. Crystal, the front desk manager, I think, greeted us and made the entire stay pleasant. She gave our daughter special amenities too! We reserved a ride back to the airport at the end of the trip. We forgot our passports so the staff immediately reacted and drove the passports to us at the airport. Natti (sp?) waited with us the entire time at the airport until we were through security.

We always like staying at a W hotel. You are guaranteed a comfortable stay with a little bit of personality! Start were so lovely, breakfast buffet was amazing, pool was great and rooms very comfortable!! Would stay again.

TV had basic channels. Would be great if smart TV had Netflix.

Staff, expecially Crystal, were amazing. Breakfast was delicious

Love this W location - the staff are amazing and super nice. The room we had was spacious and nicely designed. We enjoyed the daily breakfast options and the lunch buffet. The hotel is also just a 15-20 min walk to the Silom area.

Great facilities, great room, close to all the action and great bed! One of the most comfy beds ever!

w always smell good and the funky vibe and music it’s cool and it’s young

Now that I have 2 young children I don’t think it’s the best for young family vacations not much to do and the pool is for adults mainly

They forgot to pack my breakfast as we leaf super early in the morning😟

The reservations team was amazing, they were able to arrange a small surprise for me and my other half it was our joint birthday. There were no issues also to arrange pickup from the airport, so easy and steady free with details on where to meet. The room was lovely with such a nice bed to sleep on. Breakfast was ten ten all the way to the point we spent 2 hours just eating everything. Staff was able to help us to exchange money and direct us to places we need to go

I thought the room itself would be a city view and it was very different to what was on the pictures on booking.com there wasn't a great view. As the hotel is right next to the freeway there is a lot of traffic so getting taxis can be an issue at times
