“Hotel Revival continues to maintain the old-fashioned style that has made it a favorite since the 1930s. You can expect tufted upholstery and heavy draperies in warm colors and creamy tones with furniture that recalls the elegance of an old 1930s movie. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t update its offerings: pull-out sofas were added to king rooms in 2013.”

The ongoing transformation of Baltimore, Maryland is one of the most significant travel narratives of the past ten years, and it served as the inspiration for the name of Hotel Revival.
This is especially true for Mount Vernon, the neighborhood where the hotel is located, which is one of the city’s most historic and artistically rich areas. The Walters Art Museum is located just a stone’s throw away, and the Peabody Institute is not much further.
Joie de Vivre, an original boutique hotelier in America, saw the cultural heritage of the neighborhood as a go-ahead to fill Revival with as much art, design, and character as possible.

Very small beverage fridge but they were willing to accommodate and bring in a larger fridge. We decided it wasn’t necessary.
Roof top view is a amazing but i not a fan of the restaurant’s menu.

Great location, beautiful property. Room was one of our favorites ever!
Free water in lobby was nice but could’ve used some cucumbers or mint leaves. Breakfast and valet was too pricey. Found parking not too far away for free

Looking out my window was a lovely view of the Mt. Vernon park and statue. The rooms are lovely with great amenities such as an electric teapot. The staff was exceptional.
This isn't a complaint but the elevators were slow and one of the two wasn't working half of the time we were there. Also one afternoon our key cards didn't allow us access to our room.

Brooklyn in Baltimore
Stylish and easy to navigate. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Very welcoming. The building is very well designed and perfect for a spot with your partner or even as a much better alternative for business as compared to the same old Hyatt option. It’s a little out of the way but not far by car to everything.

Excellent accommodation in downtown Baltimore
Superb staff, special shout out to As. Great location. Very comfortable seating in common areas. Great wifi. Absolutely wonderful roof restaurant and bar with great food.
Needs a comfortable armchair in rooms. The food in the in-house cafe could use improvement.
