Really good place I can recommend to everyone. Clean, WiFi works great, kind receptionists, good location. Very, very satisfied.

Sometimes you find a little gem and quite honestly a part of you doesn’t want to shout out the name or location. I can’t fault this place and I’m a real picky bitch. It’s just in my nature to peruse everything from the menu’s on arrival down to basic architecture I’m interested in it all. The rooms are magnificent cool concrete floors & well just cool! The restaurant section is a delight of small easy to share dishes that is smartly designed to satisfy just about everybody. The pool area is lush and lovely. Particularly if it’s a short trip but regardless for most tourists this is a great location. We walked everywhere. At night the beautiful temples opposite light up. They are quite a spectacular sight. The staff get 5-stars. It’s definitely my go to from now on in Bangkok.

10 minutes from Kao San Rd., if that’s of any interest to you. Charming, serene little place in a bustling area. Very well organized and nicely designed.

Walking in the hotel, you'll be surprised by the peaceful garden with nice pool. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is excellent. The breakfast was not included in our price, but it was not expensive to buy there and a lot of choice. The rooms (we had a room with garden view) are spacious, clean and quiet. We loved it here!

The hotel was amazing and very accommodating. Close to town, staff let me use the pool and showers after checkout as my flight was late. Nice food and garden /pool was amazing. Lovely room with fridge, locker. Strongly recommend. Also the area was safe and some nice little restaurants /cafes nearby on the street and by the river.

We enjoyed the pool a lot Location was good for us. Room was very quiet, besides the relatively noisy A/C

Prices in the restaurant and at the bar are too high compared to other (better) restaurants in the area. We paid c. 40 euros for breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid. We had 2 big (5 cm) cockroaches in the room, but staff removed it within max. 10 minutes.

The location is amazing, so close to everything and still very quiet. The hotel is beautiful and has a very nice swimming pool area. The room was perfect for us.

The pillows provided (2) were not so comfortable. New and extra pillows would be appreciated.

The receptionists are warm and charming, they really try to help and assist. The room is clean and the shower room is large. Value for money in relation to the price of the room. The street is relatively quiet and it's only 5 minutes to the famous Khawasan street. Pleasant and not powerful air conditioning - just ask reception for an extra key to the electrical box.

The response time by emails is very slow and with a big delay of several days. Lack of niceness in correspondence - unequivocal answers without compromise. A proverb that repeats itself from time to time - "If you don't want to stay, you can cancel without cancellation fees" means if you go. we do not mind. There is no sign on the tables in the dining area where you have to order at the hotel reception (you can wait for the waiter for even half an hour). At the entrance to the hotel there is a work station of the maintenance with boxes and tools throughout the 4 days of stay - not pleasant as a greeter at the entrance lobby. Housekeeping - on one of the occasions they didn't change my sheet for a blanket, they just left it on the floor and arranged the blanket on the bed without a duvet. In addition, hang a dirty towel for reuse.

Villa Bangkok is well located in the heart of Old Bangkok. The courtyard is spacious with ample place to relax under the trees. It also has a lovely swimming pool.

The rooms are okay, but the one we were in could do with a bit of a spruce up and perhaps a new air conditioner.

I loved everything about this small hotel - it’s a peaceful oasis tucked away in a quiet location but walkable to the royal palace and riverside sights. The staff are friendly and helpful - and the rooms were clean and comfortable. And the small pool and outside seating area is very welcome after a long day of walking.

What a wonderful paradise this is in the hustle and bustle of hysterical Bangkok. The pool is lovely, the food is great and the service and friendliness of the staff is fantastic. It's the little things that you notice that everything is taken into account: free towels for the pool every day, you can store your belongings to take with you later, vegan breakfast yoghurts at the reception and your room is cleaned every day. I was even able to get a free upgrade to another, quieter room. I ended up staying in the room where I was already staying, because it had the least noise from road traffic. I felt very welcome.

There is sound isolation and you can therefore hear everything from the hallway. Even though I had a room overlooking the garden and pool (so I wasn't bothered by the traffic), I did hear the noise from the hallway or the air conditioning at night and a heavy hum from the elevator (I think). I'm a light sleeper, so this won't bother everyone.

Lovely, tranquil hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok but only a ten minute walk to lively bars etc. Rooms were very clean and mini bar was re-stocked every day. Staff were lovely, always smiling and would help with anything. Food menu was varied and very nice at reasonable prices Outside pool and seating area was beautiful and again very clean. Would definitely return

A really lovely space to escape the heat and hustle of Bangkok. The balcony room was great with plenty of space and the staff were super friendly.

The hotel is a little far from a metro station but is only a short walk from many attractions and has lots of cages and bars nearby.

Comfortable compact rooms with hot showers, friendly staff and a good menu. Small clean pool. Plenty of pool chairs and towels supplied. Good location to other restaurants along the canal.

Maybe an extra shelf in the bathroom? Apart from hat everything was good.

Amazing oasis in the centre of Bangkok. The pool area is gorgeous, the staff are all very friendly and helpful and the food served here was delicious and actually looked like the pictures on the menu

It was such a nice and quitte hotel in the big city of Bangkok! I felt really at home and would love to come back here. It is clean, comfortable bed and great shower! Swimming pool is perfect to dip in after a long and warm dat in the city.

It was a bit expensive if you compare it to other (luxurious) hotels. The rooms are not that big. But overall still super happy.
