This is not my first time here, but I will say this the property is extremely exceptional there’s no one in the inner harbor that’s better

Behind the bed was dirty and for the price we paid for our corner king suite there was no microwave.

Extraordinary slow service and kitchen, at the on site restaurant. Garage in/out sis not work well. We had to call for assistance every time we left the garage.

Our room was a good size and had a view of the harbor, which was lovely. It was very quiet in the hallway, and no noise was detectable from neighboring rooms. Staff at the desk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location, and we enjoyed walking to Federal Hill neighborhood and the Walters Art Museum. We took the free water taxi across the harbor to Fells Point. The water taxi stop was just a short walk away.

We had a little trouble getting out of the parking garage. For some reason the camera would not read the license plate, and we had to call the posted phone number to have the gate opened. In the cafe off the lobby, the woman behind the counter ignored us while she did something with receipts--she did not even look up to say she'd be with us shortly, she just ignored us. She also could not explain the various coffee drinks. She seemed to think espresso wasn't coffee. We were the only two people in the cafe; it was a little surprising how difficult it was to get a cup of coffee!

Beautiful view and nice room.

The parking. Take time to explain to the guests that parking is covered out of incidental fee. Also incidental fee is daily not just a one time fee and it is steep at $100 a day. Someone needs to check on the pool every hour. Kids were wild and took the life preservers off the wall and were eating chips in the pool.

I booked a harbor view room. Unfortunately, we had to look across a ugly roof top to see the harbor. I would suggest the hotel not market the roof level rooms as harbor view.

Very good location and handicap accessible. Great value for size of room when you need space for a wheelchair.

It was loud on my floor at night. A lot of yelling and slamming doors at 1:30-2:30 AM. Room shows signs of wear. Frayed carpet, peeling paint, crack in ceiling of room.

The only complaint, which is minor, is the ice machine was out of order and the room refrigerator was not very cold.

Room AC had issues. Room temp was 79 and thermostat wouldn’t set lower. Service engineer did come and fix that problem but then the system had a loud click noise all night.

The hotel seemed like it was very much in need of care. Lots of broken tiles and the carpet was dirty in a lot of spots.

Location and size of room and bathroom. Well appointed but room faces the street and was very noisy our first night but better the subsequent nights.

An incredibly spacious room with everything you need inside. Yes, you can tell that the hotel isn't new, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

Check-in was a disaster! Check-in was at 4pm. We arrived right around 4, but were told that our room wasn’t ready. They stated that the supervisor needed to inspect the room before we can get in; approximately 20 minutes according to the front desk attendant. Time passed, and I checked in twice more. Still not ready. At 5:45, I said that this was ridiculous and reiterated the fact that we had driven over 8 hours, and my cousin had flown in from AZ. We were all exhausted! She said we are putting you in a waterfront suite for now and will switch you later once the supervisor gets to all of the rooms. (Apparently they were sold out the night before due to the Ravens game, and then had housekeepers call out) We finally arrived at that room and it was a beautiful upgrade. I called down and said we will just keep this room for our stay. They did so without and further payment and also gave us free parking. We were very appreciative for them making it right and will definitely return in the future.

Very nice hotel. Location great, 5 minute walk from the bay and from the sports stadium. Room was large and we loved the tennis court on the roof.

Watch the "hidden" costs; the base room was $300, but with $43 for one night of valet parking, and a $50 early check-in fee, and a slew of other tax and fees, that room was $500 for the night when it was all done.

Michele at the front desk start my trip off great. She was friendly, professional, welcoming. We had a nice conversation. The entire staff was great. The bed was so comfy. I highly recommend
