Amazing facilities, friendly staff - especially the bartender at the high bar! Also great value and delicious food.

The location is central, but difficult to get to and from. Can take some time to get to other areas due to traffic around the area.

Certainly true 5 stars hotel. From the moment you enter the lobby, you can already feel the differences. Have all the bells and whistles for a great hotel.

Location is a bit odd even though it is close to airport line. Rely a lot of taxi to go from place to place. Traffic jam is absolutely horrible. Took us nearly 2 hours to travel approx 10kms (from the time I call the Taxi via Grab app at the hotel to arrival at destination). Steer clear for Taxi and use other transports! Also why is the outdoor infinity pool so cold ("ice cold"). Is it even necessary. Took the joy out of having a good swim as you cant stay for long.

We booked a room with lounge access and it was definitely worth the extra money. The lounge had a good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and the cocktails were nice. The food on offer was also great and we didn’t need to go out for dinner. Breakfast in the morning was very good and there was lots of variety.

Lovely property and would stay again.

Everything was amazing! I stayed for 3 days. Every single staff member was great. Especially Femke She was in the club lounge and made sure we had everything we needed every time 😊

Feels majestic the moment I step in. Staff was polite and helpful and rooms were clean and amenities plenty!

The Hotel is good located in Bangkok. Restaurants, bus stop and metro are located closely. Although there’s a big street in front, rooms are very silent. Building is quite impressive.

Some of the furniture had better days, but it’s very clean.

A fantastic stay at the Lancaster in Bangkok. Staff were very friendly and the amenities were of a very high quality.

The only thing that I can think of is that the TVs in the rooms could be smart TVs/google chromecast connected

The housekeeping staff and the doormen were exceptional. Breakfast was exceptional. My husband got sick and the staff let us stay in the room until late and were extremely accommodating. Felt safe and snuggly. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and the pillows were perfect (in very fussy with these things 😂)

The staff were exceptional—extremely helpful, welcoming, warm, and friendly, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The pool area offered stunning views of the city, providing a perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The breakfast was another highlight, with an impressive variety of options to suit all tastes and plenty of delicious choices to start the day on a high note.

Only downside is the location. The hotel is situated right next to a busy main road, so there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity without relying on a taxi or public transportation.

We liked the fact that the family room is divided into two sleeping areas - one with twin beds, and one with a queen bed. This gave us some privacy while being in the same space. On the whole, our room was a good size, everything was clean, we had a good and peaceful rest, and staff were very friendly.

It’s not a very walkable neighborhood

- Fantastic breakfast buffet. - extremely large and well equipped gym - large swimming pool - close to the ARL which makes the commute to the airport easy

- the concierge forgot to reserve our taxi that I asked to book the night before leaving to the airport. - the family room was quite noisy for a strange reason.

Breakfast was tasty (and we received a discount coupon), comfortable bed, amazing jacuzzi next to the pool. The honeymoon surprise and unexpected fruit surprise were fantastic :)

Room was quiet most of the time but we could hear people from other rooms sometimes. Freezing water in the swimming pool. No debit card allowed for deposit purposes (only credit card). Also, the welcome drnk was quite large but we were not allowed to take it to the room so we had to finish it next to the reception when checking in. Location wasn't the best, hard to grab a taxi because of a constant traffic jam.

The room is very big and cozy, GYM looks very clean and swimming pool is quite good for take a relax. Breakfast is wonderful, have to eat.

By far the best hotel in entire bangkok. Close to everything, comfortable and service is good.

The service! The size of the rooms Restaurant food was great (I had Indian Veggie dish with a wine). It was not cheap (paid about 980 baht for one person. Service in restaurant (Lancaster bar) is excellent though.

Plastic water bottles, no recycling bin, bed was too soft for me. The traffic to the hotel is horrendous. I had to walk 10mins on the road with two suitcases to get there. Maybe I was just unlucky. The first room they put me up in on the 9th floor was extremely smelly (musty, old smell). The replacement room on floor 15th was great.

Staff very helpful and made my stay very enjoyable. Amazing food and very clean.

The pool is often in the shade but it is very clean and great bar.

They gave me a very musty smelling room in the 9th floor. I was contemplating whether to request a change of room. I am so glad I did, the smell was unbearable. Room on 15th floor was much better, no smell.

We stayed as a family and tried most of the facilities at the hotel. The staff are incredible, helpful and polite. The breakfast is ok and the spa is affordable and relaxing. We ate there and food was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to be near roof tops nearby as it is located near the modern part of the town.

The location is little far from the centre and touristic part of the town and our rooms were facing the road which was little noisy. Apart from those the hotel is highly recommended and nothing else to complain about.

Everything was literally amazing!!!! Out of the 4 places we stayed in in Thailand this was the best. 5 star hotels truely are unmatched.

I can’t think of anything bad at all with this stay but if I had to pick something The area had a lot of traffic.

In brief: I love Lancester Bangkok❤️ I have been to many hotels and this is one of the best. Few things: -location -clean everywhere -good bed -not too loud air conditioning -nice pool area -very good sauna section -The Club Lancester lounge in 18th floor And the most important thing: staff. Everybody was nice, polite and helpful.  Especially: Sutat, you are a good man. And special thanks to Guitar for your help. You are polite, kind and always smiling. Next time I'm in Bangkok, I'll definitely stay at Lancaster Bangkok.

It was a beautiful hotel with great views from the roof top pool and very comfy bed

Very large and modern room, it's literally an apartment. Very helpful personnel and a nice restaurant. The gym and sauna are more equipped than commercial gyms :D.

I was upgraded to a family room so it was magnificent value for money.
