The property is very well located and has direct access to the Skytrain.

The swimming pool is somewhat basic and appeara not to be heated.

I’ve stayed with St Regis across the world and I realised that this one in particular was small and the suite seemed a bit dated

The staff were amazingly helpful and kind. The facilities were great and attention to detail was superb. Easy access to train, and other sites. Boxing with Jack was a great experience - thoroughly recommend if you want a good workout!

The location was superb, the facilities were world class but most of all- the staff/butlers were the absolute best. They were so kind, so thoughtful and sooo efficient! I am a breastfeeding mom traveling without my baby and they helped me wash, sterilize my pump and store my breast milk throughout my whole stay. The best!

The hotel is in a wonderful location. The rooms are large and clean with comfortable beds. Wonderful service and very luxurious.

The rooms and Butler service

Breakfast area could be bigger, my luggage got mixed up with another guest when delivered to Bellboy (who seemed to be recent hire).

By far the warmest and most wonderful feeling I ever had in a 5 star hotel. Incredible caring staff, with such a warmth and friendlyness from the check in to check out. The facilities are amazing of course, love the pool but that is normal for St Regis. The warm feeling they gave me was something which makes St Regis extraordinaire and special which even a Four Season can't offer. After settling in the spacious and cosy room I got a complimentary tea delivered along with cookies, I had a fruit basket in the room and chocolates. They offer of course like in all St Regis 2 pieces complimentary ironed and they have a pillow menu with any option imaginable as well a butler service in the morning where you can ask for the curtains to be opened and coffee served into bed. They booked for me a golf tee time, restaurants and were absolutely great.

Hotel really confusing. Very old apartment. The price is really high for the hotel. It’s not a 5 star hotel. The breakfast is very crowded and messy. Poor variety. Pool very loud and dark place. By paying this price you can stay for example at Sindhorn Kempinski, there is much much better.

Located on a quite stretch between Sukhumvit and Sathorn, all the malls, restaurants and bars are easily accessible by foot or BTS. The rooms are large, tasteful and comfortable. The lobby and pool side are lively and the gym was well equipped. Staff are very friendly and eager to assist.

The piano bar area overlooking golf course was often booked out for high tea, but would have been a nice area for hotel guests to relax and read.

Great location and has a dedicated Skytrain bridge. Lovely room with a stunning view. Super friendly, and extremely polite staff. Checking in and out was quick. Very attentive to the tiniest details including leaving me cables band to keep my cables neatly tied and sunglasses cleaning cloth.

Everything was exceptional. From the friendly staff, to the beautiful room, the incredibly comfortable bed, and the facilities in the hotel. I'm vegan and the staff were happy to accomodate my diet during breakfast as I couldn't have much of what was on offer from the buffet. The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Apart from location and clean rooms which all five star offer , I give them 0 on facility management .

Had a near Fatal fall due to a broken step and not one staff member there to help or call for a doctor nor did the managers of the Hotel bother to meet with me .

The location is very convintent for my puropse of this trip as i have to attend a wedding at next door's hotel. The pool is nice. The bar drinks is good. All the staff are smiling.

What is the most disappointing experience for this stay was, the services promoted was not delievered. The hotel promoted a butler service and free pressing service within 2 hours. I came to bangkok to attend a wedding and when i arrived i need my clothes to be pressed for the occasion. This was communicated at least 2 days prior to our arrival. But when we arrived no body seems to know what is going on and when we passed the items to them to press they returned (after 4 hours and we had to chase them for the items) with literially untouched, the fold and creases are still there. When we ask them to redo it, they said their laundry person had left and needed to wait until next morning. I finally got my clothes back with proper pressing 5 mins before i had to leave to attend a wedding. This is not what i was expecting from a 5 star hotel.
