Good swimming pool, good room, good ac, good towels.

Bad Lights, the lights were turn on unnoticed at midnight! That was terrible. And the location was not so good （we have to walk 5mins to get to the subway)but compare with the price, I will say it's more or less competitive.

We arrived at the hotel after a long flight, and reached at 7:00 am but they checked me in at 11:00 am. I was really sleeping at the lobby. Unless you pay 1 night more

Beautiful luxury hotel at a very good price. Pool and spa at the top floor. Just few minute walk to the airport train station and mrt. Room are spacious and bed is very comfortable.

Stayed here for my 40th bday as a treat- really enjoyed the spa facilities and the high up pool, and unpretentious bar next to the pool. They gave us a free upgrade to the family room which was super appreciated. Excellent facilities Feels good value for the standard it is

Hotel is clean. Good location not far from mrt.

I booked club deluxe room which can access the lounge but in the evening time no staff there. I think it's not worth for booking club privileges. Private check in did not make difference feeling. They did lower my expectations.

This place was heaven! Our family had a really bad experience at a different hotel, so we checked out early and came to Lancaster. It made our trip so much better! The rooms we got were clean, comfortable, and very spacious. We had a great time at the pool and gym. We loved it here!

All the staff members are very welcoming and polite. The property in itself is magnificent especially the decor.

The location is an issue because it is far from the shopping area such as central world, icon Siam and Siam paragon. Our first time in Bangkok so we were not aware about the distance from the hotel to the mega shopping centre. But overall, it’s ok for our first time in Bangkok

Hard to fault, almost everything was exceptional

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Great location near multi transport options - that is why I choose it but still better than I assumed* Also not too far from crazy Sukumvit and able to take the train to both BKK and Bang Sue Gym and in site facilities were beautiful. I even had a washer in my room!

This was the best hotel we stayed in (during our holiday of 3 weeks we stayed at 8 hotels throughout Thailand). You’ll get the full 5-star treatment. The room is beautiful, it was fully provided with everything you need and we used the roomservice breakfast (which was very nice). The staff is friendly and professional and they always smile, help you out. We used the gym facilities which was a big plus for me. It’s huge and you can find all the equipment you need. You can use a locked which gives you towels and everything. The gym is free, as well as the steambath, sauna and ice shower. We had a little drink at the rooftop as well with a really nice view and pool! The lobby is very beautiful and you have a really nice brasserie with nice food. The location is good, a little bit far from the centre, and a little bit more close to offices, universities etc. But, there ‘s a station you can use which brings you to the best places in Bangkok! For the money you pay, you’ll get so much in return.
