Gorgeous cute property tucked away near all the main streets

Absolute perfection.. this is a small boutique hotel that retains all the style of a typical Thai residence. Rooms are clean and comfortable and stylishly furnished. The pool areas is simply perfection and the perfect place to relax. Location is about 1 minute from the chaos of Khao San Road (but you'd never know) and the staff are super friendly and efficient. I don't often write reviews about big corporate style hotels (as they don't need it) This on the other hand is a fabulous unique boutique residence that should be experienced.

The hotel looks stunning. Like an oasis in the middle of the city. The pool is wonderful, the food at the hotel is quite nice, and the drinks are amazing! (best thai tea!) Room was beautiful, and staff were very kind.

In the evenings, the area around the pool had quite a few cockroaches crawling there. But I understand that’s normal here. None in the room though!

I had to pay for an additional pillow, but it was not much. Otherwise everything was great.

The pool was perfect for a break to avoid the heat and sun around noon. We really enjoyed having the small garden and pool but being located in the city center.

Our room was just over the pool, so everyone could easily see throgh our whole room. So we had to close the curtains all day. There weren't many lights and no big lamp, so it was extremely dark.

Some other people in next rooms were very noisy (disrespectful to be honest aka Russian) before and after going to party and unfortunately we heard a lot due to bad sound insulation

Rooms are well designed, the available washer / dryer is very useful. The availability of food and drink is competitively priced.

The wi-fi is the only negative for me, particularly in the bedrooms. I think this is balanced out by the pool area, price, location, atmosphere, friendly staff.

Spacious room and hotel looks nice. Shower has excellent water pressure. Food was good and prices are in the range of cafes nearby. Good wifi. Location was okay, only a 10 minute walk to Khao San road area, 30 minutes to Grand Palace.

Rooms are too hot because most of the hotel is open air. No breakfast included. The 1000 baht deposit for an old keycard is excessive and unnecessary. Smaller issues: No small towels and no soap. No bin in the room, only a small bin in the toilet.

We stayed at this hotel as a family and were overall very satisfied. The spacious family room with a beautiful river view, stylish design, ambient lighting around the property and pool, and friendly, English-speaking staff made our stay comfortable. The hotel’s designer did a great job— the interiors are sooo cozy. However, some execution details could be improved. For example, the room lighting was quite dim, which caused some inconvenience, and there was a gap between the shower door, allowing water to leak out. Additionally, the hotel isn’t adult-only, and in our family room (215), wooden floors with insufficient soundproofing led to complaints from neighbors downstairs. Despite our efforts to minimize noise, a family vacation with children naturally brings some activity. When we checked out at 2 a.m. (with prior notice to the reception), we tried to be as quiet as possible, but unfortunately, received direct remarks from the neighbors below. The squeaky main door added to the inconvenience. Overall, the hotel is well-suited for family vacations, and despite these points, our rating remains high. It would be great if the hotel could enhance soundproofing and address the lighting for guests’ added comfort.

Friendly staff

It was an oasis of silence and calm in a very, very busy city. The staff was incredible! We checked in after the restaurant was closed so they helped us order food through their own phones, aswell as a taxi to the airport. Really nice!

The only little minus (could also be seen as a plus though) is that the location is a little far from most sightsee locations. But then again a tuktuk or taxi around every corner!

Nicely located…although far from BTS or Metro stations I enjoyed walking around the river in the morning. There’s a 24h laundry mat nearby that’s very convenient and cheap. The room very beautiful and comfy, the staff very friendly and hospitable.

It’s their rule but the breakfast is not included and the meals they offer are pricey even they give you coupons. But don’t worry you can find many places to eat nearby, I specially enjoyed the local diner “Aunt Daeng’s kitchen”.

The room was clean and had a reasonable bar fridge. We used the tea in the morning that was necessary. Villa Bangkok was the right place to stay for our stopover in Bangkok. My wife and I stayed in Bangkok for two days and wanted to explore as much as possible. We loved our two days in Bangkok which included culinary masterpieces, local markets, and temple pilgrimages all made possible with the help of Villa Bangkok. The place is centrally located, close to everywhere you want to explore. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We were in Bangkok at the end of mansion season and the pool and cold drinks at the hotel allowed us to cool down and explore more. We will come back!

Room was clean and comfortable. Good location - close to temples, the river and many eateries. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was fantastic.

The pool was an amazing way to relax after a hot day in the city! Also has washer and dryer available for guests for a reasonable price, which is great if you are traveling for a long time. The food was good, the staff was friendly. We loved our stay!

The place is beautiful in a great area, surrounded by local attractions but at the same time, quiet to relax and have a good night sleep.

That I wasn’t aware that they had everything to make coffee or tea and a safe inside a cabinet.

A beautiful little oasis in the madness of hot, busy Bangkok. It was green, dark, calm and safe. Absolutely loved every minute of this hotel from the decor/furniture, lovely smoothies, pool area, beautiful cool huge bedroom and great bathroom. Would go back again and again. Infact I miss it now I’ve left!

Incredible interior. A nice blend of tradition with modernity. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was great. I already miss the vibes of this place and will definitely come back on my next visit to Bangkok!!

The pool could be deeper and I don’t think it’s necessary to put that many chairs, tables, and sunbeds in the inner courtyard (it makes it a bit crowded).

The ambience and coziness of this place is fantastic. Tucked away from all the city noise, with a little pool and lush garden for you to enjoy on hot days. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel only accepts credit cards for payment and requires 1000 baht cash deposit (refundable). I’ve never had issues anywhere in the world with paying by debit card until now. Would be also great to have anti mosquito nets installed on the balcony door so it could stay open.
