Wonderful memories
It’s in the Sathorn area and around 5 mins walk to the nearest BTS called Saint Louis. There are some good bars and eateries around the area and a plus point is that Healthland Sathorn is around the corner 350m away.
Staff were professional and very helpful. The room stylist was attentive and gave us more bottled water.
We were there for our wedding anniversary and the hotel prepared cupcakes, balloons and a card for us. It made our trip very memorable.
The house on Sathorn was just at the property with a choice of high tea or dinner.
Prefer to have more professional looking shower gel, shampoo bottles given the “high class” feels of the hotel. I’m sure Davines is a good brand , focused on sustainability but I find the bottles cheap looking.

Chic and Comfortable, But Needs a Refresh
W Bangkok delivers well on its promise in many ways. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, with a stylish design that feels true to the W brand. The food, especially at the Japanese restaurant, is excellent, and the gym and pool are perfect for relaxing or staying active during your stay.
Overall, it’s still a great place to stay, but some updates and attention to details like this would help the hotel fully live up to its reputation.
I did experience a minor issue with the tablet in my room—it wasn’t working properly, which meant I couldn’t adjust the AC or use the "Do Not Disturb" feature. Although I informed room service, it wasn’t resolved during my stay. Additionally, the hotel is starting to feel a bit dated compared to newer W properties.

Location. Not that close to the shopping malls. And always lots of traffic in the area.

Lovely hotel but bed not ideal
Great buffet, wonderful spa, excellent staff and customer service.
The bed was too soft and aggravated my back pain. Arguably, one of the most important parts of a stay in a hotel can be attributed to whether ac person wakes up rested. Unfortunately, I did not.

We always enjoy our stay at the W Bangkok and will be back again next month.
The staff are extremely helpful, polite, and friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was excellent.
The rooms are quiet, we had great views over Bangkok, and the beds are amazing. We have stayed here a few times and we call them the cloud beds as it's like sleeping on a cloud.
The porters are also excellent, very friendly, and helpful.
Within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, there are several high-quality coffee shops, bars, and restaurants that offer a good variety of food and drinks.
The size of the writing on the drinks menu in the lounge bar is tiny, and so hard to read. This is such a minor thing, I know, but that was the only issue we had in our entire stay.

Loved it, will definitely come again
The staff are lovely and friendly, knowledgable, and quick to help. The room is lovely, the bed is like sleeping on a cloud and the duvet and pillows were soooo comfortable. Nice big bathroom, desk and all the amenities are included.
The meal in the restaurant was average which was disappointing as we were looking forward to something more special

Would surely visit again.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful in every way. The hotel very clean looked after. The gym is very good as well. Wifi was free and very fast. Location is centralized with a short walk to the metro.
The AC in was 9 out of 10. i wish it was slightly colder.

Wonderful stay outside the hustle and bustle
The room and facilities are great, couldn't ask for anything more. It was convenient to walk through the (air-conditioned) Sathorn Square building to reach Chong Nonsi BTS station and having a 7/11 closeby. It was always easy to get a Grab/taxi directly to/from the hotel (other locations in Bangkok can sometimes be gridlocked with traffic).
The location was a bit out of the way from the central hustle and bustle, which might some suit some people. At night you may hear traffic from the main road but didn't bother us as we aren't light sleepers.
