Good location, nice pool, and comfy rooms. Quiet, if you get rooms in the back of the hotel.

Food in the restaurant is rather pricey.

Clean rooms, cute bathroom with colorful tiles, and the pool was really nice. Overall very nice atmosphere and it was at a great location. Only 10 mins walking to the old city centre of Bangkok. We had a very nice stay!

The beds were quite hard, but this is something you'll encounter everywhere in Thailand. We still had a good night of sleep.

Absolutely great, stylish, clean and quiet place. I felt very comfortable here and enjoyed my stay so much!

Location is not the best, far away from transportation (mrt, bts), shopping malls, but area is calm and nice here

The pool and courtyard were glorious and a great reprieve after a day of sightseeing in the Bangkok heat. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the beds and bedding were extremely cozy. AC was strong and cool; nice bathroom and the shower had good water pressure. The location was good, within walking or a short taxi ride distance to many attractions and with some great food options around (highly recommend a little spot on the canal called The Family).

The breakfast looked lovely but we didn’t try it as it wasn’t available until late (8 or even 9 I think?) — which wasn’t a huge deal but we’re early risers who wanted to get a start on the day and beat the heat. We also had an unfortunate experience where the water was shut off for a few hours for maintenance while one of us was sick with food poisoning. Not their fault but I’m inconvenient.

As many people have said, it is a serene small spot amongst the huddle and puddle of Bangkok. The site and rooms are stylish (I stayed in two different rooms), the food they cook very good, and the inner courtyard pool area is what makes it the serene place it is.

Main thing I didn’t like is that I think with this price the breakfast should be included. That is main main “discomfort”. Worth to note is that the location is very good or bad depending on what you want from your holiday. If you want khaosan road and/or the main official sites this is as good as they come, but if you want to see the broader Bangkok you always need a transfer point first…

Perfect location in walking distance to the grand Palast and many other beautiful temples. The hotel was a green oasis after sightseeing with a nice refreshing pool.

Room was like shown in pictures. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with amazing water pressure in the shower! Cozy garden with pool area to chill. Tasty food in the restaurant. Staff was really sweet and able to help us with any need. Would definitely stay again!

To be honest, nothing!

In the midst of Bangkok this is a peaceful place.

As a matter of fact, the hotel satisfied our needs (but we are not fond of much luxury).

The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with a lovely courtyard and pool. The staff were helpful and cheerful. The hotel is a 20-min walk from the nearest MRT stop, and there are nice cafes and restaurants nearby, while still being a quiet area.

Nothing major to dislike! Would have been nice to have hand soap by the sinks, although shower toiletries were provided.

Great location: close to the action, but quiet (except for the house cats at night😊). Small bathroom but very clean. Swimming pool is a plus.

Hard bed if you're not into that.

The staff, the location and the overall setup

The noise the doors made when closed shut. It would wake me up when somebody else locked their door. Also, you could hear other guests in their room quite well

The room was all perfect, and they also serve very good coffee, breakfast and lunch. Staff is young and friendly. Swimming pool is lovely. 7/11 close by. Canal around the corner with nice street food everywhere (go to The Family!), Wat Pho at 15 minutes by taxi, and Chinatown closeby via tuktuk.

They are details, but here we go… The music…! Very bad pop music that is ruining the lovely surrounding of the pool, if you are too close to the speakers. And the toiletpaper is so thin that it doesn’t last 1 day. You only get 1 role a day ;-)

I like the location of the property. It was easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. I felt like I was more in a neighborhood than the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. I most appreciated the pool.

I think there was extra people at the pool during the day that were just renting to stay at the pool. One day they were extremely loud other than that great stay.

Shower seal did not work so flooded the bathroom floor when using overhead shower Sound proofing - I think we had a room next to a store cupboard or similar, you could hear everything in surrounding rooms etc

Very peaceful hotel, a little oasis away from the busy city . The cafe downstairs food was incredible and lovely fresh coffee, pool area was beautiful, nice suntrap and perfect for a refresh after a trip into the city . Would definitely recommend

I loved that it had an inside terrace with lights and pool, the room was nice and the hotel helpful. The fact that it is walking distance to khaosanroad is also really nice.

The room is a little bit small, but ir was ok.

Fairly decent breakfast. Very handy to tourist attractions.
