Sleek and clean. Rooms were spacious. Bedding was so comfortable!

Lawless dirt bike riding on streets

There needs to be a ramp to get luggage from the parking lot to the hotel. There are steps into the building and I struggled with getting luggage up and down the steps.

The location was great. The staff was outstanding.

The air conditioning wouldn't get below 75. The rooms and hallways were humid.

Not much to like but did give me a refund for leaving two days early.0

Room had a street view and wanted a harbor view, the toliet was in a bad spot and had a hole in the base. Also thier was some noisy people in the next room.

Very clean, walking distance to just about anywhere we wanted to go.

Was a little more than we wanted to spend, but it was a very nice hotel. Wish we didn’t have to request room service before a certain time because I wouldn’t realize we needed it until it was too late.

The ice machines were not working. I had to buy ice for my stay. Also,the refrigerator was not real cold

No one was available at the front desk for Checkout — I waited 20 minutes!

Only negative thing was the air conditioning could not keep the room cool. It was set to 65 and stayed around 75-78.

Location was excellent. Staff were available and attentive.

Not staying longer.

I liked the lobby and staircase.

We had breakfast in the lounge and only one person was working for several customers. This was not the waiters fault but we had to wait over an hour for our food. You need to hire more dependable help.

We were not told at check in that we needed to request cleaning/supplies. Room supplies (towels corrected) only enough for two people. Took multiple requests to get more. Too strong of pool ladder was bent, sharp and rusted. The seal on the center portion of the bay window in our room broken so we couldn’t see out the center of the window.

The location was perfect right across from City Cruises. I went to the after dark dance cruise

I didn't like that there was no free breakfast. The free breakfast was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. I also had no cold water coming from the sink in my room.

Location was good for what we wanted to explore

Stayed two nights over a weekend. The wedding happening during our stay took over the on-site restaurant and front desk staff.

The location was great, the self parking was easy. Staff was helpful.

There wasn’t a lot of staff when we first arrived, and the person in front of us took a long time. We could hear the people in the adjoining room very well, and they weren’t being loud, but we could just hear their regular conversations

So close to everything! It was clean and staff was very pleasant.

The pool was 5ft only and I have small children so they were limited.

Incredible access to everything right across the street

Not a fan of the full size bed and the room need to be dusted.
