A unique luxurious experience in the heart of Athens
Staying at The Hotel Grande Bretagne, is a unique experience. When you are entering the hotel, you can clearly see from the beginning the meaning of luxury. The personnel is extremely kind and they treat everyone special. The room was really clean and the bathroom was gorgeous. The cleaning staff was very polite with us and they offered us chocolate and water once we arrived. The breakfast area was at the rooftop and the view was absolutely stunning with the variety of food options, making our mornings unforgettable. Last but not least, in the evening we swam to the pool that was fantastic. We would like to thank everyone for that pleasant stay and we are looking forward to visit Grande Bretagne again.

Very Disappointed
Beautiful property
no gift shop for everyday items. Did not give us the room we requested. Had to wait 3 hours for the requested room in the Butlers office instead of the lobby which was a bit more comfortable. The electric plug for the desk lamp didn’t work, had to use the desk plug…The roof top restaurant had the same limited menu for Lunch and DINNER. Balcony door in room 680 came apart on the top during the night. cold wind blew in.
