Hotel Revival, Baltimore

The eating space was comfortable and clean. With the exception of checking in, the front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful, especially Loren'za Gordon, who kindly gave me and my friend a map and explained how to get to our appointment.

The selection for breakfast was limited. One day there was fruit and the next day there was no fruit. The workers in the breakfast area could have been more friendly. The check-in clerk was not helpful when asked about specific charges.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom fixtures were excellent quality. Staff were all smiling and friendly. Location was perfect for a show at The Lyric Theatre. It’s within walking distance. I loved that we didn’t have to leave the hotel except for the show. We had dinner at Topside. Weren’t able to fully experience B-Side, but I love that there is a place to get drinks. Enjoyed breakfast at Dashery.

I like the retro vibe of this hotel. The furniture and the overall interior design are very stylish. I prefer baths rather than showers, so the bathroom amenities made me happy. The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant on one of the top floors has beautiful views through its glass windows. I recommend this hotel.

I wish there were a small bar downstairs, in addition to the restaurant on one of the top floors. The AC in one of the rooms I stayed in was a bit loud.

There was a spirit in the room. You might want to clear the rooms with sage. It’s an old building so it’s not surprising there was a spirit.

Nicely renovated building. They’ve kept the cool features like the tiled bathroom floors and upgraded the wall tiles. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a great view of the nearby monument. They supply all the bath amenities as well as a magnifying mirror and plenty of towels. The staff is welcoming, the neighborhood quiet and charming with a small park, stately old townhouses and nearby restaurants, including two in the hotel.

parking is a challenge unless you pay $50.

Staff was amazing and so kind. The food in the hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms had everything you needed including a steamer.

Neighborhood was really nice and close to a lot of museums.

Room had full sized beds not queen sized. The elevator was annoying. We were a big group spread across many floors so it would have been nice to be able to go to their floor without meeting in the lobby first and then going up.

It was difficult to keep shower water in the shower because of the design.

Tv remote didn't work properly.

Our room had a spectacular view of Mt. Vernon. It was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. We also loved the roof top restaurant (we went twice) and the coffee shop.

Really enjoyed the location in Mt. Vernon, by the Washington Monument. Very attractive neighborhood with grand houses. Close enough to walk to the Inner Harbor, but also a nice walkable stretch into Belvedere. Very good hotel restaurant with amazing ambiance. Beds are comfortable, room furnishings are generally high quality. Friendly staff. The gallery art is a really nice touch.

Carpeting is fairly worn, especially in the hallways. Older building so the hotel can be noisy. The room lighting is a little weird (minor nit pick). Separated from inner harbor by downtown so walking between the two can be sketchy in areas.

Took a LONG time for hot water to get hot and a/c to get cool!

Easy check-in, and the photos on Booking.com were exactly as it looked in the hotel/our room. We stayed in a King Size room and the bed was super comfortable, and the room was so spacious. For extra safety, you had to scan your room key to access higher floors in the elevator which always makes me feel more secure. Staff was super friendly as well!

The 'Dashery (breakfast/brunch place) had great food, but I would say a bit pricy for just being a cafe/restaurant in a hotel.

The design of the hotel was fun and more interesting than a standard hotel. The rooftop restaurant had an incredible view and great menu. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The gift shop could be expanded. I wanted to bring home a toy or special treat for my dog. There wasn’t anything. Outside of that, all was perfect.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Revival. The team consistently exceeds my expectations. I feel like a local when I stay at this hotel because it's clear they're deeply connected and committed to the local community. From featuring local artisans in the lobby for purchase to the local artists featured in each room and the hallway, the experience is purely Baltimore from start to finish. No detail is spared and the attention to each guest is unparalleled. They treated us like family and were incredibly generous with their time and patience for our families unique needs. I can't rave enough about this hotel and I encourage you to see why for yourself.
